The Future Programme - The 3 points
Megosztás

The individual is superseded by the community, the community by national interest, but a nation cannot exist without future generations, so everything is superseded by the future, and the future is nothing but development, innovation, and the proper upbringing of the future generation.
This blog used to be about me and a program that first changed my own life, and now has changed the lives of thousands of people. If anyone doesn't believe in the power of the program and the new direction, they should look at this blog and look at me. In 2010, the last year before registering LifeTilt, I was nowhere and going nowhere. I was chasing dreams, weeks and months passed without plans, and I had no real goals. My daily life at that time was meaningless and pointless, and if I didn't want to lie to myself and looked a little deeper, I had to realize that I had no role in life at all. I was present in the lives of a few people, but I didn't significantly influence them, and I was constantly burdened by the feeling that I was just one more person on this planet who wasn't dealt a hand, had no role, and no particular calling in life.
Then came LifeTilt, and slowly everything around me changed. At first, I only transformed myself and thought, "this is it, this is what I needed," an appearance that girls would like, an appearance that in itself means nothing, but subtly, and without me even fully realizing it, completely reshaped my character, and with it, my entire personality. Months passed, and I gained more and more followers, and after a while, it dawned on me that people listen to me and I have an impact on them. My words gained weight, which brought with it responsibility, a burden that I found increasingly difficult to bear, and then, as usually happens, after a certain point, everything fell on me from time to time. Lack of self-confidence, compulsion to conform, uncertainty about myself and the future of LifeTilt, fear of losing all of this one day, and if that happens, what will I do afterwards, and what will become of me without it. I didn't want to grasp what I had actually created with what I was doing, and worst of all, I didn't want to acknowledge that in the eyes of thousands of people, all of this had become more than just weight loss and 100 grams of chicken breast, because there was a place where someone wrote down for them what others didn't dare to, and there was someone who represented their thoughts, and thus I represented them...
I have learned a lot in the past year and a half, met and talked to many people, and all the mistakes I made along the way were only because I was sailing in uncharted waters. LifeTilt is a process and my life story. A community that pushes me forward, and I, in turn, push myself forward. Development must never stop, we must never lean back, and we must never be satisfied, no matter how good our life is, because there is always more, always higher, but if there isn't, then go forward and show others to have it too. At first, this was a personal diary, then a weight loss blog, later came motivation, but there are 5,000 of these, that's not enough for me, and the story cannot end here. However, everything ends eventually, and when the time comes, I have to move on. In its current form, if the blog does not develop further, it has 2 years left at best, because even the best songs eventually get boring, and the fifth part of Slim3 will no longer be enough, after a while I will not be able to say anything new, and the time will come when I don't even want to stand still anymore.
After the publication of Slim3 Generations and the six parts of Innovation, an era will close and I will embark on new ventures. I consider weight loss as a central theme closed from now on, the content will remain here and you can access it anytime. The LifeTilt Program is slowly becoming complete, you will know everything you need for the successful execution of your 70-day lifestyle change, you have already received all the help for it. I will continue to be here for you and help, I will not abandon you, but I must move on and you must understand this. Everything is connected, and if we do something good, the puzzle will eventually come together, the many small processes will form a whole, and the building blocks, building a tower and falling into place, will hold everything we have built until then. I never planned anything in advance, things came together in my head as a process, but in retrospect, everything came together, and they laid the groundwork for further development.

The individual is superseded by the community
A few months ago, I said that I would dedicate my whole life to improving the lives of women, which is partly true, but in a completely different form than I had imagined until now. From 2013, I will continue to work with girls, but I will reduce the number of personal sessions, because I don't want to hold the hands of 50-60 people month after month, but I want to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of people who are not attached to me and do not make the outcome of their program dependent on my person. The effectiveness of a person's life can be measured by their talent, the energy invested per unit of time, and the spectrum of information they convey. In other words, the energy I would spend training one person, I would rather invest in projects that aim to improve the quality of life of hundreds or even thousands of people. I also do this because in the coming years I will need all my energy if I want to accomplish everything I plan, but these plans will become reality in the not-too-distant future, but for this, I need a team and I need you too, without this, it won't work.
The community is superseded by national interest
After a person has found their footing and achieved something in life, it is their duty, to the best of their abilities, to give back to society and to convey the value they believe in and which they believe serves the betterment of that society. This is why foundations, public benefit companies, and civil movements are born for a just cause, this is why we do community work, and this is why there are charitable aid organizations. With 11,000 people behind me, I believe the time has come for LifeTilt to move forward and lay the foundations for a healthier, more livable future, with which we can change a malfunctioning system and provide an alternative for future generations and a chance for ourselves. This is the New System, the Program of the Future, which is nothing more than 3 points that...
…supersedes everything, Building the Future…
1. Reforming school meals
I've long gotten over the fact that in Hungary, 570 forints gross is allocated for a hospital bed, 340 forints for a school child's meal, while the state spends 1600 forints a day to keep a common criminal parasite in prison. I won't go into detailing similar cases now, because there isn't enough ink in Word to list them all, but it is still completely incomprehensible to me why children are so neglected in this country. Children's sports opportunities are becoming scarcer, and if by chance a child does end up at a sports club, they are met with such conditions that they lose all desire for life, let alone going there 4 times a week. From the age of 9, I played football on a big field, and until I was 16, we had to play on dirt, because the grass was needed for the adult team, and this mentality is still so prevalent today. Dwelling on the past and living in the present, while only the future matters. No one cares about the past, the present simply does not exist, so there is no other way but to constantly build our future. Sports funding at the youth level is dying most dramatically, and physical education classes were practically abolished by the horror gang led by Bálint Magyar. Now there is some initiative to revive this, but building on ruins would not be the best solution statically. The daily physical education class is also a very nice idea, but someone should tell the State Secretary for Sport at the Ministry of Human Resources that there are not enough gymnasiums for this. I believe that everything looks great on paper, but there will be some problems with the implementation, Heracles program or not...
The foundation of a healthy, conscious, proud nation is the proper physical and mental training of the generations growing up now, but even more importantly, the proper nutrition of children. Anyone with school-aged children knows exactly what conditions prevail in elementary and high school cafeterias, but even those without children can be aware of this, as we were also schoolchildren, and to this day none of us have figured out what the hell that meat-like sludge was on top of our pea stew. The ingredients are terrible, the way the food is prepared is beyond all imagination. Everything is dripping with oil, they fry things that shouldn't be fried, and of course, there's always something sweet every day, just in case the child hasn't already filled themselves up completely with all the junk available at the snack bar. The point is to put a plate of something warm in front of the unfortunate child as cheaply as possible, which preferably costs 370 forints and is of roughly equivalent quality to its price, if not worse. Children cannot vote, they have almost no say in anything, anything can be done to them. Their parents can be manipulated, but children aged 7-12 will not rebel, they will not overthrow governments with their votes, which is why no one cares about them. Until now. LifeTilt and the professional staff behind it will provide a healthy alternative to school meals and we will prove that it can be done completely differently. Healthy and varied meals can be provided for children every day for the same amount of money.
2. Introduction of healthy lifestyle classes into the national core curriculum.
After finishing our studies and spending a few years in the real world, we realize that 90% of the curriculum learned in schools was a complete waste of time and that we will never use what we learned there. It provides a perfect foundation for acquiring basic factual knowledge, understanding the world around us, and learning about our past, guiding us and showing us direction so that we can later decide where to go and which career path to specialize in. That's why I consider it the biggest betrayal on the part of parents when they force their child into a higher education institution where they minimally don't want to go and are least interested in that particular profession. Forcing a humanities-oriented child into an economics career just because parents consider it good and profitable, based on their own lives, is a huge mistake, and most conflicted lives and broken careers are a consequence of this. Only do what your heart dictates and choose that path, and invest energy only in what you do without compulsion, what you don't feel is a burden, what you believe in, what you think is great. This is my message to today's teenagers, but you will realize this later anyway.
The task of education, therefore, is to prepare for life and to prepare a person for the hopefully 50 years after school, so I must ask the question: Why is healthy lifestyle education, which is, by the way, the basis of all life, not included in the national core curriculum? We throw years out the window learning completely useless information that cannot be integrated later, which we do not need, but what determines our whole life and is a prerequisite for a long, happy life, such as healthy lifestyle education, not a single word is said about it under state control.
I want to change this and ensure that healthy lifestyle education becomes part of the national core curriculum as a semester-long subject. A semester-long subject about what counts as healthy food, what makes food useful for the body, everything about vitamins and enzymes, what counts as good fat, and how to incorporate these into our diet. To teach children and make them aware of what counts as poison, why flavors, trans fats, and additives are bad, what E-numbers on the back of packaging mean, how to build a proper eating model, etc., etc. If this were in place, perhaps we could also achieve that masses of women would not be fooled by all the nonsense they are currently fed. The goal is to raise a conscious society that cannot be deceived, tricked, or misled. However, raising such a society conflicts with the state interest at all times, because such a society cannot be herded, a thinking society is always dangerous, because those who think act, and those who act, and do so en masse, are capable of changing anything and do not really tolerate being taken for fools.
Laying the foundation for a healthy, fulfilling life…
One healthy lifestyle class per week for half a year, totaling 18 lessons. Currently, we are writing the curriculum for these 18 lessons with the involvement of experts, explaining it clearly for lower and upper primary school students, and also specifically written in the language of secondary school students.
The reason I've been less active lately is because I'm organizing the launch of this, gathering people for it, so that we can present a curriculum that can serve as the foundation for a movement that people can rally behind. 50,000 signatures are what we need for parliament to mandatorily put this initiative on its agenda. Currently, I am organizing this and creating the necessary economic and legal background. For this, of course, I will also need you, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
3. The change
Today in Hungary, a healthy lifestyle is not in good hands, and this cannot continue...
In these three points, but especially in the first two, I see the future of LifeTilt, and its organization and implementation is my path, my future, and my destiny. If I succeed, you will also win, but I am not enough for this alone; I will need you too.
To be continued.
