The Bridesmaid -13kg
Megosztás

Adrienn started the program 70 days ago with the LifeTilt blog's bride, Zsanett, as she was one of the bridesmaids at the wedding, and with 15 kilos of extra weight, it's quite difficult to catch the bridal bouquet... Zsanett is now a wife, and Adri caught the bouquet...
Many of you have written to me, asking me to reveal the SECRET of how I managed to return the pig costume to the rental shop. My story began years ago, then came LifeTilt, and the first Slim program… I met Tomi in winter for a helpful discussion about diet, which I managed to stick to for exactly 10 days. Unfortunately, it failed, like so many previous attempts, due to attitude problems.
This time, however, it turned out differently. J
Most of you, I suppose, are expecting an inspiring post about weeks full of sacrifices, moments spent with difficult workouts, the arduous path of character development and perseverance, concluding with a satisfied woman, reborn in a more beautiful body, without problems. This could have been such a 10-sentence post, BUT… no.
I don't want to repeat Tomi's sentences about the daily struggles of chubby women lacking self-confidence and struggling with self-esteem issues; we see this often enough in family, among friends, at work, and of course, among the friends of our friends' friends. What is certain and cannot be said enough is that dissatisfaction with oneself affects every area of your life. All the meek Jacks around you, your job, your relationships with family hold a mirror up to you. I'll throw in one last cliché: only YOU can change this. Not miracle diets, not this blog… not the 26th Slim contestant's 3.5-day diet, only YOU! LifeTilt undoubtedly gave me strength and helped me during the past period; there are some posts that I read weekly, but no one can hold your hand 24 hours a day.
I've been reading the blog for months, just as I've been "reading other blogs" for years, waiting for them to give me the initial push, perseverance, and determination for the world-changing 2-3 months spent on diet and exercise (which, according to those who have lost weight or are losing weight, is dreamlike and has never been easier), so that I too can become a happy model citizen who goes horseback riding and sailing on weekends. Unfortunately, as long as I consider sex, eating, and sleeping the cohesive force of the universe, no matter how I look at it, this damn diet cannot be that joyful. But if you feel unhappy and this can somewhat be traced back to your body, then turn off the machine, get up, and go for a run. Live your lives and don't just "read others' lives." (Yes, that hurt me too.) This pretty much concludes my tearful success story. I would give one piece of technical information: I didn't follow any slim diet point by point, but they provided a good basis for developing my own daily diet, which is not for 70 days, but for much longer... I'm not saying I didn't cheat on my diet, I'm not saying I didn't drink alcohol, I'm not saying I didn't cheat on my partner, but what is certain is that I went to the damn gym 6-7 times a week, and even if it was only for 20 minutes (because I didn't feel like it), I was there and did something for it every single blessed day, so that now I look in the mirror with more satisfaction.
I wish everyone great success with their program and thanks to Tomi for the motivating posts and the entire ethos that Lifetilt represents.
