Each program will have a separate color coding, as you can see in the picture, and these color codings will follow the entire program. I will write in detail about each program in a separate post, for now, get to know the 4 programs as an introduction.
Home Booty Sculpting Program
I put together the home workout program specifically for mothers and other women under house arrest. Here I even paid attention to making sure the program didn't require too many tools. However, everyone will need one tool, and that is a fitball.
The home booty sculpting program will be 8 weeks long.
Beginner Booty Sculpting Program
By "beginner," we mean if you were to walk into a gym right now, besides the inevitable trepidation, you wouldn't really have a clue what to do there. The beginner program is for actual beginners and returning beginners, meaning your enthusiasm lasts on average 3-5 days, but it's been like that for years, of course. Choose this program if you've only done aerobics or similar nonsense under the guise of exercise until now. We start everything from the basics and build everything up from there.
The beginner booty sculpting program will be 60 days long.
Advanced Booty Sculpting Program
The advanced booty sculpting program will be very similar to the 2016 booty sculpting program, with the difference that it will be more effective. Anyone who got a taste of the booty sculpting program last year, or even completed it, knows exactly that this program will not be a weekend in Balatonszéplak, but if you do it, in return, you can be that woman who will be called a slut in Balatonszéplak solely because of your figure this summer.
The advanced booty sculpting program will be 75 days long.
PRO Booty Sculpting Program
The PRO program is a truly elite category training plan, with all its difficulties and, of course, its beauties. It's a brutal, really tough program, and the best part is that every element of the PRO program is very difficult, but in return, it achieves equally effective and spectacular results.
I would warn everyone against starting the PRO program without any prior training, and when I write in detail about the programs, I will consistently emphasize this. You don't go on a black run if you've never skied before, you don't start a marathon if you can't even run 2 kilometers, and so on. The PRO program is truly elite category, and please take this very seriously.
The PRO booty sculpting program will be 90 days long.
Workout Plans
For each program, separate CORE, weight training, and interval cardio workout plans will be available. All exercises for each workout plan have been photographed and videotaped.
Diets
Each program will include customizable diets with 7-day sample meal plans, food lists, macros, and a shopping list.
Extra Content
Since interval cardio is based on interval running, we created a separate running technique instructional video with Éva Kaptur, a five-time Hungarian champion runner, and we also created a 6-video HIIT material with the participation of Tamás Plesó, one of Hungary's most successful CrossFit athletes.
DRIVE
The main catalyst for the Booty Sculptor 2 program and your body's transformation will be DRIVE, which contains quality amino acids, four types of fat burners, and skin-tightening collagen.
