DAY 13

I started the day with two hours of sleep. We've seen this before, in fact, I know a girl who went out partying, then went from Coronita to Westend at 10 AM to open the X-it store, where she obviously works as a sales assistant.

The sociological arrangement that gathers at Coró week after week would be worth a separate post. The highest number of one-night stands in the smallest area are definitely found here – if we exclude teenage parties – not that the proportion of people on conditional release would be smaller. Let's move on instead.

I've also been up for 30 hours, but then I wasn't in the middle of a strenuous workout plan. Yesterday I ran 7.2 km, and as I wrote, I couldn't fall asleep. Today is a gym workout, or rather it would be, because in the morning hours I was in a state like most of us on a weekday morning + 30 meters of crap. I had to go to my grandparents because they had reached a state where they no longer move outside a 50-meter radius, and I had to shop for them. Let's get to the workout.

I think I've reached the point where what I'm doing might not be healthy anymore. If it hadn't been for the fall on day 9, I would have easily postponed today's workout by a day, but it was there, it was damn there. Six days of training, 2 days off, for 8 weeks, that's the basic. If I start pushing the days now, there's no stopping on the decline. I'll train haphazardly, I'll vary the rest days, and then it's all over. So I went down to do shoulder day. My friend Dave has a very stable stance on female orgasm, which is that female orgasm simply has no function, thus it's a completely unnecessary process. Seriously, once bring this up as a topic at a party, huge conversations will emerge. I felt this today's workout similarly, like a dysfunctional, unnecessary process. Because it's one thing that I couldn't regenerate even minimally, but I wouldn't have thought I'd have so little strength. I did every exercise with less, and in some places humiliating, weights, and even then I could barely get through it. But the most surprising thing for me was that the next day, I think I woke up with the most severe muscle soreness so far. Tomorrow we're going go-karting, I have to humble the newbies, so I was thinking of a 12-hour sleep beforehand.
