New Generation 2 Part 1
Megosztás

When I wrote the post titled The New Generation on September 10th, I couldn't have known that it would transcend itself and have such a constructive power that it would lay the foundations for a new community. The New Generation post, and the writers of the blogs featured in it, found each other and came to life independently, creating a new community that now functions as a kind of shadow Tilt. Thus, a new generation was born, a community composed exclusively of women who now not only follow and support each other's programs online but also hold joint runs on Margaret Island. Before we shed tears over the beauty of life, let's not forget that we're talking about women, and as we know, with women, eternal friendship and calling each other foul names are minutes apart, and which one comes out depends solely on the momentary emotional state. In this post, we'll see what happened to whom in the last 10 weeks, who lost how much with their program, or where they are in life. There will be new entrants, huge self-deceptions, new hopes, and spectacular failures. Desperate people who want to change, or just simply dissatisfied with themselves, only LifeTilt is the one thing that connects them...
Currently, she's my favorite. In terms of perseverance, attitude, every aspect. She's already gone through a program, or at least a ridiculous something called that, whose basis was LifeTilt, but she arbitrarily modified it back then, and "personalized" it, but what exactly she based that personalization on, I don't think even she knows. Anyway, even with such a neutered program, she achieved great results, imagine if she had followed what was prescribed without any changes.

Nóri has now started a 70-day El Camino again, which she exceptionally intends to follow strictly, meaning perhaps she has now realized that the "garage-tuned" solution is worthless, so she has adopted Slim3 Adrienn's program exactly as it is and follows it precisely, which has resulted in her losing 2 kilos after 6 days. Just for comparison, in the 10 weeks modified by the girl, she lost a total of 7 kilos, while now she's lost 2 kilos in 6 days. The lesson from the keeponmovin blog is not to mess with the program, not to rewrite it for yourself thinking it will be better for you, because I'm telling you now it will be worse, because I'm telling you sight unseen that what you think is good about the diet is almost certainly utter nonsense, and then you wonder why you're not transforming as spectacularly as you see the other women on this blog. Stay white, stay real...
I wrote an entire post about this girl a few weeks ago, but it turned out so strong that I decided not to publish it. When I'm angry at someone or something, I shouldn't write a post, because it usually ends in huge offense, or I just get sued. I didn't want to hurt this girl, but she's been pulling such stunts on her blog ever since that I had no other choice. This girl is one of the most severe cases of female self-deception I have ever encountered. After her initial weight loss, she got complacent with the program, which, as usual, crashed and burned. Since then, she's been trying to justify herself with pictures of herself fully clothed, and I don't think she even realizes that she's doing the same thing as before her program, when she was so despondent. This is a perfect reflection of failed female programs and self-deception that completely ignores failure. I like this girl, and the worst part is that she will perceive this as a personal attack, but why would she do anything else, when through the windows of a distorted, false world, many things appear different from what they truly want to be...
Excerpt from my unpublished post titled "Lathos"...
...Everything is relative, I know, but just because you personally interpret something as performance doesn't make it so. At most, you live in such a deprived environment, lacking stimuli and movement, that you start imagining writing yourself a diploma for achieving such minimal things. That's why you can never do two things to yourself. You can never be satisfied, and you can never set your goals lower than what you currently think you'll be unable to achieve, because it's too far or too high. As soon as your goal is within sight, immediately set it higher, because you can never reach your goals and dreams, because there's always further to go, always higher. If you ever reach these set points, then either you underestimated yourself and your abilities, or you simply weren't capable of more, and I don't even need to tell you that both versions are extremely sad.

There's a girl, whom I actually know personally. She follows the Lifetilt program, goes to the RunTilts, and blogs about her transformation. This girl has a responsibility by blogging, and therefore what she writes there carries weight and will affect other women. During such a program, there comes a point where you become fatigued or demotivated. This is a completely natural process of the program, but it matters a lot how you communicate these low points and how you overcome them. The story of this girl is the best example of what I described a few lines above, and it faithfully reflects the female soul's propensity for self-deception. The girl is halfway through the program...
Lately, there hasn't been any weighing or anything. The reason for this is that since I'm only really sticking to about 20% of what I should, I don't see the point in beating myself up for not having lost an ounce. When order is restored, which is what I long for, and things are going again, then there will be something like this again. It's a bit difficult, sometimes I feel like I've given up? But where does it count as giving up? After all, I'm writing the blog, I'm paying attention to my food... though I'm not exercising, and I'm not following the diet. So, have I given up? But doesn't it require me to think that too? I'm sure many malicious people would be happy if I wrote it in a declarative sentence, but I won't, because I really don't feel that way.
I know the reasons why I'm doing it, but they're starting to fade, because I feel better. Or has it just gotten cold, and I'm not wearing skirts, dresses, or swimsuits, so I don't see what I saw then? Could the season also be a factor in how easy it is? Most certainly, because around Christmas, who the hell eats steamed vegetables? :)
Well, this is where I lost my mind, and this is exactly what I'm talking about. This girl lost 5 kilos and felt she could write these lines, and I swear she's even proud of herself, while of course, she also feels that there's something wrong, so she constantly deludes herself and expects absolution, proving that no, she really didn't, and ANYWAY, she feels good now so no. This is the typical leaning back and jumping over goals placed in the basement. This girl had 14 kg of excess weight when she started the program. Now she's lost 5 kilos, and she thinks that's enough, because there's nothing driving her anymore, and she sees no point in continuing. Someone from the women's group should tell her that there's still work to be done, because the house isn't built just because the bricks were ordered. Of course, it's easier to throw in the towel and blame a lack of motivation for the failure. This is when you see what people are truly made of, when the big deaths come. Getting up when your legs are weak, and when you can't even see the goal, let alone the next day. You just have to keep going...
My father always used to come with his degenerate example, asking what I was complaining about, I should be happy to be healthy, because not everyone gets that, and the usual demagogic, idiotic bureaucrat blabber. It's a bad sign if we base our life's successes on being able to breathe independently and tie our shoelaces without help. You can create an ideology around everything, and everything can be explained. Is that damned glass half empty or half full, right? Compared to 14 kg of excess weight, is a 5 kg weight loss really a success, or are we still 9 kilos in the "also-ran" category... It's a matter of perspective, but the answer to life's essential questions and decision-making situations depends on how we look at things. This perspective, and the correct evaluation of situations, is what distinguishes successful people from the "also-rans." What you are predestined for in life will be decided, among other things, by how you view processes, and whether your perception of success and failure is at 14 kg plus, 9, maybe 7, or zero. I hope everyone understands what I mean by this. And whoever doesn't, should go read body.builder instead.

In my opinion, this girl has achieved nothing, especially since she seems to have settled into her relative "success." This kind of contentment with the "not so bad anymore" state only reinforces my belief that she's actually getting nowhere. Just savor these sentences, because these sentences convey all the ludicrous excuses and phrases of every dieting woman, which they cling to and use to explain why white is actually black.
:) But after all, I've already achieved half of a set goal in two months, I can't be that much of a loser, can I??"
I would tell the girl in question to change her attitude very quickly and pull herself together like lightning, because her blogging and program are meaningless this way. It's even better if she consistently lies to herself about a world, but at least she does it alone and at home, and not in public, reinforcing women's already shaky ideas about perseverance and goals. I hope this post will be enough motivation for her to wake up and value my words correctly, and not sulk in a corner, but shake herself off, and shove her results in my face in a month, saying, "There, you idiot, kiss my ass..."

....
Everything was there. A thorough shopping trip at Decathlon, planning runs and workouts, calculating calories, a battery-powered lamp for nighttime runs that attaches to gloves, everything was perfectly fine except for one thing: sticking to the workouts and diet for more than a few days. It's like when I used to prepare for studying. I'd lay out my notebooks, notes, spare pens if the one I was writing with ran out, a soft drink in the corner, and then when I should have started studying, I'd burst into tears and put on Friends season 6 instead. Exactly the same thing happened here. The girl blamed something like school, no time, and "things didn't turn out that way," so the usual pathetic excuses. It's a shame because I liked her style.
So, on August 29th, I set out to change my life. The goal: 10 weeks, -7 kg, gaining some muscle. Long-term goals: transitioning to a healthy diet, reducing sugar, pasta, and potato consumption, and getting used to regular exercise...
No blog posts since September 28...
The blog hides a fallen Slim3, who was among the last 4. After she found out she didn't get into the Slims, she got angry and registered this blog to show them that she should have been in, not Adrienn. There are few things worse and more dangerous on earth than an angry and disappointed woman, which usually leads to terrible consequences. The girl wrote herself a workout plan with 7 workouts a week, 3 hours a day. Failure was guaranteed, and as usual, it happened, but the story didn't stop there. Since we're talking about a woman, the real problems only emerged later, which I only realized when she wrote about them on her blog. The girl has eating problems, which culminated in self-induced vomiting, and for which she also sees a psychologist.

The girl was completely desperate, flailing around, unable to see a way out, gaining more and more weight, which was followed by further eating binges, and that's when I wrote her a message suggesting we meet and talk a bit, because this was seriously not going to end well, as the path she was on was leading in a very bad direction and nowhere. At the meeting, she told me everything. She asked me to work with her because she was unable to start on her own and needed someone to help her with her program. She received the program, we're going grocery shopping for her diet on Tuesday, and she'll start the program in a few days. She will only post the photos taken every 10 days on the blog, nothing else, and then when she's a bit better, she can write, but not yet, because it would just confuse her. The girl is actually going to San Francisco on an athletic scholarship, which she is now preparing for with me. Oh, and she has 19 kg of excess weight...
End of Part One...
