Slim3 Imola Day 40 -8kg

40 days have passed. I feel like I have everything and yet nothing to say.

Early January was very slow because I had a lot to do, and the pace was forced. I had to study, I had to work out, if I wanted to eat, I had to cook, I had to run, but I also had to live. Everything was about performance, what Tomi expects from us, just like life itself. The more areas you can perform in, the better you are, the more people will want to follow you, and the more people will hate you. The workouts are hard, but I love them, even though they hurt, but nothing comes for free. And that's the point, the pain. You suffer before, during, and after training, but if it's too easy, it's not worth anything. Despite this, the group workouts are in a great mood, and we motivate each other. Tomi sees in our eyes when we need two more encouraging words, that there are only a few minutes left, and we know we cannot give up.

I have gotten used to the diet, and it's a special joy that my family eats more or less the same way. They don't eat all that white flour, sugar, and cooking oil. This will definitely be an advantage in the long run. So, in terms of food, I don't have any ups and downs, and I have already told Tomi that I want to stick to this program at least in its basics beyond day 70. Thank you very much, it's still not starvation, just a healthy, disciplined diet. The difference is huge.

Budapest and I, it's a strange relationship. In my teenage years, I loved Pest, and I couldn't wait to study there after graduation. Life led me to a different area back then, but now the fever has caught me again. On every trip to Pest, something funny, something interesting, something memorable happens. Still, it's the mentality that bothered me the most. Last time, I was just about to leave the subway when one of the two working escalators was switched off. I'm not lying when I say that half the people turned back and moved to the line of the still working escalator, while I walked up quickly. I wouldn't say these extremely fit people didn't look at me strangely.

I feel motivated, I want success, and I'm doing everything for it. I want to change, to be more beautiful. I already look back at old pictures with disbelief – how could I let it get so bad? How could I look in the mirror like this for years? And why didn't my relatives and friends say anything? Now I can say that I haven't been this thin in about 8 years, which is incredibly motivating for me, especially when I remember when the doctor didn't believe I was 80 kg (in 11th grade!!)

I want to prove to myself and everyone else that if you work for it, it will happen, and there will be results. I'm not looking for excuses; I already know that everything is decided in the mind. Tomi taught me to trust myself, because if I don't, no one else will. Among other things, this program gave me that. It helped me to trust myself even more and to try to overcome obstacles that I previously thought were impossible.
