I've had an interesting week because I've already surpassed all my previous perceived physical limits, and I'm on such a roll that I genuinely can't tell where my body's physical performance limit is. I can't because no matter how much I push myself, by the end of a workout, I feel like I have more in me. A lot more. In numbers, that's 4 gym sessions and 2 runs, during which I ran 22.5 km, more than a half marathon distance. I asked everyone I could if running 10-12 km was a lot, and the replies were shocked faces and hissing reactions like "a lot, a lot," telling me to run less. But the funniest thing is that I don't feel it's a lot. So f*cking sick. Alongside the 66 days, I've set a new goal for myself: I'm entering the Vivicitta, and I want to be among the top 1000 (last year, 12,000 people entered). This week wasn't without setbacks, as I didn't go swimming. I could elaborate, but I simply wasn't in the mood. I still have 40 days ahead of me, and I don't want to overtrain, but it's also possible I'll skip swimming altogether. I'll compensate for the loss with running.

87.95 kg. This is where my first diet stopped, with which I lost 8.35 kg in 26 days. This is despite gaining at least 3 kg of muscle. Without gym workouts, this weight loss would have been about 11-12 kg, which is quite drastic in 26 days. If someone has an important date, needs to go to a high school reunion, or is simply too ashamed to have sex shirtless, this is the right diet, provided they can stick to it.

So, in the third week, it was time for a change, and I switched to my second diet, which is specifically designed for sports. Weight loss can still be expected from this, but while the radical one could make you lose 6-8 kg in 20 days, with this one, the expected weight loss is 2-3 kg, as this will be a muscle-building regimen.

When I started all this, I thought that once I started the second diet, I'd be over the hardest part. Because if you don't slip up in the first third of the program, you'll see it through.

I have 40 days left, and I can't even roughly estimate my goals because if my fitness, muscles, and performance continue to explode like this, I have no idea what goals, distances, and workouts will satisfy me in the future, and I haven't even mentioned the improvement in sexual performance. Because if I feel like I still have energy left after running 12 km... what do you think?

I should cut back on running workouts because it's either muscle building or running. Unfortunately, the two don't go together. The two types of exercise give completely different appearances. Instead of long-distance runs, I'll switch to shorter, faster, more intense workouts. The only problem with this is that I've come to love 70-80 minute runs, and I also need to prepare for the Vivicitta somehow. This part is not yet entirely clear even to me. In any case, I'll do the Buda Castle run.
