Let's just drop the whole thing.

I don't know who is familiar with that type of woman who has been on a diet for years and TRULY sticks to everything, doesn't cheat on her meals, "works out" regularly, but somehow the scale doesn't budge, and she doesn't understand why she's not losing weight.
Of course, then comes the genetics card, but by now, only those women parrot this whose intellectual capacity is maximized by properly flushing a toilet.
So, there's a woman, but what a woman. Masses of women who deceive themselves day after day, but are so convinced that they are doing everything right. The self-deceiving happiness, the seemingly good relationships, a constructed world that doesn't actually exist, which might work in every other area of life, but unfortunately, it won't work for body shaping, because the body cannot be convinced, you can't argue with it, there are no perceived truths, no "but you said so" type of conversations. If every area of life worked as black and white as body shaping, then this would be a much clearer, straighter, truer world…
I don't know, but somehow I've grown tired of the struggle to explain anything to women about anything. It's simply pointless, they move in another dimension, for them blue is not blue, but turquoise, and light blue, and sea blue, for them the function of objects is not important, but their color, but I won't go into it, because as I said, it's completely pointless.
Instead, I'll tell you about a conversation, just so everyone understands what I go through every day. I had a client who, even during the initial conversation, threw me into the deep end, and then came the classic line that no matter what she does, she doesn't lose weight, even though she follows everything necessary for weight loss. But really, believe her.
Well, after 10 minutes of talking to this girl, it turned out that she pours half a box of honey into her daily 1.5 liters of tea, and for her, natural yogurt was chocolate chip yogurt, because if the yogurt is natural, then the chocolate in it doesn't count, but the best part of it all was what she said, and at this point, I seriously considered shooting myself in the head, so she says that she lives on the second floor and doesn't take the elevator, but the stairs, and since she takes the stairs every day, she usually eats some pastry, because she'll just work it off with the stairs anyway.
Do you get it, man? 2 flights of stairs, one croissant. And then after that, I shouldn't be annoyed? If a weasel told me this, I'd say, okay, its brain hasn't developed, but this story from a 39-year-old economist girl was quite strong. But most women are like this, with their perceived diets they stick to, and the "I don't eat fish and I can't drink 2 liters of fluid a day" kind of pitiful excuses.

I know that for most people there is nothing surprising in this, and I can even imagine that some do not understand why I am upset, but then I will say it again. You are clueless, and what is most saddening is that a significant part of women do not even bother to look up basic things, or use that damn Google search if they do not understand something. There was another girl who did not know what a given exercise looked like, and then after I did not reply, she indignantly wrote to me again, saying that she could not start her program for weeks (i.e., for weeks) because I was unwilling to answer her.
For fuck's sake.
YouTube, perhaps? Unbelievable.
Start acting, living, and thinking minimally independently, because believe me, it looks incredibly stupid from the outside, and then, of course, there's great incomprehension as to why there's no equal treatment and so on.
And one more thing.
Throw out all those women's magazines, because the immeasurable bullshit factor in them really has a detrimental effect on intellectual abilities, not to mention the diets recommended there. And maybe it would also help in the great diet war if you sometimes moved a little, not just balancing calories as a daily routine, but if I think about it more, rather don't do it, because judging by the brain capacity of some people, you would just start Zumba anyway, then it's really better to just leave the whole thing.
