DAY 19

Tatabánya, Nagykáta, Hajdúsámson, Miskolc, Szeged, what's uuuup.

Under the guise of my rest day, the blog first swelled to national proportions, then by the next morning, LifeT!lt was already navigating international waters, as Munich and London joined in. The blog is developing, just like everyone who, one way or another, has started an exercise program or diet.

My total lifestyle change began on January 9th, and as I wrote, it will have many positive consequences. In my case, I am much more active in my daily life. Thanks to my article on the West Balkans, the door has opened for me to several nationally known and popular public blogs, and negotiations are underway with Vital TV regarding the creation and preparation of a fitness instructional video. When it goes live, I will report on it in detail; for now, I can say that we want to put together a very detailed, professionally sound material. It will include a technically correct presentation of exercises for every muscle group and an explanation of all related processes. The professional background will be provided by my personal trainer Tamás Veres and another trainer guy. Separate nutrition and exercise material for women is fundamental. HOLY SHIT, THE EARTH IS MOVING!!! WTF??? My mom calls me, says there's an earthquake, and she's coming over because if we die, we should be together. This, over the phone. I dare not imagine how she would react to a real emergency.

The first day of the third week arrived, which fell on a weekend. It was chest-biceps day at the gym. I planned to get to the gym around 6 PM, because a new craze had erupted within the gang: we go go-karting every weekend, and the crazier half of the team had already hinted at a Thursday go-kart session. This time it was at G1 center, in the parking garage of an office building. Of course, I won, but that's not the point. I think I got carbon monoxide poisoning; the ventilation was bad, or I don't know, but I felt sick with a little nausea. I could blame the day on this, but no. We finished around four, and Ákos is renovating his apartment, 5 years late, so IKEA. Laci is also coming, to buy an orchid for his girlfriend. In IKEA, you understand, I'm going to die laughing at this man. The feeling of hanging out all day takes over the herd, and we immediately butter up the whole day in advance: after IKEA, a board game and a party in the evening. Well, damn, that's when it hit me that my workout for today was out. I didn't go, there's no sugarcoating it. I started last week and this week like this; it is what it is. From time to time, you have to shake yourself to come to your senses, and for me, that day has come now. No more slacking, nothing will interfere, because it can't. The whole program will fall apart, because if this continues, I'll find myself eating the same things as women do on their lunch break: layered potato bake, fries, and pork loin.

"But I won't eat anymore today because we're going out for dinner with my partner tonight."

No joke, I heard this with my own ears. Crazy, I thought I'd fall between the trays right there.

Just one more thing about go-karting: I slammed into Laci's side so hard that the belt cut into his groin, leaving a huge wound. I think he might have snapped there, because after that, he went after everyone. One of his victims was a kid around 14. They called off the race, Laci right behind me, I get out, and I see the kid's father hitting Laci's helmet with a Nestea bottle and inviting him outside for a stabbing. :))))))))) I'm only laughing because the guy must have been 170 cm, and there were four of us to begin with. Laci tends to lose it, so I thought it better to step between them. It was a father defending his child, a perfectly normal thing, but damn, collisions are part of it; I don't understand why you have to get aggressive. We're a perfectly normal bunch, but if he runs into four animals and does the same thing, they'll put the guy in the gas tank, that's for sure.

Since the workout post for today was skipped, I will write the post titled "Conscious Eating." It will be quite intense, considering I intended this to be a more extensive and detailed piece.
