A Felkészülési hét Vége

End of Preparation Week

The warm-up week ends today. Yesterday, I got a little carried away with the keyboard, so today I'll try not to tell stories, but just simply describe how I finished my warm-up week and how I'm starting again, with full intensity, the load in the gym and during runs. Obviously, this won't work if news comes from overseas that Warner and CBS have immediately fired the coolest guy of the current era, Charlie Sheen, because his continuous whoring and snorting streets as long as Fifth Avenue didn't fit into Warner's morally impeccable past and image. This is ridiculous, because I don't think that these wouldn't be the most basic accessories at Warner, ABC, FOX or NBC corporate parties, in addition to getting blackout drunk, of course. Huge respect for one of the best scenes in film history and for the coolest Hollywood lifestyle.

Six bikini-clad girls were prancing in front of him, and he was totally drunk. He hugged the girls, then occasionally disappeared into the bedroom with one or another, or even two at a time, then returned to the others. I didn't see him doing drugs, but he drank a lot, that's for sure – one of the neighbors told The Sun.

As for the training….

I think I can say that I'm in an 80-85% state, meaning I've almost completely regained my pre-illness form. Since my intensive training sessions are slowly starting again, I've mentally set a few new bars for myself that I should jump over from time to time. Body sculpting is a very complex process that needs to be broken down into levels and processes if we want to continue to develop.

The first phase, losing excess weight, is slowly coming to an end, and we are entering the second stage, which I would compare to sculpting or wood carving. In the first step, the excess needs to be removed by cutting out large sections with radical movements. Then, once that's done, we carve out the parts with increasingly finer and more meticulous work, with attention to detail, until the whole thing comes together in the end, in the form of a finished, elaborate sculpture.

I feel I'm over the first part of the process. I'm 84.5 kg now, which means I've lost more than 12 kg, and the fat I still have is what I need to turn into pure muscle. So, the process of developing my abs, rounding my biceps, and sculpting my chest into a shield is slowly beginning. I will start this process in 2-3 weeks, after I finish my current training plan.

Obviously, this requires a completely new and again personalized training plan. I will discuss this thoroughly with my coach, because this requires a completely new type of load, with different exercises and altered set numbers, and obviously a new diet. However, before I start this, after finishing my current training program, which was originally intended for 64 days but has been modified several times since then, I will take a 3-4 week rest period. This is because the body and muscles need to rest and regenerate, so they will be prepared for the new load in a rested state, ready for development. Until then, there's still more than a month to go, and many training sessions, including the conditioning C day I had today.

Shoulder-triceps workout

The training went very well. I recovered faster than I thought. I hadn't planned any cardio for this week, but I'll squeeze in a light run within 3 days. Nothing major, maybe a lap around Margaret Island, or even less, just to see how things are in that regard, how much damage the layoff caused. Another new thing I came up with recently is that I will run shorter distances, i.e., 5-8 km, with weights on my wrists. This is already a prelude to more detailed muscle definition, because this training method effectively shreds due to the continuous low-weight load. One or two kilos per wrist is more than enough. It's unnecessary to load more weight than that, because it's risky for injuries. The Agnelli family, one of the richest families in Turin and incidentally the owners of Juventus, had a crazy idea in the mid-90s. They decided that Juve's football players should train with 10-kilo weights strapped to them, so that in matches, without the weights, they would run over the opponent. Yes, but when half the team dropped out due to all sorts of back and who-knows-what muscle strains, that idea was dropped. Low weight, continuous load, the most basic process of shredding, which is exactly what I'll need.

Yesterday was Women's Day, and although the communist system had a great impact on my family, considering that everything was taken from us in the 50s, and the Brezhnev kiss is also extremely sympathetic, I skip this holiday due to its communist past. That is, I am not willing to participate in or celebrate it, either in the past or in the future.

Masks. There are women who, wherever we look, have no inner self, but are merely masks. Pity the man who engages with such eerie, unsatisfying beings, but it is precisely these who can most strongly heighten a man's desire: he seeks their soul - and seeks it forever.
