"With Adrienn, I'm pushing the boundaries, because by selecting this girl, I can thoroughly test what the LifeTilt program is truly capable of. I could have played it safe with a girl who would easily lose 10 kilos, and thanks to her body type, there would have been plenty of time for Laura's shaping in these 70 days. So Adrienn is my answer to those voices who claim that I don't undertake the transformation of truly problematic girls. I'm very curious to see what we can achieve with Adri after such a background, and what LifeTilt is actually capable of, but in any case, we'll get the answers in 70 days." November 8, 2011

We went under 50, damn it... This sentence was uttered weekly in the Budapest night of 2006, when my friend Dave and I, standing over the roulette wheel, went below the psychological 50,000 forint level for us. It was psychological because usually, at this point, we'd lose our minds, and this would either lead to our rapid demise or we'd floor the table and leave with a significant win. Usually, of course, life would rot us, and we'd lose, but after a while, money wasn't even the point anymore. Six years have passed since then, and the number 50 has once again become significant over the years, albeit placed in a completely different context. Around the 15th day, Adrienn asked me what weight she thought she wouldn't be able to go under. She was 60 kilos then, and I didn't want to give her false hopes, so playing Russian roulette, I answered, "I don't think you'll be able to go much below 52-53 kg, darling." I rank it among the world's most dangerous things when a woman's weight is brought up. It's impossible to answer well, and a potentially bad answer usually has serious and unpredictable consequences, but I don't think I need to explain this to those guys who live with a woman struggling with complexes...

Adrienn's main goal was to get under 50 kg. When I told her to forget about it, not to get too invested in it, because with her body type, I didn't think it would work, the girl didn't collapse; instead, she gritted her teeth, decided to achieve her goals, and went on, ignoring everything. Yes. That's what the triumph of will and the return on invested energy are all about. Adrienn fundamentally changed the perception I had of everyday women's perseverance and performance. Adrienn's weight loss definitively proved what I already knew: the LifeTilt diet is one of, if not the best and most effective diet currently, which, incidentally, cleanses the body and, over 70 days, not only educates one about healthy living but also makes one healthy. I am proud of Adrienn and all that she has achieved. Her selection for Slim3 was one of my best decisions because, through her, a lovable, motivating girl appeared on Tilt for 70 days. Adrienn is now saying goodbye to the blog for a while, but this farewell is not permanent for her, as I have further plans with her within the framework of Slim3 2...
The second season of Slim3 starts on March 5th. If you also want to lose weight documented on the blog, apply at lifetilt.bence@gmail.com. You can find all further information HERE.

The program is over. Looking back, 70 days seem like a fleeting moment. It's incredible how fast it went by. During this time, I had many positive experiences. First and foremost was my 7 km run with Bence; the thought of me ever running that far seemed impossible. This was followed by my first 10 km and the Runtilt, where I ran around Margaret Island for the first time in my life. This program truly gave a lot, not just weight loss in centimeters and kilos, but it opened a completely new world for me, where you can always push your own limits. Yes, this happened to me too, even though 70 days ago, if anyone had told me something like this, I would have quietly laughed to myself, "Oh, come on..."

Today was my last video interview, which was very funny, considering there won't be any more. I hadn't even grasped that there was no more, only when I was sitting on the bus rushing home. I realized I wouldn't be weighing myself, writing posts, or taking pictures anymore. Realizing this, I was overcome with sadness. Of course, I'm glad it's over, a "little relief" sweeps over me, but thinking about what I wrote before, I'm going to miss it a lot. It will be strange, but I'm curious to see what happens next. I know I'm allowing myself a month of rest, and then I'll embark on another 70-day program, which will only be for shaping my figure. Bence asked me today what feelings had changed in me since I applied and now. For the first time in my life, I Am Proud of Myself! It's quite strange to write this, but I truly mean it. I gave it my all, and I achieved my goal of going under 50 kg. This fills me with such happiness and strength that I believe nothing is impossible after this because what I truly want, I can achieve with enough will and perseverance. My advice to everyone is that there are low points, I had them too, but don't give up, see it through, and you'll see that when you're done, you'll be full of positive experiences. One thing is essential: sticking to the diet, which is the foundation of everything! :)

I'd like to thank Bence for everything, for giving me the opportunity to do his program, and I also thank him for all the help within it. You know, during one of my runs, I realized that if you hadn't started this and I hadn't gotten in, I might still be weighing 62kg and drowning in self-pity. You made me realize certain things about myself, for which I will be grateful to you for a long time! :)
I bid farewell to everyone; I hope whoever starts their own program can see it through and achieve good results. See you at the next Runtilt; I hope many of you will come, and we can run our lap together...
