Day 89 81.90 kg Day 0 96.30 kg
163.211 km running 33 weight training sessions - 14.40 kg in 89 days
A lot of things ended for a lot of people this week. For me specifically, my workout program, but for Bin Laden, specifically, a life. So I think I definitely got the better deal, even though the Bush government's number one campaign face was able to sit on millions of dollars and hole up in a cave system for years. When I registered the blog, I planned for it to last until I finished my workout program, i.e., 64 days. The 64 days turned into 89, and now we're at a point where I couldn't even close the blog's doors if I wanted to, because I signed a contract that I have to keep LifeTiLt, the newest workshop of the fitness lifestyle, alive until August 31st. The blog has since grown, and this is not only measurable in visitor data, as the site is not even 4 months old, but instead of the initial 20-50 readers, Google Analytics now counts a stable 6-800 daily readers, all without an Index front page appearance. But before anyone thinks this post will be about how great I am and how deeply I can blow myself, I would reassure them that yes, it will be, so I will continue.

In 3 months I ran so much that I could have run the marathon distance 4 times, or if you prefer, the distance between Budapest and Szeged, but all this is nothing compared to the daily sacrifices and workouts. Self-control, willpower, perseverance, I don't know if these words are familiar to anyone, but I managed to establish a closer relationship with them in the last 12 weeks. This program was not pleasant, but in return it was difficult, strenuous, and sometimes downright crappy. More than once I thought about giving up, but the blog never really allowed me to, so I can only suggest to everyone to keep a diary or write a blog. Show your face, don't escape into the minimal world of anonymity, this also helps you not to give up, because if you give up even then, there's really nothing to talk about, and hand over your place to someone worthy. Set a goal, give meaning to your program, which can be a girl/guy to acquire, a killer appearance for the exes, or simply a new life in a better body, but it doesn't matter what, the main thing is that you can be enthusiastic about it and it carries you forward during your workouts.
But never forget one thing. Everyone will achieve as much with their workouts and produce as many results as they would achieve in life. That is, if you give up, if you don't have the strength, if you don't fight, if you don't clench your teeth and don't go on, then you won't achieve shit in life either, because you won't fight there either, and you'll give up at the first obstacle. During workouts, you will hit walls, and at first every wall will be damn high, but you can jump over all of them if you're not spineless nobodies. I used to write that I only deal with people who have that certain something extra. Petra and Dani seem to have it so far, but if they give up, it's one thing that I'll tear them apart on this blog, but I'll be done with them for life because I can't deal with average, insignificant people. I sincerely hope that those who write to me and ask me to help with their program and work with them are also aware of this.

During a several-month-long workout program combined with a diet, the set goal and motivation are often not enough, because there will come a point, and not just once, when you will feel that you can't go on and simply can't bear it. When you reach this point and you would really die, truly and really, and you feel like you're getting sick, then just keep going. Don't care about anything, just KEEP GOING, because these are the points that strengthen you, these are the points that give you resilience, and carry you forward both physically, but primarily strengthen you mentally. As long as you stop at these points, there's nothing to talk about. Anyone who cannot overcome these points, and here I am talking far beyond just workouts, should go screw a goat, and consider themselves a weak-willed failure.
I don't really know when and where this post went off the rails, but don't let me think that just because I'm wearing a shirt it distinguishes me from a conceited monkey, so let's move on. Unfortunately, such a workout program is not only a huge pain during workouts and meals, but 24/7. Because when you're not suffering in the gym, or after the sixth kilometer during a run, life comes with its tripping hazards. Family is the worst, then there's the city with its inedible food, a jealous husband, a gay friend, or just weekends with friends, when they come over, order two XXL pizzas from Theo Papa, and when they start pouring the third Bacardi and Coke, I go into the kitchen and make my protein shake. Or when at Ádika's birthday at Trófea I ate a piece of grilled chicken breast fillet with salad, and instead of cake, I rather hit Dave in the back, so at least he would suffer a bit too, not just me, and while the others were experiencing the moments of getting drunk to the point of shitting, I asked for another plain water at the counter, not to mention dates and weekend family lunches. Was it hard? Not after the second week. Was it worth it? Every single minute of it.

It's over. Now I'll rest for two weeks, and I think I'll order a pizza. My next program starts on May 15th, focusing on mass gain and building visible muscle. Until then, I'll go for a run a few times, but basically, besides the girls, I don't plan any strenuous workouts. I'll take it a little easier with this diet thing too, just to feel alive. So, in two weeks, I'll start my second program with a new workout plan and diet, and if all goes well, I'll document that too. As for the Summerproject, the auditions have ended and the casting lights have gone out. So the show starts on June 1st, with a twenty-something but damn I have no idea how old lifeguard kid. In December, I'll start writing the LifeTiLt book, in which I'll describe what I don't want to talk about now regarding the selection, but for now, I wouldn't shit in the nest if you don't mind.
For those who followed my transformation, the least they can do is start working out if they haven't already, and I hope the blog has achieved its initial goal and positively changed at least one person's life.
What about me? Nothing. For example, I'm damn hungry right now...
