Diets on death row
Megosztás
If someone were to suffer from chronic brain atrophy, or even worse, be forced to exist without a left cerebral hemisphere, they should not despair or apply for disability, as editorial offices of women's magazines are precisely looking for people with such intellectual capacities for journalistic work.
Of course, this situation is not only here that it shatters all previously known intellectual depths; this trend can be found in all women's magazines worldwide.
What drives this machinery, and how is it possible that women, and especially women, not only read articles about the world's most obvious idiocies, but massively start following them despite their clearly idiotic content? Things that scream from a distance that they are lies, scams, unhealthy, and will only ruin a person, but none of this matters, they somehow don't take notice. Why is this? How can smart, educated, successful women in decision-making positions with serious responsibilities, truly intelligent women, suddenly plummet to the intellectual level of a 3-year-old's briefcase when they pick up a women's magazine and take what's written in it seriously, even for a single minute? This simply baffles me.
The Hungarian education system is ridiculous as it is. In the past, the word "diploma" had some value, which has now been successfully equated with the meaning of toilet paper. This phenomenon can be attributed to the mushrooming institutions that appear to be colleges, where the future of our country sits on parents' money in various clown and cosmetology programs in laughable institutions such as BKF, ÁVF, Heller Farkas, and Zsigmond Király.
Although it's not directly related to the topic, I definitely want to note that the biggest nobodies are those who try to make their surroundings aware during exam periods that they are taking exams now, and oh my, how damn hard it is, really.
Unfortunately or not, most journalists, and here we are talking about 22-26-year-old women, come from the aforementioned comedy institutions and, of course, end up in editorial offices. The situation paints an even more dreadful picture when 19-20-year-old girls work as interns alongside college in Montevideo Street, writing or being made to write articles. Horoscope sections, for example, are written by these intern students, very likely inventing stories they saw the previous night in a random Viasat3 series.
But I want to reassure everyone, this level and this intellectual and credibility standard, this depth of content, characterizes not only horoscopes but almost all other articles in all women's magazines. It's simple. You have to fill 86 pages with any content. You have to fill the magazine with any text that fills the blank pages between the advertisements in the magazine. That's the essence, and here, providing society with proper information doesn't matter, because those blank pages could certainly be filled with truly healthy diets, or perhaps translating articles that are genuinely interesting, substantial, and entertaining at the same time. But unfortunately, this is no longer possible, because it would require more than the intellectual leap required for 1+1, and in the end, they wouldn't have to interview some insignificant nobody about their meaningless life and thoughts that no one cares about. What's happening in women's magazines is pure intellectual decline, RTL Klub put to paper, József Szalacsi embodied in characters, and the reinforcement of every negative stereotype about women that has developed in recent decades.
The "Diets on Death Row" post could not have been created without women's magazines and their online counterparts. Every single diet I'm listing here could not have become known without the media outlets that wrote about them, without dozens of journalists on 6 continents trying to convince tens of millions of women that it is indeed possible to lose weight in 8 damn hours. But seriously, it's not a big deal to swallow a 2-meter tapeworm, because appearance is everything, and it's easily worth it.

When I wrote that women's magazines validate negative stereotypes about women, this is exactly what I meant. Do everything for your appearance, because in this fight nothing is too expensive, and every means is permitted, as it's about YOUR APPEARANCE. Look like models, dress like them, sleep with those they sleep with, they drill into you that you have to sell yourself with your appearance, and then on the other side, they write incredibly idiotic articles about women's self-esteem, preaching about how to accept yourself. Unbelievable.
Anyway. Let's rather see which diets should definitely be on that particular death row.
90-day diet
I say, let's not mess around, let's jump straight into the deep end and examine a little more closely the diet that, incomprehensibly to me, is one of the most widespread diets in Hungary. Not one of my acquaintances did it, not one of my acquaintances quit it, and not one of my acquaintances felt awful from it, like trash. The mentally ill monstrosity called the 90-day diet is some incredibly huge nonsense. Unfortunately, it's unknown who came up with this bullshit, but we could also say that no one dared to put their name to it.
The 90-day diet is still in its prime today, but there's nothing surprising about that, as Hoxa, NLC, and other smart women's sites have been giving this 90-day rampage a prominent place for years. But I have to ask the question. Why isn't there at least one person in the country, besides us bloggers, who would at least examine the widespread methods and then stand before the public and say: "Hey, kids, you really shouldn't push this anymore."
But what does this fantastic system consist of? 90 days, divided into four-day cycles, where you can only eat specific types of food, such as protein, carbohydrate, starch, and finally fruit days. One question right at the beginning. Are starch and fruit sugar not carbohydrates?

The biggest flaw in the 90-day diet system is that it disrupts healthy and natural processes, and deprives the body of essential nutrients for 3 whole days that the body absolutely needs for healthy functioning. The inventor of the 90-day system believes that optimal nutrient intake is not based on a daily cycle, meaning we don't need to provide all nutrients to our body every day. But why stop there? It could be the same with metabolic processes. One day we breathe, the next day we eat, the third day we digest, the fourth day we pee.
No mistake, the 90-day diet is exactly as morbid and unnatural as what I just described. For healthy eating, we must provide our body with ALL nutrients daily, or if we don't, and even more so if we don't for days, then the body will suffer, and along with weight loss, we'll get a fucked-up hormonal imbalance and some organic changes, especially in the liver, stomach, and thyroid areas.
However, implementation problems only begin here, because the 90-day diet does not provide any specifics. It only specifies what type of food to eat on which day.
Protein day: 20 dkg of roasted meat, fish, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, cheese, and SOUP, dammit, just like that, soup.
Roasted meat, okay. But what kind? Ribs? Side? Sirloin? Beef? Chicken? Turkey? Mangalica, dammit? Which part of the animal? Because there are huge differences between meats. For example, there's a big difference between chicken thigh and chicken breast. Eggs, but how many? Which yogurt? Is sugary drinking yogurt and 3.5% fat allowed? There are also fatty, semi-fatty, and low-fat cottage cheese and cheese. 70% Karaván or 8% Tolle?
But what really gets me is that it says 2 dl of soup. Okay.
So, then fish soup and creamy fruit soup are also allowed? There's a slight difference between bone broth and bean goulash. Do you understand the fundamental flaws of this entire "system" beyond its already unhealthy nature? The question of which cheese and what kind of cottage cheese is obvious to the more intelligent half of the world, but anyone who has so little to do with healthy eating that they start such a diet has minimal understanding of basic concepts like the proper ratios of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and optimal nutrient intake.
Not to mention that 20 dkg of roast meat (we still don't know what kind) is to be eaten by both a 150 kg and a 65 kg person. It doesn't matter what activity the unfortunate person does or what sport they play. My jaw drops, seriously.
The true depths of hell are yet to come. Let's quickly move past the starch day by saying that on this day, salt, seasonings, and KETCHUP are recommended! I don't want to add anything to this. Anyone for whom this means nothing, go set yourselves on fire, for crying out loud.

Carbohydrate day. Well, here we are having coffee with Lucifer in hell, because having a separate carbohydrate day is the most priceless, seriously. Let me quote from the official website, that is, what they recommend for this day.
"LUNCH: Cooked pasta or pizza. Or any savory pastry (equivalent to one portion of pizza). Tomato sauce or a little vegetable can be used for seasoning. DINNER: Two small slices of cake or 2-3 small sweet rolls, or possibly 3 scoops of ice cream and 1 piece of dark chocolate. (Those who don't crave sweet flavors can also eat savory pastries...)"
Actually, I could comment on anything here. I feel a bit like I have to highlight the most blatant thefts of the Gyurcsány government. A viaduct on the plain, tunnels dug into the Great Plain, or 1.7 billion spent on photocopying.
Incredible. It really is. After a starch day where you can eat peas, salt, and ketchup, well, after all that, pizza, ice cream, and 2 slices of cake :))))))))))))))) good, I can't take it. Besides, as I see it, carbohydrate day is also sugar day, so the party is really big, as I see it.
Fruit day. After the previous day's rampage, let's acidify our stomachs even more, of course, no problem, and starve our bodies even longer without nutrient intake...
Without adequate and continuous protein intake, complete metabolic slowdown and total cessation of fat metabolism are to be expected in a very short time.
On carbohydrate day, with the enormous carbohydrate intake out of nowhere, we trigger insulin reactions that lead to almost immediate fat accumulation. The complete lack of unsaturated fats in the diet leads to very serious problems, and the body's overall breakdown occurs due to not receiving the necessary macro and micronutrients daily.
And finally. This diet simply has no positive effect on the body; on the contrary, it nicely and very deliciously screws it up. You might lose weight from it, but that you won't keep the weight off is a thousand percent. The result of the 90-day diet is minimal fat loss, which is due to thoughtless calorie deficit. Every system, even the worst, works to a certain extent, but only to a certain extent, and what then? You'll be staring blankly, thinking your metabolism has changed and you really won't regain the weight? But you will, and you're also an asshole.
I recommend to anyone stupid enough to start this, that they truly deserve their fate. It's incredible that this diet has spread so widely, it's incredible that people believe that by varying the same garbage they already eat, results can be achieved.
Diets on Death Row II. coming soon…
