Caste system of workouts

I once had a conversation with a powerlifting champion from Europe, and I asked him his opinion on CrossFit, kettlebells, and generally all those training methods that require serious physical and technical prerequisites for proper execution. This was his response.
"I wouldn't give anyone weights until they can properly execute even a single push-up."
That answer said it all and perfectly highlighted the problem I'm trying to convey to a few people here: that even basic practice of some training methods is so prone to injury that words cannot describe it.
Hungarian society, as a whole, is in a catastrophic physical state. But if it were just problems with physical fitness, the situation would be much, much worse, because there are very serious coordination issues, and I haven't even mentioned mental focus and conscious training yet.
For almost 3 years now, people have been coming to me wanting to change. Losing weight, shaping their bodies, from this point of view, it's irrelevant. Before we start working together, the LifeTILT–programs are always preceded by a physical assessment where we measure an individual's strength and endurance. This is necessary to know where to start, where to begin building, or whether the minimal foundations are even present. Endurance training always goes up to the maximum of the safe heart rate zone, which gives me an accurate picture of the individual's stress tolerance, and last but not least, an idea of the strength of their heart muscles, the oxygen uptake capacity of their lungs, and the condition of their circulatory system. Yes, the combination of these three physiological factors is the cardio state. The faster the heart rate reaches the upper limit of the safe heart rate zone, the worse condition the person is in.
Now, during these assessments over the years, I've experienced some very interesting things, or I could say I've seen it all. Men and women in their twenties and thirties, who are supposedly healthy, are in such a state that I would happily burst into tears on the spot, and that was just the endurance test. I won't even mention the strength-endurance results, not because I could only report such bad results, but because you can't really embellish zero.
Whose fault is this? The individual's? Many say yes, but I completely disagree with this opinion.

Hungarian healthcare is notoriously reminiscent of North Korean conditions, but what fewer people know, or simply don't connect the obvious, is that the Hungarian education system is not exactly experiencing its golden age either. I'm not talking about the teaching of literature, history, or mathematics here, but about the lack of concept in physical education classes and the stratospheric level of apathy from PE teachers, their attitude shown during PE classes.
We all went to school, so we personally experienced what a PE class was like in an average Hungarian primary school. I guess everyone has their own story, but let me tell you how PE classes ran for years in our school.
Warm-up in free style, meaning we brought out the basketballs and footballs from the storeroom, the girls of course the badminton rackets, and started to "warm-up". When the bell rang, the PE teacher appeared at the door. If he had the Nemzeti Sport (National Sports newspaper) in his hand, we knew we'd be playing dodgeball the whole time; if not, there were 5 laps of running, and then we started playing dodgeball. Those who didn't feel like going to PE class, or just simply didn't feel like changing, at best brought a note from home; at worst, they wrote their own "please excuse my child from physical education" note during the previous class, then handed it to the teacher and went to smoke in the bathroom, or competed to give blowjobs to the older kids, but the location was the same. To be fair, I went to primary school in the 90s, so back then 13-year-old girls weren't filming random porn in school toilets; these conditions became more characteristic from the mid-2000s, but the huge smoking sessions instead of gym class were already in full swing back then.
So, notes were flying around by the ton, and of course, the PE teacher accepted these papers without batting an eyelid. Seriously, if someone had torn a page from the phone book, the teacher would have accepted that too. And that's a problem. Because what we didn't know then, and the broad masses who excused themselves were even happy about this attitude, we paid a heavy price for it later. And not just us, this situation wasn't just in our school, but almost everywhere in the country. Now I could say "with all due respect to the exceptions", but if 85-90% of PE teachers do their job with such an attitude, and this ratio is far from exaggerated, then I'm not going to mess around and applaud anyone for an excuse, but I'll state it plainly.
For the current stunted, physically retarded, uncoordinated, unable to run 500 meters, incapable of basic movement sequences, society, it is indeed the PE teachers who are responsible, going back 35 years.
And that's the situation. Most people can't even hold their wrist at a normal angle during a damn dumbbell exercise, and if I ask them to run 2 km, not only can they not run half the distance, but they do it with such a foot position and "movement culture" barely resembling active action that I often truly believe they've had a stroke and are genuinely unable to coordinate the movement of their hands and feet.

This is not the individual's fault, but that in primary schools they did not teach correct foot posture, they did not develop their muscles, they did not teach correct posture, they did not carry out any skill development, and we cannot even talk about the physical preparation of the body.
It's no wonder, then, that the view that running destroys joints, wears down cartilage, and weakens ligaments is becoming increasingly widespread. However, this view is mistaken, and it would be a huge error to state that running is a harmful form of exercise and not recommended for anyone. This is simply nonsense. Anyone who claims this is not only ignorant of exercise and human anatomy, but I wouldn't even seat them behind a chessboard, as they have no concept of the whole thing.
Running is the best possible form of exercise, practiced daily by millions, no, billions of people, and they are absolutely right to do so, as running is a wonderful thing, that's the first thing we need to establish. However, the situation is nuanced, and the main argument of anti-runners is that running destroys knees and causes many injuries. Well, this is indeed an existing phenomenon and affects a significant portion of people.
But then is running bad after all, and are those who oppose running right? Not a chance. It's simply that people haven't received the most basic physical training. When they needed to acquire knowledge, the masses of gym teachers were busy trying to flirt with the tech teacher or discussing the weekend's championship results with the janitor. As a result, most people get injured because their bodies are not prepared for even such a simple, basic movement as running. I put my foot in line with my knee, my heel touches the ground first when landing, then my toes leave the ground last with a full stepping motion when pushing off, all while my upper body is stable, and meanwhile, not dangling or flailing my arms aimlessly, but keeping them straight, we continuously assist the movement, all executed with a straight back.
And 95% of people are simply incapable of this simple movement sequence. And if the movement goes awry, the spine is not straight, the legs fall out of line with the knee, if the arms are flailing all over the place, of course, it will end in injury.
Now at this point, let me ask the highly knowledgeable specialists in functional sports, especially those who command functional sports involving weights, how in the hell, considering such human material, they can make them perform any kind of movement sequences that even real athletes with proper foundations can only correctly perform after many years of practice?

When I write that CrossFit is dangerous, that there is no more dangerous form of exercise on earth than kettlebell, I'm saying that in itself, let alone having it done by a society that literally can't even perform a proper stand-up from a sitting position. These people lack the coordination skills, the knowledge necessary for learning, and have not nearly gone through the phases of knowledge/understanding/application required to master a basic movement.
Let me put it more simply. Walking, proper running motion, a correctly executed pull-up, a normal push-up performed with a straight back are the basics. As basic as addition and subtraction. Not knowing the multiplication table, but only the most fundamental operations. But for someone who hasn't even learned that, and that's precisely the point, how do they expect them to solve equations, draw and interpret functions, or perform statistical calculations?
Training methods, just like mathematical calculations, build upon each other. The more difficult a training method, the more effective it is. Therefore, it requires a higher level of knowledge, but this level of knowledge without foundations will never be achievable directly. Just as everything in mathematics builds on already acquired knowledge, the same is true for training methods. We cannot have someone lift weights if they cannot do a single push-up; we cannot have anyone squat under weights until they can independently and properly execute the rule that their knees should not go beyond the line of their ankles during a squat.
So, training methods have levels. We call this the caste system of training methods. The lower a movement form is in this caste system, the less it requires any physical or coordination training. The lower a movement form is in this caste system, the more ineffective and unsuitable it will be for training our body, or for shaping our body, if you prefer.
In the lowest caste are notorious "training methods," but here I put this in 4 billion quotation marks, such as speed fitness, which literally only requires us to breathe. Now I could include Flabélos here too, but that's so humiliating, and you have to be such an unspeakable idiot to waste time on it that it simply infuriates me to even have to write about it. I'm not joking, I'd rather smash my laptop over my own head just so I don't have to face the fact that this Flabélos nonsense not only exists but there's serious demand for it among tens of thousands of women. To the users of Flabélos, I want to send a message: you are mentally unfit for life. I honestly don't even believe you can dress yourselves, so if you'd do me the favor of jumping into a cement mixer, I'd be very grateful. Maybe then the EZO TV jerks will starve too, because you're the ones supporting them, that's for sure.
The training methods residing in the lowest castes could fill another two separate posts, because an astonishing amount of nonsense has really been invented in recent years, but I hope the main point has come across to everyone. Zero basic training, no consciousness whatsoever. This characterizes these forms of movement, and exactly that much is needed for them, and thus we cannot speak of any effectiveness or results.
As we move up the class ladder of training forms, the principle that an effective training form requires a higher level of knowledge and prior training is increasingly proven. If everyone understood this and was willing to invest some research into which training methods are effective and which ones achieve nothing, then the time spent on training would not be wasted for millions of people.
I will help with choosing the right training method, as I have done so far and will do in the following posts. But this is only the first step, which, if not followed by the already mentioned trinity of acquiring knowledge, understanding it, and applying it correctly, then it's pointless to talk about anything further. Either you understand that it won't work without it, or you really should go back to jumping in ballet. Not everyone wants to be good, let alone better. Accept this; maybe you were born average. There will always be those who are content with lukewarm crap, and if this mindset extends to shaping their body, then the body will be like that, or rather, it will remain like the adjective mentioned earlier.
But even then, there's no problem. Be comforted by the thought that you are still doing more than someone who does nothing. Well, in that sense, you're definitely more. Whether you're better is not so certain, but then the illusion remains that you are doing something for yourself. An illusion, yes, but at least it's yours. Just like your life and the fact that you will ever have a beautifully sculpted body.
