90 days No Sugar -21kg
Megosztás

I will try to be brief and to the point. Last week, I finished my 90-day Lifetilt diet. I followed the endomorphic diet for a month, then, due to a lot of running and training, I switched to the 1200-calorie diet, which worked out very well. At the halfway point, I posted my results on the Lifetilt wall, but now I've decided to write this to you instead.
I remember a few weeks ago you wrote something about not needing thanks or gratitude. However, you also have to consider that if someone dedicates their life to shaking others out of their lukewarm comfort zone, then gratitude and thanks will inevitably follow sooner or later.
When I started this diet, your style was sometimes bothersome. Not what you wrote, but the amount of anger you had when you wrote about people wallowing in their lukewarm bathwater and how much they didn't care about anything.
However, as my diet and lifestyle change progressed, I started to understand more and more why you spoke in such a tone about a certain group of people. Because now, with 21 kg less and countless hours of training behind me, I know that everything is just a matter of willpower, and I increasingly feel that you were right. Unfortunately, there are a few people around me who still hide behind their excuses and lie to themselves instead of realizing that they are harming themselves.Unfortunately, I was one of them, but after a short 3-hour crying fit, I decided that I would never be ashamed of my figure again. I put on my running shoes, threw out the chocolates, and now, for the first time in my life, I like myself. I didn't even eat from my own birthday cake last week, so I'm pretty determined.
So - listen up - THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the diet, the calorie chart, and the encouraging bluntness that you and Lifetilt represent.
And here's how far I've come in 90 days (but this is still not the final goal)

Good luck with the new Lifetilt!
