  1. Day 1: 96.3 kg                                               Day 9: 92.1 kg

I've gotten through the first week, the most critical period. Looking back, I can say there were some bad moments, but I'm so incredibly strong mentally right now that there's nothing that can stop me from completing the 64 days. Yet there were plenty of opportunities to give up. The hungry days and nights, the exhausting workouts, feeling unwell on the fourth day, the poker night with pizzas, or the chocolate baklava given as a gift with the grilled chicken. And that's not even mentioning my mom's calls, "Come over, there's food you like."

In 9 days, -4.20 kg. That's brutally much. If this continues, by the end of the second round, I'll lose eight and a half kilograms in less than 20 days. This is a lot. If it happens, I'll suspend the radical part of my diet, originally planned for 24 days, a few days earlier. As I wrote, I am mentally very strong. Physically, I also feel better and better, but before I get too comfortable, I remember that I still have more than 53 days ahead of me. I need to pay attention to my body, and after a while, I won't need to look at the scale, but the mirror. Speaking of the mirror. From now on, I will always take photos in the same mirror. From the same spot, to avoid self-deception, because this change seems a bit too much even to me.

11 km of running, nine and a half hours at the gym, with an energy intake kept below 2,000 kcal per day. The only problem with the food is that out of the food I bought for 14 days, there's hardly any chicken or fish left, even though I didn't always eat at home. In other words, I ate significantly more than 15 dkg of meat per meal. And even with that, it's still more than 4 kg down. That's pretty crazy.
