I miss the old Tilt...

I miss the old Tilt, and every single moment that happened before November 2011. The atmosphere of the blog was different back then, and somehow the posts were much more enjoyable. I had someone to write to, and most importantly, I was still able to write. The story is the same as in any other area of life where something starts, be it a cultural or civic association, a party that was once damn good and very true, but unfortunately the movement reached that certain critical mass where not everything can work as it used to. The band is no longer just playing in a basement for 25 people; the groups that came together for a just cause in the beginning have lost everything they were founded for due to expansion. Money and the potential of the crowd pouring over us have sedated everyone. Those who have been here since the beginning have followed this process, and if they are still here, they could have seen that I always wanted to adhere to a set of values and a 'fuck the system' kind of mindset. The problem is, it's not working anymore, and if I want to be honest, it hasn't been working for quite a while. It's not working because they won't let it. Not because of companies threatening lawsuits to suppress the truth, and not because of money, but because of the crowd, the relentless changes of time, and the altered circumstances. Times have changed, a year and a half has passed, everything around me has changed, and among them, I have changed too...
For quite a few months, I've felt like I'm in a club that used to be very cool and only ours, then the two-stick idiots came and messed everything up. We went there every day and loved going there because the people we formed a community with were acceptable and sympathetic to us. Of course, even then there were obnoxious, mile-long assholes who couldn't get off the misery train life put them on, but sooner or later either the community expelled them or they simply festered out and fucked off on their own. All good things come to an end, because good things make their own way and development is often unstoppable, because the increasing number of people behind it dynamizes the process. The problem is that this is precisely the point where ideas begin to degenerate, the community becomes diluted, and we enter the world of mainstream, the dark hell of uncultured masses.

Being mainstream is a very interesting state, as it either crushes you out of existence or lifts you out of the crowd. This is where most truly valuable grassroots initiatives stumble, be they cultural, political, musical, or a public interest initiative about social problems we consider just. There are many examples of ignominious failures, but if we have the strength, the talent, and enough courage, we can sometimes witness changes that make history despite thousands of obstacles. The Bibó István College and Fidesz, a school choir from which Bonanza Banzai was born and we got Ákos, a garage and Google, and if we're talking about degenerated ideologies and lost momentum, let's not forget about Jobbik, founded by 3 people over a beer in '99.
In the old days…
Everything used to be better. Back then, there were women here who were grateful for the diets, for the useful information they gained here but which was hushed up elsewhere, and for the chance to change themselves without being deceived, promised false dreams, or having illusions created in them.
Instead, what do we have today?
Masses of frustrated, unfucked women loiter here with "Update stew" on their lips, excusing themselves and trying at all costs to prove that Lifetilt is just a starvation, hunger cure and not a lifestyle change, that the successes here are not real successes. But holy hell, they have no idea what they're talking about, because if they did and had tried my method, they wouldn't be beating the tom-tom here, but rather having great sex, reminiscing about the past of their long-ruined relationships, with the appearance they owe, of course, to me and my program.

It's easier to pick up rotten fruit from the ground than to climb a tree for the best ones with a little effort, I know. My God, how much I hate these damn self-aware women for nothing. Believe me, there's nothing more rotten than an unhappy woman, because if a woman is unhappy, she doesn't look for a solution, but poisons her surroundings, and the sight of any woman she sees as better than herself only increases her anger and despair. A lot of such women read this blog. They are lonely, feel alone, have no partner, or are simply fat and life has put them on a sideling, and they themselves have done so due to their self-esteem. It's no coincidence that Reni is the most read Slim. Her temporary downfall was the success of hundreds of women, let no one doubt that. When I talk about the negative effect of the masses, I mean the large number of such people.

Once, there was a community here with positive thinking, with which we could have torn down walls and become unstoppable. Tilt is not just a blog; it's much more. It's a community of thinking people who don't let themselves be ripped off by companies and the consumer industry, and it's the platform where these atrocities are collected and written down. And that's precisely where massification becomes a problem.
From an independent, value-based organization, due to its quantity, a mass is formed where the noise is too great, the initial goals are lost, and where, due to becoming a factor, mouths are shut, hands are tied, and where your thoughts are held in check and intimidated, preventing their free flow and preventing the soaring of the idea that would offer a solution and with which the cheating, lying bastards could be destroyed. The biggest problem with this country is that everyone knows the problems here are enormous and something needs to be done urgently, but no one does anything. In fact, what's most terrible is that we even price in the level of grievances and scams we suffer and accept that this is it, we can't do anything because the current coming against us is too strong. And this is the point we must never, ever reach, because if we do, it's over and we're lost.
I've wanted to close the blog many times because I felt I couldn't run it the way I used to, when it was good, when I could be as free here as I always wanted to be, and as long as this blog was where I could escape from the infinitely petty, terribly depressing daily grind, and most importantly, from my energy-draining job. In the meantime, Tilt became very successful, and that brought with it everything that means Tilt can never be what it once was. Whether this is the order of life and an inevitable consequence of development, I don't know, but anyway, I would give anything if we were only 600 again for just one week. Time beautifies everything, I know well, but I really miss the old Tilt and its atmosphere. I no longer feel the blog is mine, the guitar no longer sounds the same, nothing is what it used to be…
