Fluid Intake Test Final Result

The LifeTILT and Waterland Fluid Intake Test campaign has ended, in which we were curious about the effects of consuming 3 liters of fluid daily for 30 days on the body, complexion, and general well-being.

The idea came from a 42-year-old journalist from the Daily Mail, who documented the same process with photos that the 9 selected LifeTILT participants have now completed. 3 liters of fluid daily for 30 days. The 30 days are up, and the 9 selected participants are now reporting their experiences, supplemented with photos. The left-hand images were taken on day 0, and the right-hand images were taken 30 days later.

We would like to thank Waterland Kft. for providing 95 liters of mineral water per participant during the program.

Experiences of the LifeTILT participants in the campaign.

Sofia

I love that I couldn't find a cream that would eliminate dryness, but after 2 weeks of drinking water, there was no trace of dryness. I felt the same way about my face, that I had to apply less cream because it didn't dry out.

I suffer quite a bit from migraines… my head constantly hurt with every weather front. My head only hurt once in the entire month, and that was due to a hangover. :)) I also have much more energy, I jump out of bed in the morning, and while I used to almost fall asleep at work around 2 PM, now I just realize that the workday is over.

The 3 liters mostly came from water and tea, but sometimes a little fruit juice was added, so I often consumed more than 3 liters. It's certain that I will continue drinking, and even if I don't count, 2.5-3 liters easily go down now. I also spoke with Waterland, and I will keep the dispenser for a while longer.

So, thanks for the opportunity!

I'm very glad I could participate in the test! The 3 liters were no problem for me. At the very beginning, I noticed I was more energetic, and my appetite also decreased. In the second week, I didn't experience any positive changes on my face; in fact, I had more pimples. However, this disappeared by the 4th week. My skin became softer, and I have no cellulite. But if I didn't drink on time, my hands and mouth became dry. I became more energetic and very rarely felt tense. I feel much better in my skin since then!

Thank you for the opportunity, Tomi, Waterland, Lifetilt!!!!

The month is over. Result: my facial skin is firmer, I'm not sleepy for an hour after waking up in the morning. One truly is more energetic. 3 liters is still a lot, but 2-2.5 liters of water won't be a problem anymore. Actually, there were more noticeable changes in the first two weeks than between the 2nd and 4th weeks.

I am happy to report only positive things to you. After many "oh my god, quickly find a toilet because I'm going to pee myself" moments, my body is getting used to it and doesn't send me to the bathroom every 15 minutes! Hooray!! :)

Despite the initial difficulties, I trained myself to drink water by consuming 1.5 liters in the morning, and then the next 1.5 liters in the afternoon. I got a super portable plastic bottle that I can carry the still mineral water provided by Waterland in, which I've grown very fond of! It's very practical and incredibly easy to use. I can confidently recommend it for home use as well (it can dispense both chilled and hot water), so I can indulge my tea addiction in addition to water!

Already in the first week, I felt that I needed to change my foundation, as before the program I used products for dry, problematic skin, and since I've been drinking 3 liters daily, my face has been shiny all day. My moisturizing face creams are starting to become redundant, but my skin isn't dry... and this was after the first week (although the pimples are still clinging to me!). :(

Oh, and the best part is that the dark circles under my eyes are starting to fade. :))) Hooray! Some people have already written before me that they just jump out of bed in the mornings. You should know about me that morning awakening is a torment, especially in winter when the room gets cool in the morning because the radiator never heats properly, and you happily lie in your warm bed.

But we've also reached the point where my eyes are open at half-past six, and the day can begin. I wouldn't have thought that 3 liters of water a day would make such a difference. The other thing I'm very happy about is that I'm less hungry. Snacking has stopped, because instead of snacks, there's water! I'm quite forgetful, and sometimes I get absorbed in work or studying, then I forget to drink. To avoid this, I always mark that, for example, I have to drink the designated amount by noon, so I never get thirsty and I constantly drink water. It's important not to drink a lot at once, because that doesn't make much sense, as it just passes through the body, and you have to rush to the toilet immediately!

To avoid misunderstandings, the picture is not retouched, the sun was just shining brighter, I was surprised myself that I'm not as pale as before the program! :)

First of all, I am very grateful to LifeTILT for this opportunity. Since I have always tried to pay special attention to proper nutrition due to sports, the change might not be as striking for me as for someone who only drank a third of this amount before. But the "internal" change, which cannot be measured or seen in pictures, is incredibly positive! By this, I mean: better quality sleep, more hydrated skin, feeling of fullness, so I wasn't as hungry at usual meal times, my eyes and mouth weren't dry. Workouts (running, MTB, gym) were more effective. Somehow, I feel intangibly better in my everyday life, even though nothing else has changed in the past month. I paid attention to drinking before, but now much more intensely, I almost always drank a few sips of water, and I also measured the daily 3 liters. By the end, I was drinking this amount by mid-day. I am fortunate to have been part of this test, and I will continue to maintain proper nutrition and fluid intake. Thank you very much again, and I wish you much success in your further expansion! I'm in for any similar group activities!

Thank you

Thank you very much for the opportunity you gave me and Waterland. I will continue to consume their bottled water. After the initial difficulties, 3 liters a day went smoothly and still does. I am much fresher, waking up is easier, my sleep process is more active, meaning I sleep deeper. My half-marathon time also improved by 5 minutes. I eat less because of the water. Overall, I am very grateful and can only say positive things.

Experiences: I ate less, obviously because of the water. I tried not to drink after 8 PM and to distribute it proportionally throughout the day so I wouldn't have to go to the bathroom at night. It's easy to get used to if you want to.

I didn't notice any change in my skin, only that it was drier, which I attribute to the arrival of the cold weather.

I just turned 30, my skin has always been problem-free, probably why there's no noticeable change. I'm curious about others' experiences, whether it's visible on them.

Thanks again for the opportunity!

This month flew by! :) The sudden urges to pee I experienced in the first week didn't occur in the second week. I read with many people that they didn't eat as much because of all the water, as they weren't hungry. Well, for me, it was the exact opposite. I eat more now than before the campaign started. My skin has noticeably softened. I want to maintain this level even after this!

Ági

Thank you for letting me participate in the test. Besides becoming more energetic, I quit coke and energy drinks (for which I'll be forever grateful to you), my skin got better, although at one point only pimples appeared on me. I'm not hungry, and truly, during the week of the submission, people didn't tell me that I had slept only 2-3-4 hours. Sometimes it was difficult to drink 3 liters, sometimes I couldn't force myself, sometimes I drank twice that amount. In short, thank you for the experience and for helping me feel better in my own skin.
