Az Új Generácíó

The New Generation

In the dawn of the LifeT!lt blog, when I registered the blog at 1 AM on January 13, it was all about a 70-day program, which I would document and illustrate with photos every single day. After the program ended, or if it failed, I would stop writing the blog and delete the registration. In the meantime, the blog took on a life of its own and became a part of my life, creating a life and opening doors I couldn't have imagined before. The success of the blog and all its positive benefits radically changed my life, and I met people and got involved in processes that brought a qualitative explosion to my everyday life. At 20, thanks to a momentary whim, I dropped out of school and went to London to work as a croupier in a casino. My journey led me from there to Vegas, and few people know it, but I also appeared in a reality show, so my life moves within fairly extreme boundaries. In the last 10 years, I've had a lot of good things and useful experiences, but this blog is definitely what I'm most proud of, and if someone were to ask me what I've contributed to society in life so far, I would name LifeTilt as a reference material. Motivating others, the success of the RunT!lt movement, and improving the quality of life for hundreds of people are all things I'm damn proud of, and 2011 will always be a defining year, no matter what I do in life afterward...

Everyone strives for a happier, more fulfilling life, which is damn hard to achieve because it requires an immeasurable amount of perseverance, resilience to failure, and will, but the path to a more fulfilling life is closer than you think, and its success, unlike everyday life, depends solely on you. The first big step to a higher quality life is completing a lifestyle-changing program, because this process is much more than just losing 6, 9, or 18 kilos. Weight loss and becoming a more beautiful person are only a very small part of this whole thing, and if it were only about that, I wouldn't be bothering with this for almost 8 months now. People get too used to the shit that surrounds them, because the human body and mind are capable of adapting to extremes. Millions, no, billions of people live unbearably boring, monotonous, and simple lives, and they do it because they lack self-confidence, undervalue themselves and their abilities, and are prone to adopting the "I don't care anymore" state of global pity. Life is a tough struggle, I know. Especially in Hungary, where you have to fight hard even for a mediocre existence, not to mention that the environment constantly pushes down and drags back anyone who wants to achieve something in life. If we add to this that you also look like a wagon of shit, then with the complexes mentioned above, we get the result of the formula for why people can be treated however at their workplaces, in their relationships, and what politics and the absurd situations of everyday life do to us day after day. We endure everything because one more piece of shit in life doesn't even register, because where there's a pile of shit, another small pile doesn't even stand out. Living a lifetime in the shadows because of complexes is one of the rottenest things on earth, but if you're also a woman, it's even harder. Complexes in your head, because of your appearance and your lack of faith, which attracts everything that makes your life truly shitty. Your enemy and the elements destroying your life are with you every single rotten minute in the form of your fat, like a pack of cigarettes in your pocket. The fault is yours because you are weak, you lack perseverance, you lack will, and because a slice of cake and a cigarette are stronger than you. It's really pathetic somewhere. Your obesity, your mental weakness are direct consequences, for which you cannot blame anyone else. It's not the job, not the boss, not men being assholes, not the weather, not the parents, not the child, and not life or circumstances that are to blame, but only you, and only you can change that.

This post is about those blogs that have understood this and have changed, or wanted to change, their lives, sharing it with others on a blog, just like LifeT!lt started 263 days ago. The blogs listed below have one thing in common: their authors are in contact with LifeT!lt, or started their program because of it. There are blogs whose authors I am currently working with personally, or have worked with, but there are also those who are just going through their 70 days based on what they read on the blog. Read them too, because if they fail, let them fail in front of as many people as possible, thereby motivating them not to give up and see it through.

This girl kept a diet diary on the Hoxa women's portal, where she wrote about what she ate and how she was progressing with her supposedly good diet. Of course, it wasn't working because the whole concept was ill-conceived and foolish. A few days after I found her diary, I received a letter from her asking for my help, and what women always write to me in every letter, that she needed someone to push her and support her if she wanted to give up. I took her on, gave her a program, which she started a few days ago and has already published on the site. Those interested in Debra's progress can follow the events on her blog.

I also worked with her privately around June, when she gave up on the program after 4 weeks and a 5-kilo weight loss. I recently noticed that she started writing a blog following the program I created for her 3 months ago. I'm curious if she'll make it through the 70 days this time.

I wouldn't bet on it, but I think she's hugi02 from the Nők Lapja Café forum, and if she is, then she's already been to a RunT!lt, and she doesn't want to lose weight from her breasts. It's worth noting here that everyone will lose weight from their breasts, but this cannot be an excuse for anyone. Not dieting so that your breasts don't get smaller and using this as an excuse, well, that's really the bottom of the barrel. Larger breasts on a fatty body are not cool and not sexy, but I just mentioned that. What else I know about the girl is that she used to play sports and wants to lose 10 kg. Her program has been going on for 2 weeks, she has lost 3 kilos, and she also illustrates the change on a cool graph.

This girl is my favorite. I don't know her, but I wouldn't write anything about her, let her words speak for themselves. It's worth reading the post from "the third excuse..." onwards. She's a great character, with very good thoughts. If I didn't have a girlfriend, I'd totally bang her.

"The third excuse: The "I-feel-good-as-I-am" effect. Oh, come on. Don't make me laugh. I've experienced it myself: being fat sucks. You're not beautiful, good clothes don't fit you, what does fit doesn't look good, your fat bulges out. What covers and conceals usually hangs, so you look about 10 years older than your age, because you wear baggy T-shirts and tops, like some kitchen lady after her shift. And let's not even talk about the beach and tankini tops that cover your belly... This is accompanied by the mantra of fat girls, the "I'm-attractive-as-I-am" line (and for that, a damn big iron pipe for Love). Well, about that, next to the aura of an energetic, confident girl, you practically remain unnoticed, honey..."

"The bonus, and also my favorite self-deceiving line: The-My-Boyfriend-Loves-Me-As-I-Am blather. Well, about that, I would only say that I know a man who "loved" his previous girlfriend that way, with her extra 15-20 kilos. But it's interesting that he still exchanged her for a thin girl... I see two cases: if the guy really loves you, for your inner qualities, then maybe he won't dump you, but after a while, he will suffer, no matter what he tells you. Do you really believe that he will honestly answer the questions 'Do you think I'm fat? Have I gained weight?' So that he then has to listen to an hour of hysterics, then an hour of lethargic crying, and finally the accusation that he's a dirty pig who only cares about appearances? If he loves you, then you are important to him, so he doesn't want to hurt you. And he especially doesn't want you to be angry with him. So he'll never tell you that you've gained weight. If his love isn't strong enough or simply fades, then glances into the world of thin women may come."

"One more observation: never ask your girlfriend or another woman if you're fat. The situation is the same as with guys: if she loves you, she doesn't want to hurt you. If she doesn't love you, then it's likely that 1) you won't believe her answer anyway, thinking she's only calling you fat because she hates you... 2) she'll lie that you're not fat and laugh up her sleeve 3) if you're really not fat, she might even convince you that you look bad. As a woman, I say that women are strange creatures in this regard.

I once tried honesty with a friend after not seeing her for 2, 2 and a half months, and when I saw her again, her belly was as big as a 4-month pregnant woman's. After I cautiously brought it up (I asked if the baby was on the way), it caused immense offense... Even though the girl had gained at least 10 kilos in two months. As a woman, it's simply impossible to tell another woman that she's overweight.

If you want to know the answer, ask a guy who is not connected to you. He doesn't want to sell you clothes or a car, he doesn't work with you, he doesn't want to sleep with you, and he's not your brother."

I will be following her even more closely than the others, and I'm sending a message here: if you need any help, contact me. This girl has thyroid problems, and doctors told her she would never be able to lose weight. She started following the diet she read about on LifeT!lt and lost 4 kilos in a few days, so I'll be watching her and have maximum respect.

"Well, I don't know if anyone will read what I write or not, but I think, like many others besides me, I'm writing now because of lifetilt.blog.hu. I'm completely outraged by what commentators are doing to Laura on lifetilt, because they simply can't accept that while they settle for 'that's just how it is,' there are people who strive for perfection. Reading the comments, I'd rather not describe people who sink to such a primitive level that they trash her breasts and butt, just because Laura wrote what she thought, briefly and concisely. I am really fat and I didn't find the style offensive, but rather refreshingly honest.

So, the point is, I also read through lifetilt and started doing it about a week ago. I don't want to write my life story, just the facts. I'm a 21-year-old girl, a graduating university student, and 85 kg (a week ago I was 89). Briefly, I have thyroid problems, for which I take hormones, so I have to work doubly hard for every kilo I lose. Frankly, I don't give a damn how long it will take me to lose weight and how many sacrifices I have to make for it, because if I think about it, I've been whining every day for 21 years, missing parties (with the excuse 'I'm fat and I look bad'), when I should spend about half a year of my life changing, externally and internally.

If someone dislikes the style of the LifeTilt blog, or simply hates me like shit, and can't stand the sight of me, they will find a home and understanding looks on the Ladycamp blog, because this is where the clouds of Mordor gather and declare war on my blog. The girl who writes the blog contacted me in May, asking for my help and for me to write her a program because she couldn't do it alone. A few days after our meeting and the start of the program, she created Ladycamp, which she has been writing ever since, and the rest is history. Fate and circumstances led to our paths diverging halfway through the program, but Syreni eventually completed the program, which I congratulate her on even now. (She was Fanni Doma)

"What did the program bring me? Self-knowledge, perseverance, some self-belief. Sex, good and plenty of it. Words of appreciation, a bunch of new clothes (as the old ones fall off me). The knowledge that I can do it. New goals, the revival of old goals. What did it take away? Inches and kilos... I'll end it here. Life goes on, I have to work off today's parfait cake somehow. Half marathon, marathon, triathlons, who knows... but most importantly, keeping what I have and focusing on mental preparation. Show must go on..."

Let these women be an example for everyone to follow. Start your program too, register a blog, and lead through those 70 days that will change everything around you. It will be hard, damn awful, and you will suffer, especially at the beginning. I'm not promising it will be good because it won't be, but the results will be there, and I guarantee you that. If you weaken, draw strength from these girls, but LifeT!lt is also here. When I say write a blog, I say it so that you give a framework to your new lifestyle required by the program. Come to the RunT!lt, and experience that there is a community behind the blog that you can rely on. Help each other virtually with a blog in which you transform, because if they see that the program works, it will help others too.

You are alone with your program, never forget that, but you are not alone...
