Bogi is typically the kind of woman that most men would frequently and often like to pin against the wall, anywhere, anytime… This girl has an incredibly erotic aura, but then again, she already had it when she was still going to castings in the state you can see in her initial picture on the left. Every type of person has their crutches, regardless of their endowments and life situation. Such are men with small penises who survive their existence as Chinese born white by using the "size doesn't matter, technique does" type of bullshit. Fat women are no better either, of course, explaining to themselves why what they do or the lifestyle they live is actually not a huge mistake. These women insist that there are indeed men who specifically like women who look like Jabba at Pizza Hut, and anyway, she feels good in her own skin like this. Honestly, I easily believe that. I mean, that some women truly believe this and genuinely think this way. But I'll go further, because I even believe that a few bums in the underpass of the Western Railway Station feel endlessly free and are convinced that they've really screwed the system and no one can order them around. It's a huge mistake to lull ourselves into these types of dreams, because sometimes people don't wake up from them in time; of course, it's easier to dream awake than to realize dreams with sweat and hard work.

Slim Vivi came up to me after one of our runs, around day 60. I was editing her post on my computer, and Vivi started looking at her initial picture and then said the following, or something similar, I don't remember exactly. "Oh my God, you hear this, I can't believe it, it's disgusting, how did I look?" And yet, that was also Vivi, just 2 months earlier. Vivien looked at her old self in shock, but when she lived in that body, it didn't even occur to her what she had done to herself, and how truly awful she looked. She didn't grasp it because she saw herself every day, her environment had gotten used to her looking that way, and strangers simply don't go up to her and say, "Hey miss, doesn't it bother you that you look like a farm tractor?"

There are some things you will only see from a distance, because you are too close to grasp them. This country is like that too. To understand how little freedom of thought there is here, how narrow-minded, petty-bourgeois, stale, lukewarm the atmosphere is in this country, you have to travel away for a few days, and when you come back, you will truly confront what you already know, but now you will also see it. To those women who are reading this post now with 15-20-25-35 kilos of excess weight, well, I would tell them… I know you are aware that you are overweight and need to change, but believe me, the situation is much, much worse than what you actually believe about yourself. Just as Vivien almost threw up at the monitor seeing her old self after losing 14 kilos, 95% of people think the same about you, they just don't show it to you, because why would they? And they haven't even seen you in a bikini.

As I mentioned, Bogi is a damn good-looking woman. She was always like that because of her sexual charisma, but now that she has lost weight, she is simply in a different league. Now, of course, one could say that I am contradicting myself and I see that it's not all about external appearance, because if there is inner self, individuality, charisma, then external appearance doesn't matter after a while. This is true, the problem only begins when not every woman is born a fiery animal, and most women have as much individuality and eroticism as an IKEA cabinet. One can live a life behind the cash register at Tesco, or wiping windshields at a gas station, but why would we do that if, with hard work, we could live a much higher quality life and not constantly have to explain why what is otherwise inexplicably bad is good for us? Try to see what it's like when you dedicate the energy you invested in pathetic excuses and ideology production to developing your own body and life, and you will see miracles. If you have done this, and you are past all of it, then all you have to do is sit back and ENJOY…

Bogi

I survived...

image.jpgMore than 70 days ago, I decided that this couldn't go on; I had to change. I want my life to flourish in every aspect, and I'm happy to report that I'm well on my way. When I saw Tomi's call for applications for Slim3 2 in the winter, I didn't even believe that I could be one of the lucky ones who, receiving all the support, could definitively change their life. The decision was solely in my hands, whether to "dare or not to dare"? And I dared, I accepted that many would look disapprovingly at my renewed attempt, but I didn't care. Because I knew this wasn't about anything else, not about glorifying our trainer, and not about chasing momentary fame (that wasn't characteristic of me even back then, no matter what anyone believes). I felt that this was the environment where I would find helping hands if I needed to be pulled out of a rut, and I could make friends I could count on anytime. Well yes, what are female instincts capable of, or perhaps karma?! Who knows, one thing is for sure, I made one of the best decisions of my life so far. LifeTilt is a program, a lifestyle, a change in lifestyle to bring out the ME residing within us. And diet is just the first step in this. Because when you're thinking about eating that cookie, whether it's diet or not, it's not just that that comes to mind, but also, should I really be dependent on food?! How pathetic, one thing that if I want, I don't even look at, don't acknowledge, and yet it can still drive me crazy?! Now that's nonsense. Such thoughts are needed for someone to truly delve into themselves and realize who they really are?! What they want and don't want in their life?! To be dependent on things, people, or to take control and live a satisfying life.

In the past 2 and a half months, I've had many low points, because for someone who has had food as a compensatory activity in their life since childhood, it's not easy to change this bad habit overnight. On the other hand, it's not impossible. I always say that nothing is impossible, only helpless. But speaking of the diet, I confess I vary the order of meals quite a bit, and sometimes if I'm ravenously hungry, I really do have more cottage cheese or apples or protein shakes, but it still works. I've changed my lifestyle, and I don't experience it as a diet; perhaps that's why I've only lost 10 kg in this time, but I won't eat any differently after this, that's for sure. Because I like it, I feel good this way, and that's the most important thing. Short-term goal: running 16 km, half-marathon by autumn.

To be continued.
