There are inspiring personalities who, if you get close to them, will have a positive impact on your life. Then there are those whose existence is highly questionable, because their added value to life is merely that they are energy vampires, trying to drag others down to their own pathetic, death-throes level, hindering your personal and life development, they are malicious, inherently destructive personalities, and almost all negative human characteristics apply to them to the extreme. Adrienn clearly belongs to the first category, while I would tell those in the latter category to do society a favor and start walking on the exit section of the M3 motorway, hoping that a truck will put an end to their endlessly petty and completely meaningless lives.
Adrienn is the most successful Slim. By far, her summaries are read by the most people, which in numbers means more than 9,000 readers. If only 10% of these 9,000 readers decide to positively change their lives, it means that thanks to Adrienn, a minimum of 1,000 !!! people's lives will take a radical turn and be steered into happier and more balanced waters, and this is exactly the essence of LifeTilt. This kind of butterfly effect is what makes this whole thing work, and the blog's primary goal is to cultivate and create as many of these inspiring people as possible. If you are happy and achieve your goals, it will also affect your environment, who will change the lives of other people. If you feel that your life is crap and you don't feel like a useful member of society, then simply start a program, and your whole life will change. You don't believe me now, but you'll realize it sooner or later.
Everything else, Adrienn tells about herself...

I see the end, I'm almost there. I just got home from what could be called an average run, but somehow I don't feel that way. The distance was the same, so was the endurance, from the outside I couldn't say any significant changes, but internally, during my program, this was my best run so far. What I owe this to is that my mom came running with me for the first time. We went 3.82km in 30:50 minutes. After returning home, I set off again and went my usual 10km, but with a completely different attitude. When I felt myself getting tired, I just thought of Mom and kept going! I hope if everything works out, this double run will become regular! :)
After my previous post, I survived a Christmas and a New Year's Eve. I was a little worried about the first holiday because I didn't know how it would turn out, how much I would gain, how I would experience it. On the 24th, I drank a lot to suppress my hunger and not eat all the delicacies. But with enough willpower, I stopped and kept my food intake to a minimum. The other days went smoothly, it didn't bother me that delicious food and sweets were being eaten next to me. It will sound morbid, but what I thought I would taste, I smelled, then put it back and mentally I was able to handle it. So I, who is a sweets maniac, can declare that I did not consume any sweets or chocolate during the holidays! JeeaaaahJ Looking back, it wasn't bad at all, I didn't miss anything, or rather, I missed the feeling of being stuffed for days, the stomach ache. As a result, on the 27th, I timidly stepped on the scale and to my great surprise, I lost -1kg! :) Hurray!!!
At the beginning of the program, partying without alcohol was still a problem, but now I've reached the point where I don't even miss it. In fact, it's better this way. I'm not saying there won't be any "let your hair down" parties anymore, just that their number will decrease significantly. I spent New Year's Eve sober for the first time in my life, I can't say it was the best night of my life, rather average, but I expected that. It was funny to observe the people around me, how they behaved and to think about how I would behave now... oh my god... :D So that's how my holidays went.
I keep up with my gym workouts, they're not my favorites, but the mandatory ones are done. Thinking about it, no matter how you look at it, it's easier than running, yet it hasn't become something I enjoy. I also maintain my runs, usually going out twice a week, sometimes more often. I start with great difficulty, but then I go smoothly. It's a big step forward that, although I don't always like to go for a run, I've reached a level where I already crave running.
I've been consulting with Bence less often lately, of course, if there was anything, I'd write to him immediately, and he'd also ask about me, how things were. One such example is when I wrote to him that I felt quite tired, sleepless, even though I slept well, I had no desire or strength for anything. Understand this to mean that tidying my room was difficult for me. I was a little afraid that this only happened to me, and how weak I was. Bence enlightened me that this is normal after so much time, with the diet and exercise. We agreed that we would look for a low-content stimulant for me so that I could endure the strain if I was weak enough. I also received one from Peak for testing, called "Speed" tablet (I know it sounds quite bizarre, but it only contains black and green tea!). I tried it during one of my runs, I took one half an hour before and it had a pretty good effect, I felt it really worked. Of course, I don't want to make this regular, because I know I can do it without it, only if I really have no strength left then I will have to take it.
I see the change, I also get a lot of positive feedback, which of course feels very good, but somehow I'm still not satisfied with myself. One day, looking back at my pictures from a few years ago, I was surprised to find that when those were taken, I felt fat and looking at them now, I have no idea why I thought that. I'm a little afraid that it will be the same now. My desire has always been to finally reach a level where I will truly be satisfied with myself, and there will be no more staring in the mirror, wondering what else I should change, and then moving on with a discouraged face. I think this will happen differently now than before, I realized that I have to settle this problem in my head alone, otherwise I cannot move forward. After the program, I want to take a month off for myself, and then start a new one, which would only be about body shaping. But until then, I have time to think things through and finally leave constant dissatisfaction behind me.
In the summer, my girlfriends and I are going to Corfu for 8 days. I have half a year to look perfect by then. This will be my motivation after the program :)
