There's a social stratum that knows nothing about anything, but if they hear something often enough within a certain topic, they start parroting it too. If you recognize this type, good, because it's no different in the world of self-proclaimed prophets of body shaping. Here too, there are legendary clichés, amazingly well-sounding life philosophies, and signposts that suggest professional expertise but clearly reveal amateurism due to their increasingly frequent repetition. "To get a good butt, you have to squat" is the most frequently heard phrase, but those who want to appear professional add, "to get a good butt, you have to squat WITH WEIGHT." padumbsssss. He really said it, didn't he? Nailed the truth. The wind howls after that sentence is uttered. "To get a good butt, you have to squat with weight." If only everything were that simple, you go to the gym, do a few squats, and boom, you have a butt like Jen Selter's. The saddest thing is that the masses simply swallow this, and after 3 weeks of unconceptual, completely outsider squatting – I consistently avoid writing "squats" – you're already taking selfies of your butt in the mirror, searching endlessly for a pose that makes it look better, even though it's exactly the same as when you started. One would think that the world can only be seen in one way. As it actually exists. There's a table, and everyone sees it as a table, everyone sees a lemon as yellow, everyone can read the unwritten rules of society, and interpret its signposts and forms of behavior. But unfortunately, this is far from the truth, because the eye sees the same thing, but the brain interprets it differently for each individual, and sees or wants to make the chain of events appear as something that fits into the worldview they have created for themselves over the years. The best example of this was the girl who, a few days ago, slagged off Laura's before-and-after butt picture in a Facebook comment, boasting about how much more spectacular her results were. Unfortunately for her, a guy found a picture of her showing off her butt on the beach. Now, in that picture, there was a butt that someone with even minimal realism and values wouldn't put on display, and certainly wouldn't publicly brag about. We like to believe that if we do something, it has results, especially if we feel like we're putting a lot of work and energy into it. But work and energy expenditure alone mean nothing if the method is wrong. It's pointless to pour hectoliters of water into the Danube with immense energy expenditure if it simply makes no sense. A few acknowledge that, yes, it was hard work, but most just laugh at you, wondering how you can be so stupid and why you're investing time and energy into something that has no benefit. 80% of gym-goers are carrying water to the Danube. Occasionally for hours, more than 10 hours a week, while hundreds of hours annually are spent in the gym by many people achieving absolutely nothing, just treading water instead of spending at least 2 f-ing hours on gathering information and reading up. 2 hours to figure out what they should be doing to make their time in the gym meaningful. Because the narrow-minded peasant thinks that if they buy a gym membership, they've already done something. If they even change clothes and put on their freshly bought, perfectly color-matched training shoes, they interpret the chain of events as a clear sign of progress and development, and if they even drag themselves onto a machine and make movements resembling exercise, that's the ultimate in sport. And then come the #nopainnogain #stayhealthy #traindirty #nevergiveup and other smart hashtags, all while living in a body that would be best tagged with #iamanassholeinashittybody. So, if you would do yourself the favor of at least reading this post and training according to what's written here, I would be very grateful. If for no other reason than it gives you a chance to have a truly beautiful and shapely butt, and I won't have to look at your extremely awkward and cruelly shitty butt, which you think is good, at the beach or on Instagram after your workouts. Butt Shaping Basics "To get a good butt, you have to squat." I started with that, didn't I? And now you'll find out why that's an incredibly huge pile of crap, and how much more complicated and intricate this process is than just declaring something in one sentence and blindly following only that, like an idiot. First, you need to create the conditions necessary for quality work. Preparing the body, muscles, metabolic processes, and the body in general for the shaping processes, and laying the foundations begins with acquiring diet and food supplements. I don't give a damn if you buy these from me or someone else. I'm not writing about the importance of supplements because I own a supplement company, but because quality supplementation is essential for spectacular shaping. Buy them from someone else if you want, I don't care, but the point is, get these, and that's it. Everything starts with health protection, that's the foundation. You put your body under serious stress, your muscles under serious strain, which your body experiences as a shock, and it will replenish the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals used during exercise from its existing reserves. If you have reserves, these processes will be replenished smoothly, and thus the development processes will also begin. These reserves naturally also require a proper diet, but more on that below. During exercise, you will therefore need reserves, but not only during exercise, but also during the subsequent regeneration period. Your body does not only develop during exercise, in fact. There, you only initiate the development processes; development occurs in the hours after exercise and mainly during sleep. Now then. If your body is not prepared for proper and serious training loads, I repeat, serious and effective training loads, not some Xbox Kinect-level flailing around in the air equivalent to queer antics, then it's useless to torment your body. If your body has nothing to build from, it will draw energy from itself, and in most cases, the muscles will be the biggest losers, but we need muscles. MUSCLES GIVE SHAPE. BUTT SHAPE, ALL SHAPE. Based on these thoughts and building upon them, you will need the following supplements: Butt Shaping Supplements Multivitamin – This should be a basic. You should take it even if you don't do anything. It's already been successfully drilled into our heads that taking a multivitamin is fundamental, especially if you're shaping your body. 1000g Vitamin C – A huge staple. Mandatory for anyone doing serious training and body shaping. BCAA and Glutamine – There's no effective body shaping without amino acids. Their beneficial effect on the body is so great that if you only get one thing from this list, let it be this. BCAA 5g before training, 5g during training mixed with water, Glutamine 10g after training, 5g before bedtime Whey Protein – Simply indispensable. If we are shaping our bodies, we need to increase our protein intake, which a whey protein perfectly provides. You can try without it, go ahead, do it. Eat 30 egg whites. Do it. I'm long past trying to convince anyone of the necessity of whey protein, and besides. Either you heed the advice I write here, or you can go to the butt-shaping aerobics sprouts and go for those brain-dead 30-day squat challenges. Pyruvate PRO – Fat burner, to bring out the shape. Omega3 – Fish oil to protect blood vessels. This is the basic. I'm telling you, buy it wherever you want, but the transformations on LifeTILT are all results achieved with my supplements, these are proven. In summary: it's best if you get all of them, but if you can't, then come hell or high water, you must get the BCAA, glutamine, and whey protein trio. Butt Shaping Diet Get a kitchen scale. There is no body shaping without a diet. I've written it countless times. For your shapes to show themselves, you need to shed the excess. The body-shaping diet is a wonderful system that doesn't allow for any level of idiocy like diet desserts and their insane counterparts. This diet is very simple, yet all the more effective, and for it, you will need the following foods, and only these can you eat. 1. Meats – chicken breast fillet, turkey breast fillet, lean beef 2. Fish – salmon, sole, tilapia 3. Side dish – jasmine rice, quinoa 4. Vegetables in any quantity. Preferably unlimited green vegetables. 5. Oats 6. Eggs There's nothing else, and frankly, I don't care if you can eat fish, if its smell makes you sick, or if you like beef. I don't give a damn. I really couldn't care less about the whining. YOU WANT RESULTS? YOU WORK FOR IT. Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone? If yes, you'll achieve results; if no, you can keep clicking and being fussy on the Women's Magazine forum, searching for solutions. Lifestyle change. You know, it contains the word "change," meaning you have to do something different from what you've done before. There's nothing wrong if you're not willing to do that. You decide you're not willing, so you're not; we live in a free country, but the consequences of our decisions, or the lack of results due to our decisions, shouldn't be taken out on others, and don't bitch on the shore of Lake Balaton asking why you don't have a butt like hers, why she does, and how she did it. Maybe she read this post and followed what I wrote here. Meats and Fish Meat consumption is fundamental. To start, count 60g of meat per 10kg of body weight; this is how much you need to consume in 1 day, I repeat, to start, you will need to constantly increase this. We need to build those muscles from something, and that won't happen from salad and tomatoes. So, 10kg body weight / 60g meat. For a 60kg woman, this means 360g of meat per day, arranged as follows: second meal 100g beef third meal 160g chicken breast fillet fourth meal 100g fish Let me reiterate. This is the basic, the starting quantity; you'll need to eat more than this later, but for starters, this will be ideal and very effective. Get used to this amount for about 3-4 weeks, then start increasing the quantity. To begin with, we started with 60g of meat per 10kg of body weight. The next step should be 80g / 10kg body weight. Increase when you feel that this amount of meat is no longer enough. In the beginning, you'll be astonished by this amount, thinking "Oh my God, I'll never eat this much meat in my life," but if you train properly and diligently, you'll see how little this will still be, but you'll already know that you need to increase it. 60g -> 80g -> 100g -> 120g and so on / 10 kilograms of body weight. Feel free to season your meats and fish. Side Dishes The same method as with the meats. Start with a small amount, but you'll still feel it's a lot, yet this is the carbohydrate intake you absolutely need. Please, forget the idiocy that low carb intake is good. That's nonsense. You need carbohydrates. They provide energy during workouts, and muscles also need quality carbohydrate replenishment. Rice, preferably jasmine rice. Brown rice would be the best, but there's no person who wouldn't throw up everything from brown rice in larger quantities, so let's stick to jasmine rice. Here I recommend carb cycling, so start with a larger amount and gradually reduce it. The essence of cycling is to constantly move your body's metabolism, so it can't get used to and adapt to nutrient intake. Start with 100g of rice daily, then 75g the next day, 50g the third day, and the whole thing starts over. Here too, I'm not interested in tantrums about how much this is. You do it, you eat it, you'll have results. Mix parsley into the rice or make a tomato paste and mix it in. Don't buy me tomato sauces. Oh my God. Peel the tomatoes, cook them, and you get a fantastic tomato sauce. Vegetable Intake INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT. IT IS MANDATORY TO CONSUME VEGETABLES WITH EVERY MEAL. All green vegetables are fair game; I'll only list the prominent ones here. Broccoli, spinach leaves, parsley, cucumber, lettuce, asparagus, and though not green, tomatoes are also mandatory. Oatmeal and eggs This will be breakfast. Oatmeal with eggs, preferably only one whole egg, the rest egg whites. Cycle your oatmeal intake too. 20g -> 25g →30g Eggs 1 whole, 2 whites –> 1 whole, 3 whites –> 1 whole, 4 whites NO FRUIT!!!! Butt Shaping Diet Summary Familiarize yourselves with this diet, because you will be eating it every day for a minimum of 60, but rather 90 days. This diet is the foundation. This diet is the most ideal meal plan for the human body. Everything else that comes in addition to it is just gossip, fancy bluffing. Now you might say I'm talking nonsense, and there's cottage cheese and lean quark and their ilk, but you'll only understand it and, most importantly, legitimize it within yourself at a higher level, that yes, the guy was right. Everyone can lose weight, but body shaping is a higher level and demands more. You will also lose weight with this diet, and your body fat percentage will significantly decrease, while you build quality muscles. I also followed this diet, obviously I'm a man, with higher doses, but the system was the same. Immediately after waking up 1 spoon psyllium husk, 3 deciliters of water, and squeeze half a lemon into it Breakfast Day 1: 20g oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 2 whites, tomato, vegetables Day 2: 25g oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 3 whites, tomato, vegetables Day 3: 30g oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 4 whites, tomato, vegetables Second meal Day 1: 100g beef (top round or eye of round), 30g rice, vegetables Day 2: 100g beef (top round or eye of round), 30g rice, vegetables Day 3: 100g beef (top round or eye of round), 20g rice, vegetables Third meal Day 1: 150g chicken breast fillet, 50g rice, vegetables Day 2: 150g chicken breast fillet, 30g rice, vegetables Day 3: 150g chicken breast fillet, 20g rice, vegetables Fourth meal Day 1: 100g fish, 20g rice, vegetables Day 2: 100g fish, 15g rice, vegetables Day 3: 100g fish, 10g rice, vegetables Fifth meal 30 grams whey protein, 3 dl water, 5 g glutamine The essential and very important part of effective butt shaping is the workout itself.
