The Abs Diet

This is how I started the very first lines of the six-pack program.

For your six-pack program to be successful, you need to keep 3 things in mind.

1. Stick to the diet. But seriously, stick to the damn diet.

2. Stick to the diet. I may have mentioned this already, but I'd rather write it twice than just once.

3. Do what I say.

Well, we've arrived.

Based on the principle of "less is more," I want to write very little now, because we need a lot. I want to write little also because I don't want the message to get lost, or the focus to be lost on a single, but all the more important sentence, which is:

STICK TO THE DIET.

Yes. This six-pack program is that simple. I've written this a hundred times, and I've told everyone to go to hell a thousand times who wanted to achieve results without a diet, but I won't do that now. Either you understand that without a diet, you can torture yourself in a plank position for 3 hours straight, you can do Christ presses like a bad, tired cuckoo clock, you can do intervals until the running track wears out under you, but if you don't stick to the diet, you won't achieve anything.

The six-pack diet is very strong and very effective. You will follow the diet that I followed, the diet with which I achieved this result in 80 days.

I tailored the diet for both genders, because the essence of the six-pack program is that both men and women can do it. My unstated intention is for the six-pack program to function as a kind of couples therapy, which men and their wives do together, because believe me, there is no dinner, no bouquet of flowers that could replace the experience of that common journey you go through together, and on which you do not walk hand in hand, but you complete this journey with workouts, with the incredible feeling of working out together.

Working out together, developing together is the best couples therapy and also the coolest joint program. You can come up with anything, my friend, you can take your woman anywhere, and you can come up with any date, no matter how much it costs, a shared 5-kilometer run, or, as in our case, completing the six-pack program's workout plan together, is the best date, the very best.

You grow together, you push each other, you encourage each other, you rejoice in each other's success, and afterwards, well, I don't even need to tell you what you can do with each other then.

The luckier ones already know what I'm talking about, and for those who don't, I'd say it's not a matter of luck, but of determination.

Thank God I managed to ramble on again in this post, so now I'd like to redirect the spotlight to the importance of diet, so here is the diet.

And now I'll answer a few questions.

1. 4 egg whites and 1 yolk does not mean 5 eggs, but one whole egg and the whites of 3 others. Again, I'd get ahead of the classic "what do I do with the yolk" question, and my answer is, whatever you want. I usually just throw it out. Then you'll hear "don't waste food" voices, well then don't throw it out, I can't say anything to that now. Be creative, and never forget that you are now facing a big problem in life, which is, "what do I do with the leftover egg yolk if I don't want to throw it out." Mix in some greens and start painting.

2. No, you can't. If puffed wheat was allowed, I would have written that.

3. Yes, I know a tub of cottage cheese is 250g. Yes, now take out 2x100g of it.

You might think I'm joking, but I'm not. I'm only answering questions here that I've been asked at least 50 times. The egg yolk quibble used to get to me the most, but this cottage cheese question is also up there, and we're far from done.

(buy low-fat cottage cheese, not semi-skimmed. Lidl, Aldi)

4. You measure everything raw.

5. What kind of vegetables and how much is also a classic. I dedicated a separate post to the former, which I deliberately won't link now, on the principle of "struggle for knowledge a bit", and my answer to the latter is "as much as you want". You can't overdo it with vegetables, or I could say you can't eat as many vegetables as you really should.

6. By seafood, we mean white-fleshed seafood. Of course, I've already written a separate post about this too.

7. Please buy quality chicken breast ham. Quality chicken breast ham means over 90% chicken content. Tesco also tries to fool you with hams with 25% or even less meat content, so check the labels. But you should do that anyway.

8. How big a slice of rye bread. Buy Good Bread at Aldi. Not that it's so good, but it's still miles better than not buying it. There are these really brutal real rye breads. If you want to lose your appetite for life, then buy that, though this diet will also make you lose it, so you can buy it on the principle of "it doesn't matter", it just won't feel good. Anyway, the heavier and harder the rye bread, the more real rye bread we are talking about. If you see a rye bread that is soft and light, but it says rye bread on it, then know that the place thinks you're totally stupid.

Tip. Toast the rye bread. Of course, not because it will have fewer calories, as we have learned from severely mentally handicapped dieters. No. Toast it because it will taste better this way. I always toast it.

9. I can see in advance the panic that overcame some people when they saw the fruit section in the diet. This is a kind of panic mixed with joy, because women love fruit, which is no coincidence. Every woman sniffs out sugar and starts to be attracted to it. Fruit has sugar, and that's why you love it. Bullshit vitamins and health. Fruit is sugary water and nothing else. So why did I include it? Because this diet will be tough enough as it is, and I didn't want to further massage your nervous systems for 60 days. Or rather, let's say this diet is so well put together that it can handle fruit.

10. The tenth and most frequently asked question is this: What should I eat after day 4?

I'm really not kidding or exaggerating. Over the past few years, 9 out of 10 women have asked me what they should eat after day 4. When I was first asked the question, I thought I misheard, but no. They really meant it. I've been planning for so long not to answer this and see what happens out of curiosity. How everyone solves this huge problem.

The program is 60 days long. We start on June 20th. Everything else is in the Six-Pack Group.
