June – July – August /OFF/

The fatigue from the workouts during the program, every minute spent in abstinence, every kilometer run, so many sacrifices and weeks of hard work will pay off in the summer. What you worked for during the rest of the year, you will now get back with interest from life in the form of experiences, thanks to your improved appearance and increased self-confidence, of course. Life must be lived, otherwise there's no point messing around with it. You need to get yourself in shape for summer and build up reserves for the next 3 months. Everything goes here, but with common sense, of course. Festivals, parties, beach trips, cheating, barbecues with friends, and, of course, outrageous drinking. Anything and everything goes, have a good time, and don't feel guilty if you eat foods you know are bad, but at least they taste good. Screw it, it's summer, and it's damn hot, girls are walking around in just their underwear next to you, enjoy looking good, you'll suffer enough after summer, but don't even think about that now. Screw everything if there's a party, and have a good time, because that's what summer should be about, but if there's nothing, just an average July day when nothing's happening, and you're just sitting at home watching Family Guy, then do pay attention to what you eat, because it would suck to gain 20 kilos in 3 months. Spooning Nutella by yourself at home in your apartment is a huge fail, and there's no justification for it. So, only use the "I don't give a damn" state in summer when there's a social gathering. Summer is very dangerous, by the way, because autumn and cold weather are coming, and you've lost plenty of carbohydrates and sugar, which are the primary culprits for ravenous hunger, and this is where you need to be very alert and pull yourself back, because if the autumn season also passes like summer, the result will quickly be a body that is quite sad, and then you'd rather douse yourself with a can of gasoline…

September 1 – December 23 /season 2/

The second key period is autumn, the cleanup of the ruins, when the after-effects of the excess gained in summer begin. This is also a key period because after a wild summer, if you don't hit the brakes and renovate yourself, you can very easily lose your footing. It's a big mistake for anyone to delude themselves into thinking that winter is coming, the excess won't show under a coat, those butt and tummy control panties will be fine, not to mention you're not having sex in a snowboard jacket, and believe me, people can still tolerate the trickery of push-up bras, but we can't really handle too many surprises at once in our heads. You need to control yourself during this part of the year, because everything has consequences, just as much up the hill as down. We've cleared up summer, okay, but what was a "fuck it, I'm young" state then, won't work in autumn, because the holidays are coming, and your body won't be able to handle a summer, a screwed-up autumn season, and the year-end food revolutions. You can't make the mistake of thinking, "the end of the year is near, it doesn't matter now, I'll start on January 1st..."

Christmas December 24-25-26 /OFF/

Anything goes. Those on a program should suspend it and feel free to spiritually satisfy the expectations of every family member. Visibly eat the food placed in front of you, if you want, because if it truly fills your family members with joy that they are feeding you unhealthy foods that demonstrably harm you, then so be it, but don't stop there, light up a cigarette too, they might be even happier about that, because the only difference is that it harms you in a different way. Christmas is a big holiday, and we love it, although its perception in our minds has deteriorated significantly since childhood, because while we used to associate it with gifts and cool stuff, now it's just about extra expenses and enduring that segment of the family we don't particularly enjoy seeing all year, and these things didn't happen by chance. So, at Christmas, eat everything, let grandma enjoy her soup bowl. There are some things you simply don't have to, and often can't, give up. This includes summer, Christmas terror, and also….

New Year's Eve December 31 – January 1 at 10:00 AM /OFF/

I’ve never had a good New Year’s Eve; I hate it like hell. There are tons of people in clubs, it’s impossible to get a taxi, everything costs triple, the city is full of assholes, meaning more than we’re used to, and if that weren't enough, I’ve never had a New Year’s Eve where I didn’t throw up somewhere, and this year will be no different. So you drink too, push yourselves as far as you can, say goodbye to the old year, and welcome the new. Forget about New Year’s resolutions, forget all those idiotic frills of life, because you won’t keep them anyway, but mostly because a person drunk in the middle of their drinking at midnight isn’t exactly formulating realistically achievable goals for themselves. On New Year’s Eve, you’ll encounter a few surprises, which it’s good to be prepared for. During the program, your body will cleanse itself. It will get rid of harmful substances accumulated from food, so even a small amount of alcohol will be able to knock you out terribly, so severely that you’ll be praying for someone to shove a tube down your throat and wash out your stomach with it. In the spring, when my program ended and I drank alcohol for the first time, I literally threw up green the next day from 2 cans of beer and 3 Unicum, and I’m not joking at all, so be smart.

This is how one year is divided in Lifetiltilia, where one entire season and two holiday periods are allowed for indulgence, but be careful, because you'll have to get back on track after a big Christmas feast, and this will certainly filter out quite a few people from the program, as will New Year's Eve, but you know, life is a qualifier where the weak always fail, are always underpaid, and mostly always obese.

If you have chosen the Tilt program, then trust me and the system, do not add to the diets, do not change them, but above all, follow them. If you don't know or don't understand something, rather ask me your questions on Springen, but don't ask for help from your stupid, ill-willed girlfriends and colleagues, and most importantly, don't do what you think is good because you read it "somewhere." The Tilt program is designed to achieve noticeable changes for everyone who starts it. Lifetilt is not a diet, but a lifestyle change, for which 70 days is ideal, because that's how long it takes for your brain to recode itself, and for it to truly be a lifestyle change, not just an improvised diet that you will fail at anyway, after which you will go to the visible bakery to seek happiness.
