The autumn theme of the blog will fundamentally be determined by women's body and self-image issues. That's why I interviewed 4 girls with eating disorders recently, and as a result, this post was born as a precursor to that topic. These girls are victims of the media, who, without exception, lost control over their bodies due to the people seen in fashion and women's magazines, and became mentally ill, chasing life like zombies. But there's a small problem with that, because the women and men in magazines don't actually exist; what you see is merely the illusion of a photoshopped reality, a falsified ideal, a non-existent, lying world...

Beyonce - L'Oréal was even sued over this image for misleading consumers. Of course, the lawsuit also had some racial piquancy, due to Beyonce being "whitewashed" to such an extent.
