The Corvinus Interview

“THE LIFESTYLE PROGRAM OF THE FUTURE”

A healthy lifestyle is increasingly becoming a religion, but also a lucrative business. This is precisely why some are repelled by this world. Tamás Balogh, the founder of LifeT!lt, approaches exercise, diets, the female psyche, and how we see ourselves with a completely different perspective.

CO: – Why did you start focusing on a healthy lifestyle?

– Because of a girl, and for the same reason most people start – because they want to show something of themselves to the world, and because I had something to say. I didn’t intend to educate about lifestyle; that just came as a byproduct. I simply wanted to look good, but to achieve a better appearance, you have to live healthily. Generally, if a man is financially stable, has style, possesses a certain vision for the future, and generally wants something from life and has the potential, women find this impressive. But if this is coupled with a good appearance, it creates a combination that women simply cannot resist, and you can get all of them. Completely regardless of whether that girl is in love, has someone, or how long she’s been in a serious relationship. Wives, fiancées, it doesn't matter where they are in their lives, you can have them all, it's just a matter of time. Initially, I only wanted to write the blog for seventy days, and then, as a kind of byproduct, it occurred to me that if it’s already about a healthy lifestyle, then let’s also educate. Then more and more people started reading it, and a certain self-sustaining process began. Like when you go up to a girl without any stakes, then you see you're good with her, and you keep going.

CO: – What was the next step?

– I transformed my program for women and tested it on a girl whom I publicly helped to lose weight. Photos and posts, partly written by her, appeared every 15 days. Well, that’s when all hell broke loose, and more and more people voluntarily started the program, seeing the power of the method.

CO: – What’s your opinion on the lifestyle of university students?

These are the best years; everyone matures here. This is where we truly learn to lie and find life's loopholes. The individual's sexual revolution culminates at university; everyone sleeps with everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. These are the last carefree years before life grinds us down.

CO: – Still, where do people let themselves go then? Why do they get fat?

– When they confront their failures. When they look at their partner and see that this isn't what they wanted, not what they thought, not the partner they imagined for themselves. They increasingly settle for less. Being overweight causes complexes, so they choose a shitty partner, on the basis of "this is all I got." Millions of women live with deadbeat burdens, failed men around their necks, surrounding themselves with brakes disguised as friends who only pull them back in life. The tragedy of these women is that with a world of thought impoverished by stimuli and riddled with complexes, they don't even notice the miserable lives they are currently living, because they have long since grown weary of everyday life, and have long since stopped looking for a way out, due to so many face-plants.

If a woman devalues herself due to her complexes, appearance, or belief in her abilities, her expectations will be rock-bottom, thus creating those cursed, pathetic co-dependent relationships with men who also do absolutely nothing in life, and their role in society is merely that there are more of us on the planet called Earth with them.

Women should finally wake up and not wait for the prince, and especially not if they themselves are nowhere near princess status.

CO: – How do you think this can be prevented?

– A person can slip up in all areas of life, and explaining, preventing, and understanding this is a complex, highly layered task. I specialize more in treatment.

CO: – How psychologically demanding is it to work with obese people?

– Not at all, because I am stronger than them, and the stronger one always dominates. I don't let them pull me down. I offer a helping hand to everyone who needs it, but they also have to fight for it. You decide.

CO: – What was your biggest success?

– Thousands of women lost weight and changed their lifestyle, with LifeT!lt providing the initial impetus, and my diet became widely known.

CO: – You face criticism from both professional and lay circles. To what do you attribute this?

– My personality, my style. Yet, life chose the style for me, not I. I never write in a way that aims to please readers. The so-called profession signs papers stating that everyone participates in their training at their own risk, whereas I have everyone examined by specialists. My diets are public, currently one of the healthiest and most effective diets available online in the country, and the results of my method and the transformations are accessible to everyone, available on my site. 70% of personal trainers in this country are laughable. For example, there was a case where a trainer offered money to a girl I helped lose weight just so he could feature her as a reference on his site, and I could tell many similar stories. I walk different paths, I overturn decades-old habits and rules, and they can't stomach that. They can badmouth me, but the opportunity for someone to present their own method and motivate tens of thousands of people is open to everyone; it's another question whether they can seize this opportunity or not. If not, it's easier to curse me than to admit that someone is doing it better than them. Someone who does something, who builds, doesn't bother with others, because they don't waste their energy on things that don't advance their life, from which they cannot profit. Of course, I understand that it's easier to tarnish someone's reputation than to build something with immense energy and time investment, but this is such a country, based on the principle of "may the other also perish if I didn't succeed." I will always have detractors and envious people, but nothing has ever been built from negativity. I invest all my energy in building something and positively change the lives of people en masse. Everyone should decide for themselves which path is to be followed...
