You are an exceptional person

During a period of lifestyle change, one's mind clears. Not only the body, but also the mind.

The solitary hours spent exercising make you think, and while in the first few days the focus is on sticking to the diet and our determination, and just getting to the gym at all, after the first week, new thoughts increasingly begin to emerge within us. Body transformation is one thing, but we still have to answer our questions within ourselves after that.

What will we do with our lives once we've lost weight? After reforming our bodies, what will we do with our new appearance, what will we do when our program ends? You don't have the answers yet, the goal of doing it yourself might satisfy you now, but I'm telling you in advance that this will not be your salvation. The body is just a body. You will look visually more attractive, but a few million other people can easily achieve that too, besides you.

A transformation program, which you are currently undertaking, will give you much more. As your head clears and you embark on the path of development, you will increasingly see the problems that either made your life bitter or prevented you from living a happier life. Slowly everything around you transforms, or rather, it doesn't transform, you change, no one else, yet you will see everyone differently. Your male friends, your female friends, your partner, your colleagues, people on the bus, or even yourself.

This will be an era of great realizations, and the more you stick to your diet and consistently do your workouts, the more noticeable the change will be. First, those closest to you will look at you differently because they see you doing something else. You are changing, you are no longer the person they knew, and they will not understand this, most will not even accept it, even though you are doing nothing but eating normally, exercising, and saying no when you need to say no. That's all that happens, nothing more, but that's plenty enough for you to be doing more than others.

Only a small percentage of our society is capable of saying no, and if you do this consistently, you will truly find yourself in the top 1%. Yes, where only exceptional people go, and you are still doing nothing but sticking to your decision to transform yourself and saying no.

No alcohol, no dressing, I can't go with you now because I have a workout. These seem like trivialities, but the most important building blocks of the world are given by a multitude of seemingly insignificant details, just as no house has ever been built without bricks. "No" is the only key to progress, and the most decisive "yes" for your future.

Days pass, and you become stronger. You've had 5 days, 7 days, 18 days when you said no and stuck to your resolution. This will give you strength and confirmation that you have accomplished something. You set a goal and didn't weaken, didn't fail, but achieved it. These are trivial, small successes, but for achieving great things, these character-building elements provide the foundation and strengthen you to believe that yes, you are capable. Then it will start to dawn on you that everything is just a matter of determination, and you are capable of much more than you thought possible even just 1 month ago.

You'll achieve more and more in your workouts, due to the diet your weight and measurements will decrease, the pants that were tight a few weeks ago will now be loose on you, and when you look in the mirror, you'll see a more attractive and beautiful body. The signs of change are clearly visible on your exterior, but what is invisible to the eye is the clearing of your mind, the development of your character, and the strengthening of your self-belief, which is truly essential. A new person is born within you, with a changed worldview, and sooner or later everyone will notice this. Where is the person we knew, and what is happening to you that you are becoming a completely different person?

Your friends don't change, they do the same things as before. These lives, whatever they may be, you now look at them differently. You start to see their flaws that you couldn't see before, but why would you have seen them, since neither your life nor theirs was developing. You were sitting in lukewarm water, warm enough not to be unpleasant, and just not cold enough to change anything.

But now everything is different.

You are changing now, your life is developing now, and suddenly you find that what used to satisfy you and was enough, is no longer enough, now you need more than the terrible mire of "that's good enough." But in the lukewarm water, you will suddenly start to feel cold. You want to get out of it, and the others, for whom this temperature is fine, don't understand where you would go, when it's pleasant here, there's no problem. True, it's not warm enough, but at least it's not too cold. But you need something else, you need warmer water. Those certain elevated levels of need that inevitably accompany your development.

Your friends will then want to drag you back, to stay with them, not to go anywhere. They also know there's a pool with warmer water and a more comfortable life, but the lukewarm is fine for them, because you have to fight for the warmer, and of course they don't want that. And you don't understand how this can be enough for them, why they don't want more, when more is so easily accessible, and just within reach. They'll tell you not to do it, to eat it, drink it, not to want more, but you already know the answer, and they'll get angry about it. NO. That will be your answer, and you'll move on, because you have to move on.

Because that's what friends are for, to show the way if needed. To show that life can be more, that you can live differently.

Show the way, the path of development that you have already embarked on. Anyone with a bit of self-respect and pride, the desire not to stay behind, will follow you, and you will become a leader. A leader worth following, who not only does good for himself, but also has a positive impact on the lives of his friends and those around him.

Those who follow you or will follow you are just as exceptional as you yourself, who were able to change. There will also be those who do not want to follow, but you can safely leave them by the wayside and not be sad for them. These are the people who only lived on you like a burden, were weights in your life, and brakes that always stopped you in your endeavors. You will only see this now, but now at least you will see it.

After friends and loved ones, the era of the most terrible realizations will come, when you look beside you and glance at your partner. You are still on a diet, you are still exercising, and you are still saying no. You look beside you, and what will you see? A partner who was enough for your old self, and you even felt they were right for you, but with your development come new needs, and the person who used to be good is now far from certain to be so in your eyes. This will not be a denial of your past, but a clear vision of things.

No one should lull themselves into a romantic dream world. Let's do away with fantasies if possible, as well as illusions and self-deceptions. This era of lies must end once and for all, because they lead nowhere but to dead ends. But why would you go into a dead end if you can cover the same distance every day on the brightest avenues in the world?

You are developing, and most importantly, you are working for your development. And whoever works, who spares no energy, time, or sacrifice to have a better life, after a while, seeing the fruits of their labor, will have certain expectations, and rightly so, just as we expect payment in return for our work. We will have expectations of the people around us, and we will also have expectations of our partner, who should represent the closest bond in our lives and with whom we want to live our lives. But if this partner does not meet the quality and standard that we have fought for ourselves, and does not reach the standard that we now easily reach, then looking beside us, we will find that the partner next to us is not good enough for us, we do not want to continue living with them, especially if the other does not show even the minimal signs of striving for development.

Love doesn't fade here; you haven't become a worse person because of it, you simply represent a higher human value, and what was once enough is no longer sufficient. The same applies to partners as to friends. You show the way and offer the other person the opportunity: "Look, it's that simple, come with me, do it too, change with me, and our lives will be better." If the other person is not capable of this, then there's nothing to do, you must move on. The other person will, of course, be angry, but not because you left them, but because they assisted in your development process next to you, and with each passing day, as you achieved more and more, you became stronger mentally, and your judgment of value reached increasingly higher levels. You held a mirror up to them, in which they had to see themselves, their own weaknesses. And if you hold a mirror up to someone and they see their own faults and weaknesses, then that other person, if they have a weak character, will get angry and blame you.

Flawed people always reveal themselves by getting angry when their faults are highlighted and blaming you. Their reaction could be different, yes. For example, they look in the mirror and get angry at themselves. They get angry, but not at you, but at themselves. They get angry, and their pride no longer allows them to live their meager life as they have until now. Quality people are always grateful when someone points out their faults, because at least someone told them that their life is equivalent to a used condom.

And you cannot live with a flawed person. You cannot live with someone who does not always want more from life. I'm not talking about money, but about an active life, achieving a certain status, so that they can always appear proudly in every situation and you can be proud of the person standing next to you.

Your development will change your entire life. New people will surround you, and the old ones, no matter how great friends they are, 90% of them will disappear from your side. But don't be afraid of this, you won't be left alone, your past won't change because of it. In fact, you must always remember, you must know where you came from, so you can appreciate the person you have become.

By your own strength, your own determination, by your own decisions. If you do this, you are an exceptional person. Do you think you are an exceptional person? Then show everyone that you truly are. Don't tell, show.
