Laura The End

Laura is the first girl in the history of public LifeTilt transformations with whom I haven't slept. Now that I've written down all the essential information about Laura's program, we could even move on to such trifles as that I have never in my life seen such a determined girl, so uncompromisingly pursuing her goals, and so persistent. Laura finished the program 1 month ago, but everything is delayed due to the "Slimek" and the closing, which is why this post is only now being published. All in all, I am proud of her and what she has achieved in 3 months. Laura is now saying goodbye to this blog, but not to blogging, as she has started her own blog where you can continue to follow her workouts, events in her life, and everything she couldn't or simply didn't want to write here... http://wanttobe.blog.hu/
Laura
90 days have passed, the program is over. When I look in the mirror, my mouth no longer twists into a cry, because now I know what it takes to get in better and better shape and eventually achieve my dream body. I feel pretty, I have to reach for XS clothes on the shelf, and I still find it hard to believe that my jeans size is not 29-30, but 27.
But this is just the surface, just what is visible on me. I want to write about something more important. Something that truly motivates (though vanity is not negligible either).
The fact that I completed my first diet in my life and started exercising regularly and consciously is a much, much greater achievement than a few centimeters less or a firmer body. The knowledge that I succeeded fills me with incredible energy and gives me greater confidence and self-esteem in other areas of my life. It fills me with pride that I had the strength to start, that I had the perseverance to do it, and this certainly shows on a person. I am at peace with myself, I am calmer, less impatient about achieving goals, because persistent work always bears fruit. You must not stop, you must not give up. This applies to sports and all areas of life. The program did not change my life, but it gave me an extra something that means a lot to me. If you feel that all areas of your life are chaotic, sports is a very good opportunity. Here you have plans, goals, and deadlines. It doesn't matter if you are preparing to run a marathon or if an 50cm arm is your dream, you are still constrained, accountable to yourself, and the eventual success is your merit.
I feel that these 90 days were successful, as we achieved what was possible in the first round. Now I will rest a bit, I want to eat normally (not regain weight!), but of course, continue with regular exercise. I will pay close attention to my eating, eat little and preferably not junk.
As for the future... I'm skipping running; if absolutely necessary, there will be cardio, but this is definitely not my sport. I never want to give up the gym; as long as I can train, I will! :) I would like to gain some mass in winter, mainly shoulders-arms-back, the glute project is quite long-term, but I will continue to fight genetics :) In my imagination, a little cutting by spring, and if all goes well, I'll send a picture here too.
Over the years, due to work/personal life, I attended a couple of fitness competitions and was always amazed by the girls' physique (then I indulged in some spaghetti :D). I wasn't envious, as it's well-known that such a physique requires a lot of work and sacrifice, I always respected them. If I ever truly believe that I am capable of it, then I would like to prepare for a competition. Not for the victory, participation would truly be important. I am quite critical, and if I ever give myself permission to compete, then I will say that I have reached my own top form :) I don't even care if I come in last, just the knowledge that I was at my peak and will have something to show off as a "yannyer." This will probably take at least a year, but rather two; then the experts will tell me.
Whether you start this program or embark on something else, but the idea of changing your lifestyle has crossed your mind, then don't hesitate, because you only have one life. Yes, for example, it sucks to give up your favorite snacks, it's not a good feeling to sit sober at a party, and it's hard to go to the gym after a tiring workday (let's not even mention the horrors of running :)), but if you don't do it, and just envy/crave/dawdle, then you'll constantly have to ask yourself: what if....? And if you wait for the results, then the evolving reflection in the mirror, suddenly loose pants, a surprised look from an ex, an appreciative gaze from your partner (I hate that word), an envious comment from a colleague will all help you move forward.
The point is: go for it and don't give up!
A little vanity at the end :) What I am most proud of (list): shapelier shoulders; flat stomach; I have triceps!; bulging biceps; firm glutes; hard thighs; and the very best: a "groove" in the middle of my back :)
Tomi, thanks for everything!
