The reality of weight loss

Let's make a reality show. Let's make a reality show that is built on human values. Let's make a reality show that entertains, that inspires, and that features people who are noticed for their actions and achievements.

Let's make a show where we don't cast the dregs of humanity, where there are no cruelly stupid stinky whores and human remnants calling themselves men who are well below the market value of aluminum.

So the first and most important criterion is that the participants should not be human rags. But let's not stop there; merely not being in a shitty state isn't enough. Let's look for people who are like us. People like you and me, who we meet on Deák Square, with whom we travel on bus 167, who live the same life as anyone else. Let's look for people who have nothing special about them, and then after the program, they will be special.

BECAUSE THAT IS PRECISELY THE POINT HERE, THAT ANYONE CAN BECOME A SPECIAL PERSON.

Most people think that they can achieve special status with possessions, yet we learned by the age of 10 at the latest that true value has never been bought with a MasterCard.

LifeTILT Reality is about the reality of everyday life, and it's about everything that the rubbish, stinking mess of "Real World" on RTL Klub is not. Here, there are no pumped-up assholes, no good-for-nothings calling themselves bohemians but living off their parents' money at 28, no worn-out hussies, and no common criminals pretending to be entrepreneurs.

In LifeTILT Reality, there are mothers, university/college students, social workers, retirees, state employees, engineers, middle managers, and corporate employees. You know. People like you and me.

For 100 days, 12 people will show what you too would be capable of. 12 people who go to school or work. 12 different life situations, different age groups, and different occupations. These 12 people wake up every day just like you do. They go to work, manage their households, raise children, pay bills, hate inspectors, and are fed up with Sunday closures.

So let's take these 12 people and, by continuously documenting them, show the process that many of us have struggled with for years. Because, for most, a lifestyle change is seen as some insurmountable obstacle that they can't overcome, or an unconquerable mountain they can't climb, and of course, there's always something that prevents things from working out right now.

These 12 people have the advantage of living their lives for 100 days according to LifeTILT's guidelines. They received a diet, and they do the workout I tell them to do 4 times a week. "Oh, that's a huge help already," some might think right away, but unfortunately, I've thought of that too, as the diet and workout plan they follow during the 100 days are freely available on each of the 12 people's profiles.

Okay, so that's settled. After this, the "I don't have time" card usually comes out, but unfortunately, I have to disappoint the citizens of Hedonia once again, because as I already mentioned, these 12 people also live the same life as you. Everyone can choose which one they prefer.

Are you raising a child and working alongside it? Évi

Are you raising several children, and your children are still very young? Timi

Are you at college and have to work to pay for rent? Barbi

Are you over 45 and working 10 hours a day? Anoli

Have you just come out of a breakup that took a toll on you, and you have no energy for anything? Melinda

Are you a retiree over 60? At this age, are you just watching Sulaiman on TV and pitying yourself while sorting medicines? Take Kata as an example. At 62, she works out four times a week, in the rain if necessary, and goes to the gym.

I could go on and on, but the point is that I selected 12 people living in different life situations and with different burdens, with whom anyone can identify, and it's simply impossible to say that they succeed because...

Why? Well, why? What will be your arguments after "because" in place of the ellipsis?

Thyroid problems? I thought that would come next. Kata, Kefi, András are participating in this program with hypothyroidism.

IR/PCOS, that's it. That'll be the solution. Ági. HAhhhhhhh. Little fool. You won't fool me, unfortunately, I've thought of everything. Herniated disc? Again, Ági. https://www.lifetilt.hu/reality/versenyzok/agi/

So, in summary: you have nothing to hold on to. They also work, they also raise children, they also have their problems, they are also over 30, over 40, and some are even over 60. Their diet, training plan, and the list of supplements that help them lose weight are also available. I even included a shopping list in the downloadable diets to make the process easier. At this point, you're really cornered, but oh-ho-ho-ho, there's still something else why you can't do it.

Money.

Healthy food is expensive, right? At this point, I'd like to circle back to Barbi, who earns 77,000 forints as a sales assistant. From this, she pays 35,000 forints a month for her rent, plus her phone bill and other expenses. For food, which in this case means the LifeTILT diet, she has 30,000 forints left. So we're talking about 1,000 forints a day, and she makes it work.

Now, calculate how much you spend on food, even though you're eating all sorts of junk. You know, just a chocolate snail at Princess on the way home, just a chocolate here, just a gyro there, oh, a sandwich at the buffet, you also buy groceries for home, you don't have time for breakfast, so you buy something for yourself, and we haven't even talked about food deliveries yet. So, this "healthy food is expensive" crap is a good line, but it's not going to work at all.

Anyway, the big stinking truth is that I can offer you any solution, but if you're not mentally ready for it, it won't matter. Because, you know, a person who strives for even minimal self-improvement doesn't just accept opportunities, they seek them out. They desperately seek ways to progress. As long as you're looking for reasons why you can't do something, instead of how you could do it even if it seems impossible, then you can just go to hell. Yes, exactly there, where no one wants to go, but you are precisely there right now.

With every transformation program on LifeTILT, but especially with Reality, I want to communicate to everyone, and essentially shove it in your faces, the reality that living healthily is possible in any life situation, and it's also much cheaper than living a so-called "normal" life.

At the beginning of the post, I wrote that anyone can become a special person. The participants of Reality will become special in the eyes of many, even though they do nothing else but live for 100 days in the most ideal way for the human body. Will their appearance change? Yes. Will their bodies transform, and will they lose weight? Of course. There will be tremendous differences here, but all of this is a rather secondary consideration. Visually, the change will, of course, be spectacular, but what will truly matter is their mental transformation. It will be worth looking back at their introductory videos and those videos made about them on the 50th and 80th days, although the change is already noticeable now, after 5-6-7 days.

As for the show and its execution:

12 people start the competition, but only one can remain in the end. For 100 days of the show, the contestants follow a LifeTILT calorie diet, participate in LifeTILT workouts 4 times a week, and take LifeTILT dietary supplements to accelerate their weight loss process.

During the 100 days of LifeTILT Reality, video summaries will be continuously released, where the participants will talk about themselves, and where I will talk about them, their performance during training, and their transformation process.

LifeTILT Reality follows the already known structure, meaning contestants will be eliminated week by week, continuously, at the end of which one person will win not only a new appearance but also the 500,000 forint grand prize.

You will decide everything. About the eliminated players and about who should win the 500,000 forint grand prize. Studio photos of the contestants' bodies, as you can see on their profiles, have been taken. We measured their weight, their bodies in centimeters, measured body fat percentage and body composition. These photos will be taken again every 10 days, they will step on the scale, and we will remeasure the changes in their bodies in centimeters as well.

Everyone will have a before-and-after photo, and here comes the part of the show that will provide the real excitement.

The elimination system

  1. Round: 20 days after the start, I will name 4 people, of whom the 2 with the fewest comment votes will be eliminated. 10 will remain.
  2. Round: 40 days after the start, I will name 4 people, of whom the 2 with the fewest comment votes will be eliminated. 8 will remain.
  3. Round: 50 days after the start, I will name 2 people, of whom the one with fewer comment votes will be eliminated. 7 will remain.
  4. Round: 60 days after the start, I will name 2 people, of whom the one with fewer comment votes will be eliminated. 6 will remain.
  5. Round: 70 days after the start, I will name 2 people, of whom the one with fewer comment votes will be eliminated. 5 will remain.
  6. Round: 80 days after the start, I will name 2 people, of whom the one with fewer comment votes will be eliminated. 4 will remain.
  7. Round: 90 days after the start, the remaining 4 people can be voted for, and the one with the fewest comment votes will be eliminated. 3 will remain.

Final. 100 days after the start, the remaining 3 players can be voted for, and the one with the most comment votes wins Reality, the 500,000 forint grand prize, and the universe.

You will vote, you will decide everything based on the before-and-after pictures and the video interviews, or anything else.

Cool, huh? Of course it is. After all, this is LifeTILT, what else would it be?
