“ACCEPT YOUR SUFFERING, AND YOUR SOUL WILL GROW”
Development, people. The development I'm talking about. Completing a multi-month training plan like this, or similar, entails a few things, even things you might not have thought about yourselves before. I'm not talking about looking much, much better. Because that's a given. Not about feeling better looking in the mirror after your morning shower, or that foreplay won't involve wearing a shirt anymore. You will become better and more discerning people in terms of humanity, mentality, and inner values.
Just think about it. How many of your opinions have changed in the past few years? What did you think about people, relationships, feelings, ideologies, and values then, and now? We change, and we are currently experiencing the positive side of change. We call this development; you will be different people in a new body, I guarantee it. Let's see what will change.
- Almost everything, from lifestyle to everyday life. New people will enter your lives, new relationships will be born, new opportunities will emerge, and previously closed doors will open. It doesn't hurt if you prepare for this too. You will be better people, not prettier, but better. Training will strengthen you, your self-esteem will increase, and you will be more discerning about your surroundings and yourselves.
- You will move more proudly in your daily lives, and truly not just because you've climbed at least two steps on the ladder of the narcissistic, purely external-appearance-based consumer society's castes. Eating healthy foods over the past few weeks/months has taken its toll. There are almost no toxins left in your body; your well-being and blood circulation are better. You will handle the stresses of everyday life significantly more easily than others.
- Every decision involving sacrifice makes you a little stronger, and builds character. Because let's face it, saying no to the sweets, desserts, and culinary delights that bombard us from almost everywhere (how much of a queer have I become) absolutely builds character.
- Affirmations from your environment increase self-esteem, and there's a small thing here. Almost every piece of clothing looks good on a beautiful, shapely body.
- Every obstacle overcome, every kilometer run after hitting a wall, every length swum, every day spent at the gym, no matter what we're talking about, what sport someone does, helps you believe that you are capable of much more than you think. You can achieve things you never thought possible before. Because it is possible. But why stop here? Life doesn't present much harder obstacles. In fact. You just shouldn't chicken out after the first difficulty. You have to stay strong mentally, set a goal, and follow through. No excuses, no high bar, just a small person. There are no escape routes, only one path, at the end of which is the set goal.
But before I descend into some unbelievably obnoxious multi-level marketing schmuck monologue, let me tell you a story. It happened to me several years ago, back when I was still willing to spend more than 10 minutes on a girl, even if it looked like it wouldn't work out. It must have been 2004, we were barely 20, and even back then, RIO wasn't quite the place it is now. My friend, Dave, and I were out and about at night back then. We spotted two very beautiful girls sitting at a table, having drinks. It was Dave's habit to hit on girls at the beach by always carrying a ball with him and throwing it at the girls he liked. That's how we knew there was a situation. This time, we didn't have a ball, so we just sat down. The girl I ended up with was a real conceited bitch. She really did look good, but seriously, for what? For being pretty and looking good. We chat, and I'm obviously looking at her body. Face okay, breasts okay, legs, thighs very good, waist, WHOA, stretch marks. I ask what they are, and the girl immediately takes a defensive stance and tells me that last year she was 15 kilos heavier, and she'd only lost the weight recently. Commendable. She wasn't really into me, but I ask her the question for which I wrote this whole story, listen up, because it's a classic.
"If we had met last year, when you were heavier, would we be together now?" The answer was a firm yes. To which I replied: AND WHAT'S CHANGED? The girl froze, she didn't even know where she was. Some stuttering, searching for words, but no meaningful answer.
And this is the crucial question. AND WHAT'S CHANGED? She lost 15 kilos and became an attractive woman, that's what changed. What was good for her then, is no longer good now. I, that little 20-year-old sprout, wasn't enough for her. She desired more, better, and this is what I'm talking about here, in this post. The change in expectations. As a result of weight loss, a stronger character in a better, more beautiful body, with greater self-esteem. Do you understand what I'm talking about? This is development, and it's a spiral. Because if I've become a better person, if I've been able to do what 90% of people aren't capable of, then I deserve a higher quality of life. This has many ramifications, from buying new clothes to workplace performance, to the desire to meet new people who meet our elevated standards. And this is indeed the point where we look next to us, and we don't always like what we see. Let there be no misunderstanding, this is not superficiality. After weeks and months of sacrifices, kilometers run, the hard mental and physical work you've put in, you are fully entitled to expect recognition and positive changes in your life. You set your expectations at least as high as the work you've done, or how much you've contributed, and here I'm not just talking about training. Several relationships will fall apart, but only those that are already on shaky ground, so there's no loss there. It will be a clearer world.
I thought about breaking down the expected changes by gender, because the goals and the means to achieve them are different for men and women. But then I would have had to describe what a woman wants, which I have no chance of doing, so I think it's enough to say that women have looks and men have existence, from which it can be deduced in which direction each will utilize positive changes. Guys will want better women, naturally while preserving fundamental female values, and women will naturally emphasize finding a highly successful, highly motivated man as their expectations rise. The direct consequence of this is that one day you will wake up and feel that your boyfriend/girlfriend is no longer enough for you. (If only I never wrote the word "partner".) How many examples can I give from my environment of people who broke up with their partners because they weren't motivated enough, didn't have perspective, didn't want to move forward, simply settled into a life and thought it would just run itself from there? In fact, I know a specific example of a woman who hinted to her boyfriend that he should go to the gym, do something with himself. He didn't. So the girl cheated on him. On the basis of "if he can't even do this much for me." So before anyone gets upset about my "the other person is no longer enough" statement, take a look around and see what's happening around them.
Oh yes, a good piece of advice: if you've been in a relationship for a while, and your girlfriend suddenly starts working out and taking care of herself AGAIN, then either she likes a guy or they're regularly hooking up. Girls, it's the same with guys, only more often, and there's no transition. Believe me, there's no man who would put energy into himself again for a woman he's already "acquired" some time ago. Unless he feels there's trouble because another dick has appeared. I could illustrate this with a very simple example. We don't download a porn film again that we've already gotten bored with. It's in the folder, okay, it was good, we remember it, sometimes we even take it out, but we definitely wouldn't download it again.
But let's move on. In the long line of changes, there's the workplace, or even your role in society, which, due to your altered state, you'll likely also find insufficient. There will be harsh realizations here, just a heads-up. I cannot pass over in silence the biggest scams, which today we call plastic surgery, liposuction, various weight loss pills, cheap junk ordered from the TV Shop. They offer salvation, and all are intended to replace what we achieve with hard work, training, and proper nutrition. I would like to say to all girls who want to undergo plastic surgery: even a push-up bra is enough of a scam, so do you really need breast augmentation? In any case, it doesn't hurt to save this interview, in case of malpractice lawsuits.
Because the essence of development is the acquisition of different skills with which we solve the problems that arise in our lives. You can avoid these problems, PLEASE, you can try, you can choose the easier path, but these obstacles will inevitably reappear again and again. Until we solve them. How many examples do we see around us of people who suddenly wanted to get rich spectacularly, choosing the easier path, flitting around? Well, these people are currently sitting in the Venyige Street prison, or are lining up for unemployment benefits at the district branches, or perhaps they are now asking if they can have cheese on our Whopper sandwich. All broken people. And why? Because they wanted to avoid the most fundamental rule of development: solving obstacles that arise with persistent and laborious work. You can go crime, spin the roulette wheel, build a Multi Level Marketing system, wait for the big hit. But after momentary successes, screwing up in the end is guaranteed. Our several-week training sessions and dietary nutrition will have long-lasting results, both mentally and physically. Only and exclusively this. In contrast, liposuction and all kinds of diet pills and worthless junk from the TV Shop will never. Fleeting successes, but they will be worth as much as the Budapest TV clowns' healings. This too, damn it, I never understood those "people" who call in here, order from TV Shop, vote for Megastar, or call psychics on TV2. Different life paths, as the Grandfather once said.
From Babel to Watt. The road to Edison is still long, but at least we have started on the path that leads to it. We have already left biblical times, we are slowly conquering the homeland. I wish myself much more success.

Update: I was asked for plastic surgeon prices. I don't understand why from me, but I'm glad that the relevant part of the post interests you, my dear Kriszti.
