Booty Sculpting 2 - Beginner Program
Megosztás
I explicitly ask you to start butt shaping with the beginner program. Of course, there are plenty of girls on LifeTILT for whom this load will indeed be too little, but I ask the majority to start with it even if they would categorize themselves as advanced.
The greatest thing about the Butt Shaping 2 program is that it is built from the ground up and takes you to the point where you can give your body such a level of exertion that your butt will be really "there", and if your butt is really "there", then men's gazes will be "there" too.
You don't start learning a language at an intermediate level; you first learn conjugations and tenses. You don't start driving on the highway, but first, you learn to shift from first to second gear without stalling on a training track.
You don't start anything at a higher level if you have no idea about the basics, and many people are not aware of the basics.
At this point, let's not be mistaken and categorize yourself as advanced just because you've been doing weight training for a while, because sometimes we do something for a long time, but badly.
This is especially true for gym workouts, because unfortunately, the time spent in the gym is not directly proportional to the amount of knowledge acquired. My God, how many people I saw when I was still giving training sessions who had been in the gym 4 times a week for years – and I mean literally years – but it would have been better if they hadn't, because during that time they could have just as well read the Blikk at home, there wouldn't have been much difference.
It was incredible to see these people day after day, and I always looked at them with sincere admiration. I watched how they constantly appeared in the gym, started what they always started, and looked exactly the same as when I first saw them. They were doing it, it wasn't that they weren't, but if you do something without a system, thoughtlessly, but most importantly, badly, then you won't get very far with it, at least not in the gym.
The point is.
You are likely still a beginner, even if you think you are not.
You are still a beginner even if you've been going to a trainer for a while, because I honestly don't even credit most of these vocational trainers with putting their sports shoes on the correct foot, let alone designing any kind of systematic, consciously structured training plan for you.
You are always a beginner if you truly are a beginner. You know, the "I don't dare go to the gym" type, who is afraid of being watched, who doesn't go to the gym because they don't know what to do there.
No need to be afraid. No one will stare at you, and now you don't have to worry about not knowing what to do in that sea of iron. You don't have to be afraid, because you will know everything. This post will be your map to navigate, your dictionary to understand what to do and why, and this post will be the first chisel in your hand with which you will shape that body part that billions of women owe the most to, besides their breasts.
The Butt Sculptor 2 beginner workout plan is 60 days long.
Choose this program,
if you still have excess weight,
if you are a total beginner,
if you've been working out for a while, but there's no change, or only minimal.
However, I forgot to mention one very important thing. And in fact, this would be my main argument for the beginner program for most people.
THE BEGINNER PROGRAM LAYS THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUR CORE MUSCLES. THOSE MUSCLES THAT WILL PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUR ENTIRE PROGRAM NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WHEN DOING THE ADVANCED AND PRO PROGRAMS.
If you skip the foundation, you will get injured. Do you understand what I'm saying? You will get injured, and don't think of a pinched muscle, a bad movement, or such minor injuries. I'm talking about very serious injuries, possibly lasting several years, because weight training is very serious. In aerobics, Zumba, and similar equally sensible activities, you are not exposed to such a level of injury risk, and if nothing else, this clearly shows how ineffective these dancing flibbertigibbet nonsense activities are. They are harmless because you don't apply stress, and ineffective because you don't apply stress, and if there's no stress, there's no progress either.
You can prevent injuries by laying the foundation, or if you prefer, this will be your safety net, and for this, you need to strengthen your CORE muscles first and foremost. This is precisely why I have included an entire training day for every level where you will exclusively focus on developing your CORE muscles. Please do not skip the CORE training day, because if you absolutely want to skip something, let it rather be your wallet with all your documents and credit cards, but the CORE must remain, do it, do it under all circumstances, and never skip it.
This whole body shaping is nothing but psychology. The beginner workout plan will burden you just enough so that you don't lose interest after 2 weeks and can complete it, yet it is still effective. The beginner workout plan is a beginner plan not only because of the difficulty of the exercises, but it is also a psychological foundation for you to have a sense of achievement. Because you will indeed have that if you do it properly. You will have a sense of achievement in the gym, you will have a sense of achievement after every workout day, but most importantly, you will have a sense of achievement in front of the mirror, and needless to say, your greatest sense of achievement will be during shameless sex.
Choose this program, choose your new look, choose life. Ah, I need to watch Trainspotting 2.
CORE beginner workout plan
Naturally, I will not give seconds, hold durations, or any time units; everyone must figure this out for themselves.
A little help for the experience.
Do one test unit for each exercise shown in the video. Hold the plank for as long as you can, hold the hollow rock for as long as you can, hold the bridge plank CORRECTLY, as shown in the video, and for as long as you can, and do this for every exercise. Measure the plank reach as well. Start the stopwatch, set a rhythm, and count how many you can do without the rhythm slowing down.
Write these numbers in your cool Lifetilt notebook – which only respectable DRIVE-ordering ladies can write in, of course – and this will be your starting point. A CORE workout day will consist of doing these 6 exercises in 3-5 rounds, trying to continuously increase the time units.
But don't just try, for heaven's sake. Do it. Increase it. Don't you dare spend time in the sauna with the same values you first measured for yourself.
Days 1–20 – 3 rounds
Days 20–40 – 4 rounds
Days 40–60 – 5 rounds
Isn't this whole thing wonderful?
Beginner Weight Training Plan
At this point, I would like to draw attention to the professionalism and quality execution I have been talking about for months. Well, this is it. The exercises are beautifully demonstrated so you can see how to do them correctly technically.
Do the exercises in the order they appear in the video. Of course, I cannot specify the weights here, taking into account the individual physical characteristics and fitness levels, but the main thing is to choose the weights so that you have to do 4x12 of each exercise, and it would be best if you couldn't complete the exercise by the end of the fourth set.
Warm-up: 5-10 minutes
Cool-down: 10-30 minutes
Anyone who isn't the love child of a lamppost and a severely retarded flip-flop won't ask how many of these exercises to do. For those who are, the answer is 4x12.
Warm-up: 5-10 minutes
Cool-down: 10-30 minutes
On the leg and glute day of the beginner workout plan, you will master and thoroughly practice basic squat movements.
As we progress and I introduce the entire program, you will see the thoroughness with which I designed this workout program, and that this program is truly a system, with elements building upon each other, ensuring that what you are doing is effective and that you are in the best place.
Interval training plan
Alternating slow and faster runs. In practice, this means you run at your normal pace for X seconds, then start running intensely for X seconds. I suggest you start as follows.
Before each interval training, warm up with a 2-3 minute very loose, slow-paced, simple run. No more, no less.
Beginner interval
1 minute easy run, 5 seconds high intensity (HI)
Do this six times
Rest
Do it two more times
This will be our basic interval run. If you can handle it, or if you feel you haven't tired yourself out enough, then start increasing the duration of the HI run.
So, 1 minute easy run, 10 seconds HI
Do this six times, and in 3 rounds as well.
For the program, we also filmed a running technique video with athlete Éva Kaptur, which also contains very useful material on interval training, but unfortunately, this video is only available to DRIVE customers.
Beginner diet 1450–1600 kcal

The diet was compiled by Réka Bognár, but she not only compiled it but also answers all diet-related questions in the LifeTILT dietary group created for this purpose.
Supplements
For workout days:
- 10 g LifeT!LT DRIVE dissolved in 1 liter of water
Drink 100-200 ml of the prepared drink 5-10 minutes before starting your workout. Sip the remaining liquid continuously during the workout, making sure another 100-200 ml remains. You will drink this all at once at the end of the workout.
- After workout: 30 g LifeT!LT Premium Protein with water, which you can also put in your DRIVE drink, just add a little more water, because if you did it right, you should have about 2 deciliters of DRIVE left.
+150 kcal
For rest days:
- 5 g LifeT!LT DRIVE dissolved in 0.5-1 liter of water
Consume during the day as desired. Tip 1: it curbs hunger. Tip 2: nothing happens if you use more of it. So go for it!

It has begun. With the introduction of the beginner program, the most excellent thing that could happen to the Hungarian internet in the lifestyle category has begun. The next post will be the introduction of the advanced program, of similar quality and length. Until that post is uploaded, join the #wearelifetilt group, and of course, don't forget to order DRIVE, which puts the dot on the i, or the crown on the butts.
