Az Új Generácíó 2. 2.rész

New Generation 2. Part 2

The more female blogs I read, the more I believe in God, because I owe someone gratitude for not being born a woman. Reading women's blogs, one encounters constant and recurring problems, such as taking a decent photo or even the conditions for it. I read the best one on an English blog, where the girl was struggling because she couldn't take a usable picture of herself, and she didn't dare ask her boyfriend because she didn't want him to see her "in that state." Then, a few lines later, she detailed what sexy lingerie she was surprising her boyfriend with because their anniversary was tomorrow... Fantastic...

Like every woman, I am not satisfied with my figure, in fact... that's why I started a program that many people have already heard about and are doing. However, many have also given up, so I thought I would create a motivational blog of sorts, which helps those who are toying with the idea of giving up what they started. If you dream it, do it. Not for others... but for yourself.

writes the blogger girl known only as "justdoit," about whom I know nothing. In any case, she seems determined, which is a very nice thought, but everyone can stand at the starting line of a marathon; reaching the finish line will require a bit more than grand words and catchy promises. How many times have I dramatically thrown away a cigarette pack, demonstrating my quitting, saying "never again," only to be trembling at the doorknob of a convenience store two hours later, craving a Pall Mall. The hardest part is never when you're full or angry and make up your mind, but when the urges come, the feeling of deprivation, when you have to overcome one of the most ancient survival instincts, your hunger.

My eyes were opened by a blog, http://lifetilt.blog.hu/. Here we (women) get both hot and cold, and there's probably a lot of hurt feelings because of it, but if everyone could put their pride aside just a little, they would realize that we should be happy... finally, there's a guy who writes about what goes on in men's heads and says what many deny: it really does matter how you look...

http://hortensia.blog.hu/

A girl from PSZF or Corvinus, but it doesn't really matter, because in both places, you can gag at the analysis classes with the same intensity. On October 30, Hortensia started the diet for endomorphs from her post titled "Body Type Diets for Women," about which she wrote the following:

From today, for 60 days (hopefully), I will report on my meals and workouts every day, hoping that this way there will be no slacking off, and even if I just write it down for myself, there's more control, and if others see it, then there's absolutely no excuse. If I don't see this through, then I have no willpower whatsoever and I'll be terribly disappointed in myself.

The young lady is doing a kind of "Lifetilt best of" selection, because she's only on day 31, but she's already tried 3 different Lifetilt diets, and in December, according to her plans, she will also try out Adrienn S3's program. There are problems with the pictures here too, so it's the usual, otherwise she's progressing nicely.

After successfully reading the LifeT!lt blog, I realized that I also need a change, both mentally and physically. Writing the blog will also motivate me not to give up in difficult moments, and perhaps it can also motivate others who want to carry out their plan.

The only man in the field. Without any whining, hysterics, or self-pity, he successfully completed a 70-day program while working, meaning not under the circumstances of "I'm screwing around in college, have nothing to do, and crying about exams." During the first program, he lost over 11 kilograms, and in recent days he started his second Tilt tour, with which he now wants to build muscle. This is how it should be done, without any affectation or prima donna antics, but I know that's hard in the world of high-heeled illusions. You just have to start and do it, not writhe around as I see on other blogs. It's that simple. Just get up and do it.

I'm going to try to persuade the girl to write articles for Tilt, because it's like reading myself without a dick. More about her in the post titled "Awakenings."

Changes. Strange, difficult, but I'm in control now, and I wouldn't trade that for anything. The end is still a long way off, it's barely begun. But I don't have to constantly dread everything anymore. It gives me strength to be doing my things. I still don't know what I want to be, what interests me. I still can't imagine anything. A waste of a person. That's why I needed the draft. I probably won't have any idea what I want even in 40 years. Until now, the shit from the air castle. Now the shit is a little better. We'll see. Me and me. In the meantime, I'm doing it, I don't know what, but I'm doing it, because I can't wait for great revelations, enlightenments. Reality has descended upon me, and I don't have much time...

First of all, this is a blog where I describe how I'm trying to get rid of nearly 20 excess kilograms, and what I experience during this process, how I change inside and out. There's this lifetilt blog. That's where it all started, back in mid-August. After a serious week, I gave up on the whole thing. I don't really handle restrictions well, but I'm slowly getting to the point where my excess weight is seriously hindering me...

Before there's a misunderstanding. The girl doesn't have 20 kg of excess weight as she thinks, but at least 30, or rather 35. The blog is the first step in facing the problems, very correctly, but then it's time to realistically assess the situation, and this now goes for everyone.

I would ask a question, and I'd really be interested in the answers. If someone starts reading this blog and begins a program, how can they then write the following?

I won't be taking protein powder, partly because everyone talked me out of it, and partly because they're right, as I wouldn't be taking it after the diet anyway, and I prefer to lose weight slowly but surely; the goal is a lifestyle change. I will get fat burners and appetite suppressants, but I only planned this for the first 4 weeks, until my body adjusts to the reduced calorie intake.

I have no doubt that those who "talked her out of it" were most likely colleagues at work, naturally with wafers in their drawers and steak fries on their plates, but I would be interested to know what arguments they put forward against protein shakes that convinced this girl not to drink protein shakes. Judging by the extremely wise advisory body, I don't even dare to ask what fat burners and appetite suppressant pills she took for the first month, because if everyone talked her out of protein shakes, then why didn't the very clever toxicologist acquaintances talk her out of appetite suppressant diet pills? I don't ride a bike to avoid polluting the air; I'd rather take the bus. I could roughly illustrate the utterly incredible nonsense described above with this analogy.

Oh yeah, after 65 days, -10 kg. But damn, I'm still reeling from the "no protein, but yes to diet pills" thing...

http://malackacico.blog.hu/

The grand dame of blog girls. I know everything about her, as I've known her personally for months. I worked with her in the summer, and although she gave up on her program then, we stayed in touch, so I know too much about her to write anything specific, so I'll try to stick to the facts.

Her program was made more difficult by the fact that she was a woman and a relationship on shaky ground, which, after 5 weeks of agony, was finally taken off life support in a state of clinical death. The processes were further complicated by the fact that the artist from Leningrad, despite her university degree, was so considerate as to get together with a colleague with whom they not only work at the same company, but also in the same room, for crying out loud. I won't go into detail about this now; I'd rather just say that we must take responsibility for our faulty and irresponsible decisions, learning from our own mistakes for the future, that we absolutely do not hunt local rabbits, unless it's explicitly about sex after working hours on the conference table.

This emotional attachment also left its mark on Niki's program. -2.4 kg, which is terribly pathetic, and we could blame the breakup, the associated move, the final payment of the Swiss franc-based housing loan, but the big, ugly truth is that there will always be problems, yes. So what? You have to keep going, because the kilograms lost through trials count double, at least you'll feel that way, and ultimately, that's all that matters.

I absolutely do not understand this blog, because the following welcome post can be read on it...

Why was this blog created? I read the Lifetilt blog, which I find very cool, with one exception. Why does it write off women over 35? That's why I decided to show him and everyone else that you can achieve a toned, good figure even after 35. And I started the blog to help me with this, so I don't want to give up. I'm already on day 6, and it's no secret that I'm following the diet plan Bence uploaded. The goal is to reach 54 kg from the current 74 kg by December 1st. So, let's go!!!

It starts like this, then on the page there are 4 posts about social security contributions and civil liberties. All this on June 12th, so I don't even understand that December 1st date. In any case, anyone who wants to read about the conditions for eligibility for sick pay should definitely click.

In six months, I lost over 20 kg, and instead of panting after climbing one flight of stairs, today I run 5.2 km in 32 minutes. There's no miracle diet, medicine, or prescription for it; the formula is very simple: take in less energy than you use up daily. How? I try to help with this by describing my own experiences, hoping that writing and public exposure will also compel me not to give up and to achieve the figure that makes guys turn their heads on the street :)

This blog isn't directly connected to Lifetilt, but since the author reminds me of my mother, I included it. This woman weighed 100 kg a few months ago, when she checked into Szent Imre Hospital for a week under Dr. Pados, where she received a diet and a recipe for a new life. She lost 20 kg with that diet and strict lifestyle, then found Lifetilt. A few days ago, she ran two laps on Margaret Island. Yes, 10.6 km. She currently weighs 73.6 kg.

One more thing: although I swear by Dr. Pados and his team, it's worth reading - from the beginning! - this blog (http://lifetilt.blog.hu/) as well, or just getting angry at Bence/Tamás's style, and deciding "just because!" :) I don't agree with the style, nor with everything written there, but I do agree with the essence: only we can change ourselves, there's no miracle cure or miracle worker. His latest initiative, Slim3, takes the cake; I wish both him and the girls success in what they've planned.

There was also a blog here called Dreaming Awake, which I definitely wanted to include, but when the girl saw that it would be featured in this post, she deleted the blog. Dreaming Awake was created to analyze Lifetilt, meaning it examined its methods, diets, and drew attention to the contradictions, which I thought was a very good thing. Control is needed, a point of verification, and this blog would have been that.
