Video Kill the Radio Star

From now on, things will be a little different. A few things will change, and thanks to Slim3, the weight loss processes and all the work behind them will be much more tangible. What I've written so far, or what I will write in the future, will now come to life and materialize. In October, a new love was born between me and a video camera, which will fundamentally define the appearance and communication of the blog in the future. Slim3 will be a video-documented weight loss program, meaning there will no longer just be pictures every two weeks, but video clips showing what kind of workouts these girls go through and how they progress during their program. Videos will be made about the foods that can be eaten during the program, we will go shopping to see what needs to be bought for the diet, there will be exercises and strengthening workouts that can be done at home, we will film at RunTilts, and we will capture everything on camera that the blog has been about until now. With Slim3, I also want to prove that if they had entrusted me with editing the SummerProject and listened to my advice, many useful things could have been gained from that show besides the go-karting and island-f***ing. Over the past few months, a community has formed behind Lifetilt, whom I definitely want to show you, because you also need to see these people and feel how they embody the spirit of Lifetilt. This is a community of people who want to change, or have already done so long ago, who chose the harder path, and made one of the best decisions of their lives by doing so. I have always wanted to motivate with the blog, and this will be my primary goal with the videos as well. Hundreds, if not thousands, have already started the Lifetilt program and decided for a healthier, more livable lifestyle, and many people are still doing so these days. After the crucial realization, and if you are able to stop lying to yourself, then perhaps you are also ready for a lifestyle change, but I think even then...

A resolution is just one thing. I also decided I'd be a millionaire by 26, and I'm still paying with Sodexo tickets at Kaisers, never mind... Lifestyle change is a very difficult and cruel process, but especially so if you're in an unacceptably pathetic state. It's incredibly hard to get out of this state because your daily lifestyle isn't framed, which ends in a downward spiral that, if you don't stop it, will pull you into the vortex and you'll be done. Time is working against you, and so is life, as everyone gets weaker with time, and after a while, you'll cross that critical point from which it will be truly difficult to come back. These are human catastrophes, and we are still only talking about conditions due to an unhealthy lifestyle. I don't know if you're familiar with the physical pain of hunger, the malaise when waking up in the morning, fatigue, lack of motivation, tiredness after 10 hours of sleep, headaches, depression, the feeling of not wanting to do anything or see anyone, and the substandard sex life that can also arise from a complete lack of social life, and it's not just your body saying "motherf***er." Believe me, all of this is due to poor eating and an irregular lifestyle. Bad fat, carbohydrates, and sugar cause all the crap, but you will only realize and believe me about these things after a lifestyle change, when you look back at the person you are now.

As I mentioned, this is a difficult process, but it's a small price to pay for the life you'll get in return for completing the program. This is a quality life, not because you'll look better – which will just make more people want to sleep with you – but because it will fundamentally and positively define your everyday life. You'll be active and start planning again. You'll have more energy for almost everything. Your social life will pick up so subtly that you won't even notice it, because other people are just like that; they disappear when you no longer represent a prospect for them, ergo they no longer need your company. You don't love loneliness, and this isn't your choice, but you've become so withdrawn or feel so bad about yourself that you've voluntarily removed yourself from circulation, or simply no one needs you. This isn't due to your appearance, but to your self-esteem and well-being caused by your appearance. No strength, no will, no sacrifice, no system of rules for your daily life, no struggle, no goal – so what the hell do you expect from yourself then?

Honestly, I've reached the point where I can no longer stand the sight of an overweight person, and I feel nothing but deep pity and contempt. Your appearance and presentation reveal everything about you. It creates an imprint and clearly shows what kind of person you are and where your life stands in its current form. This applies to your clothing, your outfits, your level of self-care, but most of all, your body tells everything about you. Yes, it can be due to illness, and my ass, of course, why not—immediately defending and getting indignant and hiding behind these bullshits. I'll tell you something, and everyone should f***ing remember this, especially women. The energy you spend on hiding your body with clothes and all sorts of forced solutions, and the energy you waste on making excuses and justifying yourself, please put that into a diet instead, and please go for a run, and you will see miracles. Your environment is not to blame, and men are not scum because they don't see the woman in you this way EITHER, of course not, because they don't even notice you, or rather they don't even want to see you.

Now I've pissed you off and you're angry, how can I be such a backward, misogynistic nobody? Are you offended, full of complexes, and accumulated grievances for years due to your appearance? Excellent. Put that anger into a lifestyle change program. Fight, suffer, cry after workouts, keep going even when it's hardest and you really can't take it anymore, and if you keep going, you'll get stronger, and EVERYTHING will change. Until you do that, don't explain to me, and don't get indignant, but first of all, don't create an ideology about why you're such a pile of crap. I know almost all of your arguments. "That's how things turned out" and "you don't know anything about me or my life" and divorce, your boyfriend cheated, no time to exercise, your job is like that, etc. etc. These are just pathetic excuses in a world without arguments, which no one cares about, but especially not me and men. Your obese body's life story can never be an excuse, or a crutch, no matter what bad things happen to you in life.

Life, by the way, is a strange system, because sometimes the wheels move in such a way that even with a palpably shoddy life and a body easily identifiable with it, you find someone else who makes you believe that you are good, sexy, desirable, and that they like you even so. The only problem with this is that, in all likelihood, the other person is also a barrel of crap, whose words and opinions, in any self-respecting circle, are not a factor, carry no weight, and matter least of all. Everyone finds their match within their caste and possibilities, someone who sells them the kind of false world you want to hear, or want to believe. To believe that you are not, you are not, your life is not a failure, your unhappiness is actually the fault of others, the crushing weight of everyday life is placed on your shoulders by others, and you are not, you are not, you are nooooooot. There are such couples who reinforce each other in their foolishness; we see enough of this in everyday life. After all, rowing in the sea of shit together is still better than being alone.

The question from now on is what kind of life you want for yourself, how much you are capable of doing for it, and last but not least, how much you value yourself as a person, and where you place yourself in the world. You can vegetate a life with bars that you can jump over at any time because they are so low, or you can clench your teeth, and regardless of obstacles and difficulties, move forward in life towards a goal where there are already quality people because of their performance and human qualities. You can get love from a failed man or a dog, your life is your decision, and I have no illusions, many women lower their standards just so they won't be alone, but you could also get love and care from a man who has also achieved in life, only he has proven his competence existentially, thereby demonstrating all the character traits that are also expected from you, only you need to bring femininity to that certain table, preferably with an attractive and well-groomed appearance.

Well, you'll see these human qualities and the will needed for them in the videos with the appropriate sensational music, until BMG, Sony, UMG, or some other record label takes down the videos from YouTube due to copyright infringement.
