1.NAP AZ ELSŐ…

DAY 1 IS THE FIRST…

The first day, the first kiss, the first bad sex (hello, Móni). These experiences are defining and important milestones in one's life.

Thanks to the unscheduled pizza last night (whoops, -800 calories instantly), I successfully starved myself to death overnight. To such an extent that I woke up 3 times to drink water, just to have something in my stomach. I thought I'd fool it, but it didn't give a damn. I never thought that 13 men in swimming trunks could still make me cry, or that scrambled eggs made from 5 egg whites and 1 yolk with rye bread could ever taste this good to anyone. But it happened now.

With the first day, I'm starting not only training and dieting but also a new lifestyle. It's not a bad idea to get used to a few things. Things that will become an important part of our daily lives in the coming period and later need to become a routine.

These include taking morning vitamins, planning the day (incredibly important, a separate post about this is essential), consuming 3.5-4 liters of liquid daily, Always, Under All Circumstances, preparing meals if we foresee going somewhere where we can't eat diet food (we can't in Budapest), and measuring out protein powder after training. The point is: create your daily routine in a way that is comfortable for you. Find your rhythm, and then the drum and bass will start rattling in your ears on their own.

The first 5 days are the most critical. You have to survive this. These are the days when most people give up. Too much training, too little food, too much work, too little time... yeah, hey, don't you want to go to hell? You finish it. You do it.

Detoxification of the body also begins today. Its beneficial effects are clear; negative effects will only appear days later. Because they will, prepare for that mentally, but I'll get back to that once they've appeared for me too.

A few words about myself, though.

I feel mentally very strong. Physically, roughly like Schmuck Andor. It's an indescribably bad category, needless to say. It doesn't even cross my mind to eat non-diet food, even though I'm constantly hungry.

The first gym workout also arrived in the form of a chest-biceps day. For warm-up, a 9-minute hill run on the treadmill. I repeat. No one should think of doing cardio day on a gym treadmill. But for warm-up, the treadmill is perfect, even mandatory. It raises the heart rate, warms up the body, kicks in the adrenaline, minimizes the risk of injury, and increases workout effectiveness. Never skip the warm-up.

It felt really bad. Running uphill, in my opinion, feels worse than being Ferenc Gyurcsány in Hungary in 2009 or anytime, anywhere.

I did the weight training at a good pace, with proper momentum. I like this day; you work on the most visible muscles then, and whether it's thanks to amino acids or the initial momentum, I don't know, but the workout went really well.

Oh yes, abs. A dirty, crappy part of the workout, that's for sure. Depending on the type, where someone places it, I usually put it at the beginning, because at the end, I simply don't have the strength to do it, and if I put it at the beginning, it's sure to get done. Those who are more prone to slacking off should put it first. Every ab exercise is a terrible struggle, but after a BMW (hello, Ákos), a sculpted six-pack is one of the strongest pussy magnets.

Done. Protein shake, a little chat with the reception girls (there will be a separate post about them, don't worry), I go home with pleasant fatigue. My chest and arms are trembling, I'm very tired. I'm starting to get hungry. I look at the clock, a quarter past nine, great, only 11 more hours to wait, and I can eat again. Cottage cheese, damn it, with puffed wheat... your mother.

I play FIFA a bit more, Real Sociedad screws me over 3-1. Let's not push this day any further. I start a 7-gig porn pack download and go to sleep. I wonder what kind of date I'll have with hunger tonight.

– Do you know why it's a sure thing if we have our own club?

– Because they'll let us in?
