Convict conditioning

Psychopaths, pedophiles, withdrawn lunatics, failed lives, deranged murderers. These people are citizens of the prison society, the dregs of society, where they write their own laws, and even worse, they enforce them on everyone who enters their ranks.

In prison, nobody cares where you came from, who you were on the outside, how much money you have, or what you've achieved in life so far. In prison, all that matters is whether you can withstand the mental pressure and if your body is strong enough to defend yourself. You have to survive, that's the point, otherwise you're finished, you'll be devoured alive, and prison is a place where there's no escape.

Society and the civilized existence around us are nurturing more and more small sissies, and the clear trend is that men are becoming increasingly soft. The final blow to the balls of Hungarian men was the abolition of compulsory military service, which, in typical Hungarian fashion, was a ridiculously large pile of crap in itself, but at least it minimally reminded men that the practice of masculinity doesn't end at the point where they can properly screw a woman, and then cut, and the great, gaping emptiness. By the way, I'm not surprised that more and more short-haired lesbian bitches are walking the streets, because we're almost at the point where a woman can stand her ground more decisively when there's trouble and doesn't shit herself, even in stickier situations. Everything that once required courage and balls is dying out, so seeing the clear signs of the complete collapse of the masculine worldview, everyone should rethink this emancipatory plague.

The average man today is not strong; if he gets into a real danger situation, it's almost impossible for him to protect himself, let alone his woman. Fighting, strength, brawling, thank God, above a certain social level, is not an alternative or a solution; this kind of norm has always been the privilege of the stupid, uneducated, proletarian class. They argue this way if they can't otherwise, but life can turn out so that we have no other choice. Paul Wade had no choice in 1979 when, as a scrawny kid, weighing only 68 kilograms, he entered the maximum-security prison in San Quentin, California.

As the title implies, and if it wasn't clear yet, we'll be talking about prison training and a certain man named Paul Wade, who introduced the world to a training method that requires no equipment, yet provides strength beyond all imagination, results in defined musculature, and guarantees a body sculpted to put sculptors to shame.

Paul Wade is not a regular personal trainer, not some fitness jerk, but a convicted criminal who served 23 years in America's most infamous and dangerous prisons. His method is prison training, which he practiced in a 5 square meter cell, and thanks to which he gained such strength that within a few months he transformed himself from Justin Bieber into a fearsome killing machine, a performance that earned him the respect of even the most brutal psychopaths.

This method will be discussed in the coming days here on LifeTilt. However, this method is not just for men; these posts are not only worth reading for the small jerks in remand, women can also achieve fantastic transformations with this method. This method was followed by Slim3 Erika and with this method a 28-year-old woman from Szolnok lost 57 kilos as well.

The effectiveness of the method, the precisely structured training plan, and the results achievable with it will be told by Paul Wade instead of me. I will copy several pages from his book, "Convict Conditioning", and of course, the complete training method will also be detailed and illustrated with pictures. It's a damn good book, by the way, if you can, buy it, I read it in about 2 days.

End of part one. In part two, the basics of the training method in detail…
