Runt!lt-futás Margitsziget, március 24.

Runt!lt Running Margaret Island, March 24th.

On March 24th, after a 3-month break, the LifeTilt run, better known as the RunTilt movement, will be held again.

I didn't really want to force these runs in winter, partly because I increasingly want to shift RunTilts towards not just being exclusively about running, but rather a community program that we start with a run, and then we sit down in a nearby meadow to grill meat and chat.

So, the essence. March 24th, Sunday, 4:00 PM Margaret Island, fountain. Try to arrive on time, because at 4:10 PM we will head towards the bank to the running track.

Everyone come in black. This is not optional, everyone really should come in black.

Distance 5.3 km, which is a full Margaret Island lap, broken down into groups A, B, C, and D. The groups indicate physical condition, with the slower ones in group D, and logically the fastest ones starting in group A. Try to stick together, because this is supposed to be a community thing. Help each other, if you see someone struggling, stand by them, thus helping them all the way to the finish line.

If the weather is good, there will be a barbecue, which means everyone should bring some food or drink to share. To avoid confusion and to have a diverse selection, girls should bring salad, rye bread, and guys should bring meat, but goddamnit, marinated if possible, and of course drinks. I'm bringing 10 kg of chicken breast fillet and 2 bottles of Bacardi, it's going to be awesome.

Among the best folks, meaning those who come to the run, well, among them we will draw 5 LifeTilt shakers. Everyone will get a wristband before the run, which will have a number on it, and we'll draw after the run. If you're coming, please indicate it on Facebook, just so I know roughly how many wristbands to prepare.

If we're not at least 100 people, I'll take the meat I bought and throw it in the Danube. I'm not kidding.
