The imprint of our soul

Thousands in the Lizandra–group, tens of thousands behind LifeTILT. The crowd is roaring in the distance, and the foundation upon which to build in the future is now stronger than ever, and that foundation is no other than you all.
By now, a community has emerged, a stratum that, over the years, under the influence of LifeTILT, has changed not only its lifestyle but also its mindset. People whom no one can mess with anymore because they have learned that they can only move up the ladder of life by elevating themselves and their standards to where they want to belong. The difficulties of the first steps were replaced by smaller goals, and then, with the passage of time, by dreams that seemed unattainable to others.
However, the laws created by life and the dividing lines between social strata cannot be overridden by human will. The caste system works; migration between social castes cannot occur without real achievements. Many people think that money is the solution to everything, that with money they can buy themselves a passport to, as it were, buy their way into the upper echelons of society. They think that by buying and owning status symbols, they can belong where they damn well don't. You don't get style from clothes, just as you don't get your own thoughts from reading a book. It's not your money that lifts you up or sets you apart from the crowd, but the kind of person you are, your actions, what you make of yourself in the active phase of your life, when you still have the power to create and to change anything. Do you dare to go down paths that crowds don't? Do you dare to change and to embrace yourself and your thoughts in all circumstances?
LifeTILT is not a hospice. I have no interest in the masses, in commercial thoughts, in faintheartedness, in the mindset of "let's be small." I despise those who are afraid to take risks and leave the beaten path for the untrodden, but most of all, I despise those who exist in lukewarm crap, with a false sense of security in their heads.

Sooner or later, everyone must understand that life is too short to deliberate, to stand still, and not to risk everything if your dreams demand it of you. You either live for nothing or die for something. Most people forget this, but I fear that for the majority, it doesn't even cross their minds that they might do more than just exist and not live from month to month.
Everyone wants a better quality of life, with a partner by their side with whom they can get the most out of life, but these privileges are not for everyone, and most people don't even deserve them. In life, although it may seem chaotic, everything is interconnected, and in the end, the big picture always comes together. A picture of us, our lives, our work, our relationship to life, and the potential within us. A picture that we cannot repaint with lies, we cannot erase details from it, because this picture is the imprint of our lives, which takes shape in the ever-present moment.
There are no accidents, there is no fate, there is no God, and there is no such thing as things just working out. There is only you, what is within you, your dreams, your desires, and whether you can realize them, whether you can bring out what is within you, and whether you can achieve all that you yearn for. You can achieve everything, you can acquire anything and anyone, but for that, you also have to show your worth, because just as society spits on the homeless, your environment will spit on you if you only complain but do absolutely nothing, nothing at all, for your well-being and the development of your life.
If someone crosses you and you feel defeated, it is always your fault, because whoever brought you down probably did more to be stronger than you. Life always confronts you with where you stand. Your job, the quality of your partner, the circles you move in, who your friends are, and such a universally visible signpost is your appearance and the standards you set for yourself and your body. You can fool everyone for a while, and make yourself seem more than you are, but this will not work in the long run, because everything you are will settle on you and burn into your personality as a stigma.

You have no choice and no chance until you control your life, and it's good to be aware of this. You must acquire the right to self-determination, because it is a power that no one can take away from you. The knowledge that you control your life is more valuable than information. The knowledge that you make the decisions is a thousand times more valuable than a piece of paper. Most people think they are free, but in reality, we are slaves, we are manipulated, and they want to influence our thoughts and the freedom of our spirit.
We cannot allow others to decide for us, we cannot live by rules invented by others, because your self-worth can never be determined by others.
These are beautiful thoughts, but their realization, given the current existential and social order, is almost impossible. There will always be someone above you, there will always be a boss who doesn't like your face, there will always be someone who prevents you from fulfilling yourself, from achieving what you are truly destined for. Legally, we are free, but in everyday life, we live in prison; our thoughts are slowly sedated over the years, years pass, our dreams shorten, our goals are limited to daily survival.
If a person lives in prison, after a while, even a walk in the yard feels like freedom. In this world, however, there is no sense of accomplishment, no catharsis, and the most you can show for it is nothing more than, at best, a job that makes you feel secure, but in reality, this is the most uncertain point of your life. You know, others decide over you.

You must acquire your self-determination, and you can only acquire it by starting something that requires only you, and only you. Your workplace is not the right place for this, a relationship is also unsuitable due to its two-person nature, friends will help, but they won't do what you need to do for you.
In your current situation, you have no chance of escaping this cursed system; I don't want to delude anyone, you have no chance. You simply don't because you're not mentally ready for it yet. You lack the courage to change, you lack opportunities, but it's also possible that you don't even have plans for the future, and you don't even know what you want to do with your life.
You're likely waiting for your livelihood and prosperity from another job, hoping to find a good place where you'll earn more, and finally, your life will start. Well, it won't, and you won't be happier than you are now, at most you'll feel the same in a better chair as you do now, and that's not enough either, because it's never enough. The more you achieve, the more you'll see how far you still have to go.
Three years ago, I felt the same way. My life was hopelessly drifting into nothing, without real goals and with illusions in my head, I waited for things to get better someday, but of course, I did nothing to make it happen, and nothing changed. Then, one winter day, I registered a blog and went for a run.
I didn't care that it was -8 degrees outside; I just went for a run because I wanted to do something with myself, anything. I was running from something. Perhaps from my life, from my failures, from myself. I just ran, and nothing else mattered. It was just me, my legs, my thoughts, and the knowledge that for the first time in my life, I was free, and I depended on no one. This feeling intoxicated me, and the realization that everything truly depended only on me. I fell into a world where no one was above me, where I decided everything, and I achieved as much as was within me. What I have achieved since then, I owe to sports; it provided the foundation. In the past two and a half years, I have overcome myself countless times, and I have believed that I can achieve anything and am capable of more. I set goals for myself that, when I told others, they laughed at me and looked down on me. They laughed and made sarcastic remarks when I said I would launch my own supplement line, then a few months passed, and I did it. They laugh when I say I will reform school catering, and they laugh when I say I will launch the LifeTILT proteins in England. They laugh because they don't believe it's possible, they laugh because they are not in a state where the word "no" or "I can't do it" exists. But none of this matters because I know that everything depends only on me, and there is no one above me who can decide my fate. I don't care about anyone or anything. I have a dream, and I will achieve it. LifeTILT taught me that nothing is impossible.
Sports can bring redemption into your life too; it can be a foundation for you to build upon. That's why I ask you to create groups. Create groups where you can find each other, and where people gather who have either already done something for themselves or want to do something in the future.
Form these groups in every city in the country, in every district of Budapest, and start living, start working for your future.
Meet up, exercise together, let communities form at local levels that help and support each other. Groups have already formed in Szeged, Debrecen and Újpest, but I ask that they also form in Miskolc, Székesfehérvár, Zalaegerszeg, and as many other places in the country as possible. The framework is the Lizandra–group, the LifeTILT community is given.
Change everything around you, break free, break the rules if necessary, and in the meantime, never forget that you are LifeTILT members, and at its head is a person who knows what he wants and on whom you can always count.
