What will you do after...
Megosztás
But seriously. What do you want to do with yourself after you've lost weight, after you've transformed your body? Buy some new clothes and admire yourself in mirrors and shop windows? Dress up nicely, bask in the gaze of men, and all the while enjoy being the focus of every longing male glance and hateful, yet appreciative female stare?
If the answer is yes, then you have adopted the state of one of society's most looked-down-upon strata, which common parlance refers to as just a dumb, but truly very stupid bitch.
I'll ask the question again. What do you want to do, and what are your plans, after you've achieved your desired physical goal? You can be sure that your problems won't be solved. If you're expecting your relationship to improve from it, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you again. If you become prettier and look better, your boyfriend, partner, husband, lover, whoever, might desire you more, but if this adoration and the rekindling of that certain fire was only about your body, then first of all, it wouldn't hurt to think about it, and secondly, if the quality of your body determines the quality of your sex life, then you are nothing more than a body, a porn film on a monitor in a man's eyes, and you represent roughly the same value in his mind.
The condition of your body is nothing more than a status symbol. A kind of projection of your life and its quality, the value of the thoughts you entertain in your head, your standards, and all that implies where you place yourself in the world, how much you value yourself.
We all want a better life. Our apartment should be in the best possible location, nicely furnished, with all comforts. We should have the best possible car, a better job, more beautiful and higher quality clothes, bags, shoes, and if you're a girl, makeup from Max Factor, or who the hell knows what's considered real quality there now. Go out to the trendiest, most exclusive places in the right clothes, and order drinks that match the social caste you perceive yourself to be in. The plebs, the lower-middle-class proletariat, call this snobbery, but it's nothing more than living a life that we fought for and worked hard for.

This applies to all areas of life, that we want better of everything, the best possible within our means, and sometimes even stretching beyond that, because that is the order of life. Always striving for better, always achieving more, our desire to create, and to have something to put on that certain table.
For someone who strives to live such a life in all areas, it is completely natural to also keep their body in order, because they know how much extra human effort, how many human factors requiring quality are needed to create and maintain existential security. A successful life requires thoughts, creativity, pride, human integrity, and ultimately a combination of factors that shape our character, allowing us to achieve more than those who seek to fill their lives not with substance, but with empty clichés and superficial living.
However, life cannot be raped. Centuries-old social traditions cannot be overthrown, there is no crossing between castes by displaying objects. Give 10 men from different social classes the same suit, and the difference will be visible. A prole, a little man who has never achieved anything, no matter how much he copies values and status symbols that he considers middle-class, or even absurdly upper-middle-class, no matter how much he wears those clothes, carries that bag, it will scream that it's not for him, because his lifestyle and the poverty of his thoughts do not allow it. The lines of the face reflect the richness or poverty of thought in the head, and the posture and current condition of the body reflect his self-image.
Behind the entirety of the body, there are always thoughts and actions that manifest on our appearance. The body in which we live. It's not just what we surround ourselves with that matters, but also how we look. If something bothers us, we change it. If someone doesn't feel good in a company, they leave; if they don't feel happy in a relationship, they end it; if someone doesn't feel good in their body, they change its condition. Or rather, this would be normal, but the majority does not act this way.

There are also those who accept all the shit and think they're doing something wrong. Even if they don't like the company, they try to fit in and submit, accepting the rules that others dictate to them. My God, how damn pathetic these people are.
Then there are the real failures, who have been suffering in a relationship for years that ended long ago, but they still don't leave because a stable mess is still better than uncertain anything. I won't move out because it would be too much work to unpack, I won't move out because we've been together for 7 years, it doesn't matter now, it will get better someday, what can I do, this is what I got, it could be much worse. Many people think this way, and if you knew how much I despise and disregard those who think like this, how sad I find the life of someone who thinks this way. Better the sure shit than the uncertain anything. Ridiculous. These words could be the first lines of the anthem of the failures.
Fitting in, submitting, and accepting. Three terrible words that you should forget forever and delete from your vocabulary, and anyone who mentions them, avoid them as far as possible, because they are dangerously big assholes. You don't have to fit in anywhere, you don't have to submit to anyone, and you never, ever have to accept anything.
At the beginning of the post, I asked a question. What will you do with your body after you've transformed it? The answer, as a first step, should be this: Learn that you don't have to fit in, you don't have to submit, you don't have to accept anything. If you fit in, you accept the rules of that group, but you can never accept all the rules, because you have to live by your own. If you accept all the rules, you live by others' systems, and living by others' systems, you cannot build your own. If you don't accept even one rule, they will look askance at you; if you don't accept more, they will ostracize you. Let them.

By fitting in, you hand over your destiny and the course of your life to others, meaning others control you. LifeTILT is also a group where I am the boss, and you follow the rules I dictate, currently living by them. My goal is for you to become strong and forge your own path. I don't want to keep anyone here, but just to inspire, to show the way to a successful life, and when you are strong enough, you will move on, because that is the natural order of things.
Never fit in anywhere. Not even here. Nowhere. Because you are special. Unique and inimitable, and if you don't believe that about yourself, LifeTILT is not for you. If you don't believe you can build something great and lasting, then what is your role in life?
To be one of many, a servant of a system? Hell no, my friend. Absolutely not.
Or you can be that, but then LifeTILT doesn't give a damn about you.
