Day 57 Day 0
84.70 kg. So I've gone through 57 days, although originally I planned this crap for 64 days, which later became 66 due to a slip-up. The plain truth is that 17 days were lost due to the flu and a wisdom tooth extraction, so now I'm halfway there. It's not that it's taking 89 days, but that when I'm done, 89 days will have passed without deviating from the diet plan, meaning I ate nothing but what was prescribed by the diet.
So, 32 days left, and I can guarantee everyone, but especially myself, that these 4 weeks will consist of brutally tough workouts. I'll level up after every week of gym training, and I won't run less than 8 km. 6 km with wrist weights, and if this good weather holds, I'll go cycling in the mountains. I wrote a few weeks ago that since I tend to overdo things, I put unrealistic strain on myself with workouts, and this isn't always good. So, I still advise you to exercise moderation, especially at the beginning. But I usually overdo everything. I don't know my limits, and even if I do, I usually cross them. Well, damn, that's just how it is. I've lived and acted extreme in every area of my life so far, why wouldn't I now? There will be hardcore workouts and absolute exhaustion.
A few words about my run. I took a cool photo of what running with weights looks like.
One of these is one kilogram, and even though it doesn't seem like much, it can do wonders for your well-being after a few kilometers. Try it if you want to know what a truly grueling cardio workout is like. My training started as a light warm-up run, I wanted to run 3-4 km with wrist weights, but that turned into a 9 km distance, with three brutal dead ends.

Regarding long-term plans, I have several projects in progress. Two guys over 100 kg have agreed for me to write them personalized diet and workout plans, and in return, you can follow their transformations, illustrated with photos. More on this later. My niece asked me what my plan is with all this, what's the ultimate goal? My answer is very simple. A single photo in the first half of June, when I will reduce my body fat percentage to 4.5%. Below six is unhealthy, just saying, but I need that photo. And of course, the Sound is almost here.

If I saw correctly on weather.com, it was indeed 18 degrees today, and I think the software wasn't far off. The first real spring day has arrived, clothes are slowly starting to come off, skirts are appearing from the bottom of the closet, and I hope everyone who is just now realizing how terribly overweight they are feels pretty uncomfortable. In other words, if it hasn't sunk in yet, now is the time to realize it, you should start working out, because it's only going to get worse. Because there will still be bad weather and -3 degrees at night, but spring is already here, and the train of time is irrevocably heading towards summer, where you can no longer bluff with two pairs of tights, butt-lifting panties, the cover of winter coats, and soon even the pathetic excuse of "I'll start when the weather gets better" won't be enough. Wonderful times are coming, and spring is coming with a mirror in its hand. Unfortunately, everyone will have to look into this mirror, and what they see will not please everyone by far, but at least they will see it.
