65 days ago, when I was looking for the registration link on blog.hu's homepage to register my blog, and my acquaintances and I were thinking about what name to give the site (I gave up on "edzemfaszommegall.blog.hu" at the last minute), I did think that a few things would change in my life, but I hadn't even mentally reached the point where I am now, and especially not where I'm heading. I'd wait a few more days with the big coming out, at least until we sign the contract, but regardless of the outcome of the negotiations, I think I've found my path. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like it when people piss in their garden has often fallen on their face in life due to their self-will and ideas about life. Quite simply, I imagine life to be more than a 5x8 hour robot a week in a place where you can't avoid society's biggest assholes, malice, the dirty-minded petty informants of completely incompetent talentless bosses, and those careerist nobodies who would step on their own mothers for a better position. Living paycheck to paycheck, the daily grind from paying bills to waking up in the morning, right up until you realize that on weekdays you don't even have the strength to get properly drunk and tell the system to go fuck itself. I don't need a life where the measure of success is determined by the highest number in the cafeteria package, and not one where I have to spend the biggest part of my life with people I at least hate, don't even respect that much, and I can't decide if this is my colleague, or if the new toilet bowl just arrived?
This is not enough for me, neither intellectually nor generally on any level, because wherever fate has taken me in my life so far, I have constantly vomited from this bureaucratic, regulated, creativity-killing, narrow-minded, petty system. Várkert, London, Las Vegas, Cashline and now Telenor.

With these and similar thoughts, I sat at home while writing the first post. Today, I've lost 13 kilograms, and perhaps for the first time in my life, I've started planning properly, not just floating on the water, bluffing my way through life, and then being carried wherever the current takes me. In the 65 days since I started all this, my life has only progressed in a positive direction. I set new and new goals for myself, and I feel an incredible strength, ambition, and motivation within me. I owe all this to my new lifestyle, my workouts, and the blog. Day by day, doors are opening before me that were not only closed before, but I didn't even know they existed. The already mentioned Wednesday opportunity with Vital TV, publication opportunities in nationally known blogs, but first and foremost you, who are interested, whom I help with my articles, Petra, the guy I'm starting with next week, and everything you don't see, because I don't drag the truly important parts of my private life in here, but it happens to me every single day.
"Better to fail 37 times in a row than to eat at home in front of the TV and feel sorry for yourself. I despise such people the most. Pathetic, futureless people who gave up on their lives years ago, who have no self-respect or respect for their surroundings, to the point where they look like a deterrent example."
My cousin asked how my present and future outlook relates to my appearance? Not at all. But the lifestyle and the positive change in attitude that comes with sports and this lifestyle, well, there's some overlap there. I didn't say that fat people can't be successful or have a steeply rising career path. Because if that were the case, Lagzi Lajcsi, Friderikusz, or Schmuck Andor would be homeless on Moszkva tér. What I said is that you shouldn't passively accept a sedentary lifestyle and neglect yourself, because sooner or later you'll drown in the swamp of everyday life and from there the only way is down. Because as the garden is, so is the house. A healthy mind in a healthy body, but how many more clichés should I write? This is a correct, defensible position in my opinion. Every letter of this blog is written so that your life progresses in a positive direction, of which exercise and a healthy lifestyle are small but important elements. I want to motivate and inspire everyone who reads LifeT!Lt, and if that means telling everyone to go to hell every minute, then I'll do it. In fact, if necessary, I'll do it every thirty seconds. Because as long as the number of readers increases day by day, then I know that what I want to say reaches you, and that's all the confirmation I need.

Let's also mention my workouts for a few words, since this is a weekly summary post, because I worked a lot this week for my Day 65 picture. I ran 28.41 km and did 4 gym workouts. You can see the GPS images of the runs, I won't write separately about the gym workouts, I've already written enough about them, but rather I'll tell you about the phenomena I experienced during the week that you should know, or just simply what drove me crazy from what I saw.
One day I went to train with Dave, he's also been doing a lot of training lately. What you need to know briefly about the guy's training is that he's clueless. He started training 2 months ago, then he was 106 kg. Now he's 108.5 kg, I have nothing to add to that. You know, he's the one who wants to prove to me that you can eat anything, because if you train alongside it, you'll lose weight. The result of this excellent idea so far is a 2.5 kg weight gain. I wish him further success and perseverance this way too. Well, the point is that we went to train together. As if his throat was being ripped out, he said he'd do what I tell him, he's curious about the result. It was my shoulder-triceps day, so let's do that. Dave is 2 meters tall, strong, well-built guy. With two, that is two, and three-kilogram dumbbells, I worked him so hard that even 3 days later, his shoulder was tearing from muscle soreness, and his triceps was bursting. This is what I'm talking about when I talk about performing exercises correctly. Dave hadn't worked with weights smaller than 10 kilos before, and he didn't even have muscle soreness then, and now I don't think he could even punch the next day. These confirmations always make me a little stronger and more confident that I'm starting to have more and more quality, usable knowledge. I continuously share this knowledge with you here on the blog and with those who contact me by email, from workout plans to the anatomy of the human body.

Now comes the infuriating part. A woman around 30, overweight, enters, of course, with everything she needs. From head and wristbands to new shoes, it's all compensatory behavior that makes her feel calm, and she believes she's going to work out now. The appearance itself is the essence, as we know. One senses when cruel stupidity is brewing, I knew it too when I saw this woman, and I wasn't wrong. She goes to the bicycle machines, sits in one that has a backrest and you have to pedal forward, then takes out a newspaper !!!!! and starts reading it, while pedaling. I deliberately went over to see what RPM she was doing all this at. The display showed between 16-24. There was a slight problem with the effectiveness of the workout here, because on these machines, we only do useful workout if we keep the RPM above 70. Not 18, not 25, not even 55, but above 70. I didn't write this down by chance, nor to laugh at women's stupidity, because if I wanted to do that, I'd describe an example from any minute of any day when I meet girls. Because this workout is worthless. This workout is equivalent to staying at home and occasionally changing channels with the remote control. Then she wonders why she's not losing weight when she "does everything and even goes to the gym." Nobody has succeeded with 30 minutes of clowning around, so please do me a favor and focus solely on your workout when you go to the gym. No phone calls, no reading, no chatting, no going to the computer to Facebook, just and only working out. Suffering, hard work, and after the workout, don't order pizza with the exclamation "it's allowed now because I worked out today and this much cheating is fine." Thank you.

I weigh 83 kg for 186 cm, which means I consider my weight loss complete and I want to pack on 3.5-5 kg of pure muscle in the remaining 3 weeks. So I will increase the prescribed portions in my meals, for example, instead of 15 dkg of chicken breast, I'll eat 30-40 dkg, instead of half a bag of rice, a whole one, and instead of 10 dkg of ham, I'll eat 30. These are the things to think about when gaining muscle mass. For my runs, in order to increase and shape muscle, I will abandon longer distance runs and will run 5-6 km, but at a faster pace, i.e., shorter distances faster. In the gym, I will increase the weights and vary the number of repetitions a bit. I will describe this in detail in the next weekly summary. I have fully immersed myself in the fitness lifestyle, I am continuously educating myself, reading books and professional journals, so from next week I will spend a significant amount of time in the Szabó Ervin Metropolitan Library.
Speaking of the swamp of weekdays. If you don't believe me, see what happens when you mess up your life. Sometimes there's no stopping on the decline…
