Butt Shaping 2 – Pro Program

So here we are, we've arrived, this is where we were headed. The PRO program is everything a butt needs, provided that butt wants to be round and shapely. The PRO program is the father in the cross, the driver in the taxi, Brasco in Donnie, the lord in the Ring, Tar in Ava, Potter in Harry. I'm proud of the entire butt-sculpting program, but the PRO program is the crowning glory of my pride factor, and at this point, I promise there will be no more terrible analogies because it's genuinely embarrassing even for me. The bottom line is that the PRO program is the star in Michelin :)))))))))) Ha, damn it, I couldn't resist. I just snuck one more in, even though I just wrote that I wouldn't. But let's enjoy our good mood, because the PRO program will be far from such a joyful and carefree pastime; in fact, it will be specifically difficult for everyone. I say for everyone because this program will be a challenge even for those who truly pursue this whole body sculpting thing at a professional level. In the description of the beginner and advanced programs, my main message was to be careful, first build ourselves up, and only then level up. Everyone should start with the beginner program, even those doing the advanced program should think twice before starting it. At the PRO level, this is, of course, out of the question, as you would have to be severely intellectually disabled to start the PRO program without at least a year of training history, and by a year of training history, I mean a CONSCIOUS time interval here. The PRO program is truly for very advanced individuals and those who pursue body shaping at very high levels. The PRO program is so difficult that anyone who starts it without physical preparation will not even finish the first week, I am absolutely sure of that. The PRO program includes 6 training days per week, and every single day of these 6 training days is difficult and demanding. The PRO program requires psychological and physical foundations. You can only acquire psychological foundations after a certain period of time, and only in the same way as physical foundations. To endure the exertion and pain mentally, and for the body to also endure this exertion, foundations are indeed needed. If you do what I say, then every reader of this post will be able to successfully complete the PRO program, but for this, you need to lay the foundations with the beginner and advanced programs, heed what I say, but most importantly, you need to know your CURRENT physical limits. This entire Butt Sculpting 2 program is a very well-structured system. A system that anyone can join depending on their current physical, but even more importantly, psychological state, because body shaping is actually psychological, a decision and determination born in the mind, nothing else. 3 program levels, 225 days spent in the system. The beginner program is 60 days, the advanced program is 75 days, and the PRO program is 90 days. 225 days spent in a system where you learn to train, learn to live in a system, learn to train properly, experience the difference between training with purpose and what you've been doing until now, and last but not least, if you follow everything and do what I say, you will get the body you've been drawing in your head for years, but have never seen on yourself before. Well, now we'll draw it. The beginner program is the blank page on which we first sketch the frame and apply the outlines. With the advanced program, we strengthen the lines, add colors, and provide depth, while with the PRO program, we finish the great work, the image drawn in your head, the image of your body, by meticulously working out even the smallest details. And you will then upload these pictures to Instagram, and I will look at these pictures, and I will be so proud that yes. Not only are Hungarian women the most beautiful on Earth, but now the most good butts are here too, so what's up, world, WHAAAT? The PRO program is the best thing that can happen to your butt, and that was true even when I said that the Butt Sculpting 2 program is the best thing that can happen to your butt. Now imagine what it's like to have the best thing within the best thing. But you don't have to imagine it. It's called the PRO program. CORE PRO workout plan 14 CORE exercises. Doesn't sound good, does it? Writing it down isn't better, but whoever doesn't skip it will gain strong foundations and deeply grooved, perfectly sculpted muscles. Day 1–30 – 1 round (14 exercises) Day 30–60 – 2 rounds Day 60–90 – 2-3 rounds (try 3 rounds) It might not work, but try it anyway. Weighted PRO workout plan For the first 30 days, do 4x12, then switch to the 12-10-8-8 pyramid set, increasing the weight as the sets decrease. If you don't understand the previous sentence, you should definitely not do the PRO program. Glutes Glutes+ Upper body Full body Intervall PRO workout plan If you reach the advanced level, you won't really need much guidance anymore, because by then you'll have learned your body's tolerance well enough to manage your own time units regarding regular and HIIT running. At this point, both the duration of regular and HIIT running should be varied, but you can also play with the number of sets to ensure continuous progress. You run for 30 seconds with regular running and 30 seconds with HIIT running, or perhaps the same for 45-45 seconds, but the point is that you have to set the intensity for yourself here. True PRO interval runners no longer run intervals for time, but for distances. I used to run around Margaret Island with my friends, doing 500 meters of regular running and 100 meters of HIIT running. Needless to say, I was completely exhausted by the end, but I put myself through such a cardio load that I felt its beneficial effects even 36–72 hours after the workout, depending on the intensity I applied and how far I pushed my limits. However, interval cardio is primarily not a physical state, but a mental state. In interval training, you have to be mentally present, and that's something for which no effective training plan has yet been written. Being mentally present and performing even when it's very difficult – well, that's the extra something that will make you look better, achieve more, and truly be proud of yourself. But there's something else I definitely want to write about regarding interval workouts. The cardio state shows an individual's physical tolerance, indicating the current condition of your heart muscles, circulatory system, and lung capacity. Don't make the mistake of starting your interval workouts with a load that exceeds your current physical condition. Controlling your own body and objectively assessing your physical limits is extremely important. You need to know what load your body can currently handle and what it cannot. The fact that you keep going even when it's really bad is a very admirable and commendable quality, but you need to know the difference between "I keep going because I'm not a weak piece of crap" and stupid, foolish decisions. In the first few workouts, we don't act like superheroes; in the first few workouts, we don't change the world, but merely find our approximate limits and assess our condition. The first workout should be solely about this. 1 minute of running, 5 seconds of HIIT running. If you can't do it six times, as I wrote, no problem, just do it three or two times. No one will judge you for it. We usually judge those who do nothing and, worst of all, don't even want to do anything for themselves, just wallow in self-pity and cry into the world with their big, overgrown faces. Anyone who acts for themselves, who starts, who takes the trouble and does something that promotes their development, is commendable in every case and in every respect, and deserves encouragement. The most demanding training day of the PRO program will undoubtedly be the interval day. Wisely allocate your regular and HIIT runs, and determine the distance for that training day by correctly assessing your physical condition. Progress will not always be continuous, but as the weeks and months pass, your progress will be incredibly spectacular.
