Slim3 Bogi Day 50 - 8kg

Bogi

Once up, once down. This describes my last 50 days. Rarely does one's life present such a privileged situation where one can only focus on a diet, while everything else in life is given. For a few days now, clouds have gathered over my head again, both in my work and private life. Life presents me with tasks that I have to solve on my own, and which require a lot of self-confidence (I deliberately wrote it separately). Trusting ourselves differently. Since I already know that running 13 km is not a physical obstacle for me, but only the result of mental work, I face my daily tasks with more courage, treating them as a challenge that demands only the maximum from me.

The diet itself is very good, I simply can't get bored of it. However, sometimes I feel the urge to consume even more protein, which (guys, don't pay attention) is even more true for me as my "girly days" approach. Since the diet started, I've had 2 low points. The first was due to the initial diet change and the realization of the old Me vs. new Me, and the current one is due to the changes happening in my life. The common thread in both is that I hit rock bottom before my "girly days"; somehow I become extra sensitive and emotional, which wasn't characteristic of me during this period before. It's interesting, I consider this a change too, although I hope it will normalize over time, because I don't want to rot among cats all alone without a companion.

Looking at the pictures, I see a lot of changes, although I'm nowhere near where I want to be yet. That 62-64 kg is still far away, but I'll get there, I know! :-) I'm almost morbidly in love with this cottage cheese-fruit combo, which I think I'll eat often even after the diet is over, because it feels so good that I can eat it even twice in the morning and it only has beneficial effects on the body. (Dietary) Cottage cheese forever!!! Before everyone thinks that a depressive mood comes with the diet, they are very mistaken. You can have a great party with syrup-free lemonade too!

Oh, and in my videos, I always joke about my male affairs, but in reality, when I was 17, my dad threw the key to my chastity belt into the river, and no one has found it since. So, those who prefer platonic love are at an advantage with me! To be continued...
