There is no victory without sacrifice!

In the 25 years I've lived so far, I've been in quite a few situations where I made sacrifices, and they even led to success, but the problem is, not always my own. I finally want to "suffer" for myself! Not to be accepted in a community, or not to stand out from the night world that lines up bone collections. If I grab onto such goals and even achieve them, then the eagerly desired wish will be devalued anyway (as is usually the case with women, once they get something, it becomes less crucially important), and then the TKO parties start again, along with hundreds of calories of food and drinks in great carefree happiness, with the "I'll work it off tomorrow and the day after" lifeline. I feel that I've finally matured enough to learn why I do what I do; I can't make decisions without thinking about tomorrow, and I can't live my life the way others expect.

Once in my life, I felt like I did something for my health, about 4 years ago, when I managed to lose weight from nearly 95 kg to 70 kg. It was a divine feeling, but I still saw the old Bogi in the mirror, and the following 3 years passed as if I hadn't lost weight at all. This self-acceptance thing is difficult for me, and life also brought me a guy who didn't encourage me to be an even better girl, so I didn't care about my appearance, and I gained 10 kilos in a mere 4 months. The guy is gone now (for the first time in my life, I was dumped), but the excess weight remained. This is Catch-22, which I never want to fall into again. I need intellectual development, in which overcoming my inhibitions will be the first step, and I trust that I will find my way towards a balanced lifestyle, and finally, in 90 days, I will be able to genuinely smile at myself in the mirror.

I've set my goal: I want to get rid of 22 kg of extra weight, with a conscious diet, regular exercise, all within a very cool and inspiring community. There's nothing left but to move forward! Goodbye yo-yo effect, hello cute Bogi!
