Diet Basics

Do you know why there are so many women in Hungary today whose hormonal and metabolic levels are completely out of balance? Now, I could say it's because they eat poorly, but it's not that simple. Not at all.

I'd be the happiest if they only ate poorly because that activity wouldn't cause them as much harm as trying all sorts of incredibly, truly brazenly unprofessional, unfounded, and downright harmful "diets" that genuinely wreck their bodies.

I don't want to go into this in depth now; in the past 6 years, I've regularly written about the clueless diets spreading on the internet and about the women who, completely senselessly, try everything they hope will make them lose weight, naturally in the shortest possible time, and preferably without having to make any compromises.

But we're not here to describe what's villainous, but rather what truly helps, what is professionally unassailable, and not least, how you can achieve the physique you now only know from Instagram, where you like pictures of women you someday want to emulate.

ACHIEVING A PERFECTLY SCULPTED PHYSIQUE HEALTHILY, THAT'S THE ESSENCE HERE. SO HEALTHILY THAT IT'S IDEAL AND BENEFICIAL FOR THE FEMALE BODY, SO YOU DON'T SCREW UP YOUR HORMONE BALANCE, SO YOU DON'T WRECK YOUR BODY TO THE EXTENT THAT IT HINDERS YOUR FERTILITY AND THE NORMAL FUNCTIONING OF YOUR BODY. THIS IS WHAT THE BUTT SCULPTING 2.0 PROGRAM DIET SYSTEM OFFERS YOU.

Because that's what it's really about: health, not whether a diet is sustainable or not.

If you have a goal, you either do what you need to do, or you remain an Instagram-dreamer, wishing you'll someday be like that woman.

Well, you won't be.

You will never be if you don't adhere to fundamental rules like self-discipline, perseverance, and all the other usual clichés you've seen in motivational pictures.

However, a beautifully sculpted body requires more than just willpower and adherence to your self-imposed rules, because what good is willpower if the diet you're on simply isn't effective, and what good are rules based on a fundamentally flawed system?

YOU NEED KNOWLEDGE.

The knowledge to achieve that certain physique, but most importantly, the knowledge to achieve that certain physique without destroying yourself in the process.

The Butt Sculpting 2.0 program is based on a dietary system that fully meets the above criteria, and you receive this knowledge for free from LifeTILT.

We have tried to make the diets as user-friendly as possible at different levels, but this does not mean an ascetic mono-diet, but rather varied and healthy 5-meal daily eating plans, alongside which you do not have to worry about:

  • Slowed metabolism
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Malabsorption of fat-soluble vitamins
  • Insufficient unsaturated fatty acid intake
  • General weakness
  • Acute mental disorder and shrew syndrome caused by monotony
  • Lightning-fast weight regain

The Butt Sculpting 2.0 diet is a professional diet in every respect, not because it's hard to follow, but because it's simply well-designed. Will you lose 6 kilos in a week? No, you won't lose 6 kilos in a week. And will you be happy about that? Of course, because you're not so stupid as to want to make yourself sick. But if you're not smart enough to consistently and healthily work towards your goal, then we'll meet here again next year, and you'll be the same weight, but don't worry about that, because you won't be the same weight as you are now. You'll be much heavier, and next year you still won't know why what works for others doesn't work for you.

Because you're unwilling to learn what you absolutely must learn about your body, nutrient content, ingredients, macros, the basics of nutrition, and of course, you don't understand it because you don't even want to. Someone gives you a diet, and you stick to it; you don't want to mess around. Well, that's wonderful. But how do you know what's in what's put in front of you? Do you really not understand why this is incredibly harmful, and why things don't work that way?

Oh yes, my style, and how I imagine this tone.

Don't, for the world, see what's happening before your eyes. Don't, for the world, see that on this damn internet, I'm the only one who gives you the knowledge for free that you wouldn't get for tens of thousands elsewhere, but at least there they smile in your face and call a butt a "tush," amidst two hypocritical acts of sugar-coating.

Is that diet unusable? No problem, because they are kind to you, and they'll even pat you on the back if you put only 2 spoons of Nutella on your wholemeal bread instead of 3. My God, how pathetic that is, somehow.

You will never sip tea with me at a table with a white tablecloth, but I will change your life and promise you a quality of life that cannot be measured in either money or anything else. But let's not focus on that. Let's focus on my style. If you're that stupid, then let that be what matters.

For the rest of you, let the knowledge I'm about to write down matter.

80% of weight loss and body shaping is diet and exercise, 20% is the use of appropriate quality supplements, let's establish that. Neither can be skimped on or simplified – if you do, your health and/or success will almost certainly suffer. Most competitors rely on the fact that out of 300 people on a "Dachau menu," there will be at least 4 masochists who send in good enough photos to show off, naturally photographed from above.

This is not the standard where LifeT!LT is today. We have stepped out of the dark ages of diet plans. Under the program, we will practice the high art of intelligent dieting, as this is the only way to achieve sustainable weight loss with a good sense of well-being, and to learn balanced eating habits.

THE DIETS WILL WORK IF YOU ARE PERSISTENT AND CONSISTENT.

We have put together separate diets for each level, and it's a good thing we have, because as the intensity increases, the diet will naturally change. From this, you can see how perfectly the system is designed, and we say nothing by chance.

What we say, you follow, and we don't argue. Don't like salmon, or can't eat it? Well, I'm very sorry, there's an 'x' next to the browser. Don't have enough time to prepare the food? But you don't seriously think that, do you?

So the point here would still be that as long as you're looking for excuses, you're not suitable for this program, you're not suitable for body shaping, you're not suitable for LifeTILT. What you get praised for elsewhere will be incredibly insufficient here, but this also means that if you succeed here, you'll be able to achieve insane things.

Thanks to Réka Bognár, LifeTILT's nutrition expert, for compiling the dietary basics and the diet plan for the Butt Sculpting 2.0 program.

Specific elements of the diet that may deserve further explanation:

Quantities: All quantities (rice, chicken breast, etc.) are always to be understood as raw! Where items are given in numbers, the peel/packaging is irrelevant. Where exact gram values are given, measure without packaging and/or peel!

Nuts: The diet includes raw almonds and raw hazelnuts, which are easily available here. Cannot be substituted with peanuts or peanut butter! It is important that the nuts are raw; after roasting, they no longer count as such valuable nutrient sources.

Finn Crisp: Available in almost every store, these are red-boxed, very high-fiber, very healthy thin rye slices. Cannot be replaced with crispbreads or puffed rice, because these are fast-absorbing carbohydrates! IR patients can also safely consume Finn Crisp. If for some mysterious reason it's not available in your local store, it's worth ordering a larger amount online (e.g., together with chia seeds). It will retain its quality until approximately the next ice age, and one box is usually enough for a long time.

Puffed rice: A fast-absorbing carbohydrate, which only plays a role in the diet after advanced and PRO workouts – here, our body actually demands quickly available energy. Never eat it as a "guilt-free" snack, because contrary to popular belief, it is not at all.

Whole grain bread: There's no need to fear bread; if it's of good quality, it's a perfect component of a sensibly constructed diet. The bread used in the diet (see brand list) has few ingredients, no additives, is slow-absorbing, and of excellent quality. It would be good if you didn't substitute it with all sorts of soy-based, bread-like horrors, because 1. soy is not in the diets for a reason, 2. this much carbohydrate IS necessary.

Cold-pressed vegetable oils/olive oil: It is mandatory to pay attention to healthy fat intake. Without it, there is no healthy cholesterol level, no fat-soluble vitamins, no hormone balance. Regarding the quality of fatty acids, cold-pressed ("made exclusively by mechanical means") vegetable oils are the best, buy these! If the bottle doesn't state that it was made by such a process, then unfortunately you are dealing with a fake product. So read labels!

Apple, banana, orange: Partly due to micronutrients, partly due to taste, partly due to fiber, partly due to carbohydrates, partly due to antioxidants. It is foolish to be obsessively afraid of fruits, you just shouldn't overdo it.

Chia seeds: High fiber content, excellent water-binding capacity, unsaturated fatty acid goldmine. Everything in one, really. It doesn't require any special "treatment," just sprinkle it into whatever you want, and you're done. A ½-1 kg package will last a very long time.

Salmon: Rich in unsaturated fats, an amazingly excellent source of protein, with plenty of valuable micronutrients. Preferably do not buy smoked, but eating it raw is absolutely fine – as heating does not specifically benefit the fats found in it.

Almond milk: It is a proven fact that people around 20-30 years old start to become increasingly sensitive to lactose; according to some research, a good 80% of the adult population is lactose intolerant. The diet includes almond milk, which primarily refers to the unsweetened Alpro almond milk available everywhere, but there is also the option to switch to organic almond milk available in DM – however, only half the amount of this should be used everywhere!

Basmati rice: Usually recommended for beginner dieters because it has a slower absorption rate compared to other white rices, but its taste and texture are the same. In a beginner diet, it can be replaced with brown rice, which is better in all respects!

Whole wheat pasta: The PRO workout plan includes whole wheat pasta, which those training with this intensity need. Without adequate energy replenishment, there are no shapely muscles. Cannot be replaced with reduced-carbohydrate diabetic pasta!

Coconut oil: Only in the PRO diet is there a dish where fat can be added (and that will be coconut oil). In all other cases, it is FORBIDDEN to sauté food in any oil. You need to get a good Teflon pan; this will solve all your problems, just don't scratch it after two cooks!
