Taking shape. That's the word that came to mind looking at these pictures. I'm still far from my goal, but something seems to be starting, I feel. I definitely see things more encouraging than at the 15-day report (that was clearly the lowest point in the program so far). I'm gaining more and more momentum. Of course, I'm not saying I don't get insecure sometimes, but then I usually just get on with it and do my job without a word.
Workouts and meals have become a completely natural part of my life. I'm not saying I wouldn't sometimes have a beer or a little wine, or eat something fattier, but in reality, I always realize that none of it is worth screwing up all the work I've done so far, so I don't usually cry about them. Only at night. When no one sees me. That's when I shed fist-sized tears with a hamburger chased by a good beer in my head. Of course, I'm just joking now. I usually chase that certain burger with wine. Joking aside, it's really not that bad. Tuna salad, for example, will definitely be in my diet even after the program.
In my day 0 post, I already mentioned my "intimate" relationship with stairs. This has since taken an unexpected turn, as we are quite starting to like each other. Thanks to Belovai Kristóf (besides Tomi, of course), I have climbed so many stairs and in such a way that I could hardly have imagined before. Although, when I first saw the Mason's Stairs, I felt a bit like I was in Kill Bill 2, but lately, I would say these workouts are the most enjoyable of my weekly training sessions.
After 30 days, I can only say the same as 15 days ago. I'm still doing what I need to do and I'm eagerly awaiting the end of the program. I hope I manage to get close to (or even reach) the set goal. Which is not to see a body in the mirror that I would most gladly vomit all over.
See you here in just over 2 weeks.
