Women take contraceptives so they don't have children yet, and then, over time, they slowly realize that contraceptive pills have disrupted their hormonal balance over the years to such an extent that they can no longer have children. Women diet almost their entire lives primarily for themselves, but also to appeal to men, from whom they later want to have children. However, the ineffective and body-damaging diets they follow disrupt their hormonal balance to such an extent that their bodies become incapable of conceiving after a while. If I wanted to summarize the essence very briefly, I would only write this, but of course, the IR/PCOS phenomenon is a much more complex problem. IR/PCOS is indeed the true Auschwitz for women, where contraceptives are the Waffen SS, and an unhealthy lifestyle and unreasonable diets are the entire German General Staff. Millions of women are affected by this problem, but the majority know nothing about it, which, of course, is primarily not their fault, but the responsibility of those laughable individuals who call themselves doctors and have never even heard of the IR/PCOS phenomenon, or if they have, they do not consider ordering IR tests necessary, assuming they even know such a thing exists. Hair loss, acne, pimply, oily skin, difficulty losing weight, but unexplained weight gain, missed menstrual cycles, or complete absence for months. These are the main symptoms of IR/PCOS. Women visit their gynecologists, endocrinologists, and specialists with these complaints. What do doctors do? They order lab tests, receive a perfectly negative result, then throw up their hands, and the doctor feels everything is fine, sending the girls away with the medical instruction to lose a little weight, or if the woman is thin, to gain weight. This is really great. Meaning, after 8 years of rotting away in medical school, science stops here, and they don't even think of ordering a hormone test, because if the blood and urine tests don't show any abnormalities, why bother investigating further? But it would be advisable, because the basis of PCOS is insulin resistance, which cannot be detected by a simple lab test. source: pco-szindroma.hu The development of IR is a process. A process in which the body becomes ill, and this happens differently for everyone, with symptoms appearing at different points. In other words, if the symptoms are present—hair loss, missed cycles, etc.—then IR is present even if the lab tests show values within the reference range. And this is exactly where the IR process goes wrong. The medical results show no abnormalities, everything continues as before, the IR condition is not treated, the process escalates, and PCOS develops, at which point the ovaries become cystic. Temporary infertility develops, followed by a state of infertility. This condition will be discussed here on LifeTILT, and I sincerely hope that every woman will wake up and get herself checked before it's too late. If you experience the symptoms of PCOS, go to your doctors and don't ask, but demand an IR test, and don't leave the office until the doctor orders it. It is their duty to perform this test. Whatever they say, however they argue, you demand this test, because it is highly probable that insulin resistance is behind all your complaints. Main factors contributing to the development of IR/PCOS The deceived society By now, we are bombarded from all sides with healthy lifestyles, light products, and a plethora of low-carbohydrate foods. Looking around a bit, everyone can realize that everything is about health; it has become one of the brightest stars of new, multi-billion euro industries, and yet. People are getting fatter, finding it harder to lose weight sustainably, have worse health, and nowadays, we've reached a point where we no longer consider allergies—a reaction indicating the weakening of our body's resistance—as a disease, but as an integral part of our lives. But how is this possible? Why is society's health index plummeting when, theoretically, even mineral water is packaged with "light" labels? Why are there more and more sick and multiply sick people when 6 out of 10 commercials on television are for some pharmaceutical product, and proportionately, our drug consumption is at an unprecedented level in our lives? And finally. How come there are more and more obese people suffering from complications due to bad eating habits, when we're already throwing rye bread to pigeons in the square, or when hamburgers and hot dogs are offered (they lie to our faces) with 0 carbohydrate content? Of course, we are all aware of the answers. My dad once happily showed up with a flavored mineral water in his hand, and I asked him, "Dad, what are you drinking?" "Mineral water, it's allowed." I looked at the label and read the following: 4 grams of sugar per deciliter. Now, this was a one-and-a-half-liter bottle, which in our case means that a single bottle of "mineral water" contained 60!!! grams of sugar. 60 grams of sugar, kids. Pour that much onto a table just so you know what quantity we're talking about. And I haven't even mentioned the additives, artificial colorings, preservatives, and sweeteners, modified atmosphere packaging, cultivation, heat treatment, transportation, and various manufacturing processes. They poison us without most people even noticing, and then we wonder why millions of women in Hungary alone are affected by the IR/PCOS problem. Request: 1. Always check labels to see what each food contains. 2. There is no such thing as healthy peanut butter, hamburgers, chips, and the like, so don't buy them, because the process by which they are made will destroy your body even more brutally than if you were just eating plain bad food. 3. Take medicine only in case of extreme necessity. Pain relief for a headache is not an extreme necessity. 4. The word "light" is not synonymous with health. The messed-up diets In recent decades, but especially in the last 20 years, many dietary methods have emerged. Most of these diets go against everything that could be humanly, professionally, but most importantly, medically explained. With the spread of the internet, the stupidity factor was maximized, and it's no exaggeration to say that thousands of diets have been published, completely lacking any kind of control or professional basis. I have already written a series of posts about these and the most widespread foolish diets, titled "Diets on Death Row," which everyone should read. But most importantly, it would be beneficial because I would bet huge sums that 99% of the women reading these lines have already tried one of them, or worse, are still "changing their lifestyle" according to them. IR/PCOS is a disease that is partly a matter of predisposition, but its manifestation requires factors that women are very fond of doing. These factors, in addition to taking contraceptives, include the regular use of shitty diets, juice fasts, and a wide range of incredibly stupid things invented by assholes, such as Atkins or Pierre Dukan, to name just the two biggest diet antichrists. But let's not forget the most harmful and unfortunately very widespread separation diet of all time, which the good people simply call the 90-day diet. I understand that a beautiful appearance is important, and you need to understand that it is destroying you, and the complications don't stop at you regaining the weight instantly. Applying idiotic diets might bring temporary success, but it will only be fleeting, and in the end, nobody benefits. Well, yes. Fertility clinics certainly do. Most women, by the age of about 9, are already aware that their biggest enemy in life will be other women, but it may not even occur to them by the age of 40 that all women on Earth are not only dangerous to their relationships but also to their health. Look at any women's online portal or flip through any women's magazine. These media outlets are overflowing with worse and worse diets, and precisely those diets that destroy you, leading to the development of IR/PCOS, or if you already have this condition, it will radically worsen. This is a classic story, by the way. Sweet-toned women wanting to help other women with their appearance. This should already be suspicious. So, the first and most important step is not to get information about your diet, which is the most defining factor for your health, and your daily meals from women's sources. For your own good, forget everything written about diet and lifestyle tips in women's magazines for good, or simply tear out that page from the newspaper and burn it to hell, but I'm afraid there's so much concentrated stupidity in it that I don't think it will even burn. In any case, do yourself the favor of not reading anything written there. Once that's done, put a few thoughts in order and clarify what you want to do with your life. You must do this, because managing the IR/PCOS condition does not mean campaigning with diets and certainly not getting bikini-ready in 20 days. IR/PCOS is not a fracture that, if you put it in a cast for a month, will heal and you'll recover. IR/PCOS is an incurable condition, but the symptoms, which in severe cases can lead to infertility, can indeed be managed and reduced. But for this to happen, it must truly become a part of your lifestyle, otherwise the disease will return with all its accompanying complications, and your condition will worsen each time. However, you need to completely and totally transform your lifestyle, which requires willpower and knowing why you're doing what you're doing. With IR/PCOS, the stake is not whether you'll like yourself in the mirror, but whether you'll ever be able to get pregnant at all. In your twenties, you might lie to yourself that you're fine this way, you like living this way, you accept yourself, and your partner loves you as you are, but what will you tell yourself when you're thirty? What will your arguments be then, when you want a child, the crowning achievement of a relationship, a family, and you absolutely cannot get pregnant because of your hormonal imbalance caused by shitty diets and contraceptives? This is what we're talking about here. If you were able to gorge, take laxatives, make yourself vomit, and live a "I don't give a damn" lifestyle for years, then now you need to change and correct your mistakes. Because, you know, there's a situation where you can no longer sweep problems under the rug, because under the rug is what will prevent you from having your child above the rug, because you will be incapable of creating one. Well, that's it. This is primarily why we are here, so that this doesn't happen. Request: Forget silly diets for life, especially if you read them in women's magazines. Contraceptives Countless women are stunned to notice that while taking their pills, their weight consistently and uncompromisingly creeps upward. This also proves that, like all hormonal agents, it severely disrupts metabolism. But what are we surprised about when hormones themselves control metabolism? Insulin is also a hormone. And here we are on the topic. By taking contraceptives, we are going against life and preventing processes (conception) that can only be carried out through hormonal stimulation. If we interfere with nature and artificially change the functioning of our body, there will be consequences, and in this case, the consequence is called IR/PCOS. All hormonal preparations – to an extent depending on individual sensitivity – worsen insulin resistance. If a woman with IR continuously takes contraceptives, even for 3-4 years, it can have very serious consequences, especially because the pill may mask the symptoms of PCOS, for which it is prescribed in most cases, but it does not solve the problem, while IR continues to silently wreak havoc. Then comes the big surprise: why can't I get pregnant? Contraceptives are often prescribed for the following complaints. Many women will find the situation familiar. The cycle is irregular, or doesn't come at all. The doctor prescribes contraceptives, and the cycle normalizes. Great. But that damn cycle was irregular for some reason, the female body signaled that something was wrong. With contraceptives, the SYMPTOMS were treated, but the disease causing the symptoms was not, in fact. It's like prescribing painkillers for a fractured tibia. You don't feel the pain, but the bone is broken, and if left untreated, it will become infected. The same situation applies to contraceptives prescribed for symptoms. The symptoms are treated, but PCOS rages on, and the condition worsens. And a little extra for everyday life. In Hungary, Hungarian doctors still regularly prescribe a contraceptive that caused the death of four women in France. The product is called Diane35, sold as Diane in Hungary. The contraceptive has already been banned in several European countries because it has caused strokes, heart attacks, thrombosis, and on more than one occasion, death. Diane35, however, is not an isolated phenomenon, which is, of course, not a big surprise. Contraceptives manipulate hormones, disrupt metabolism, and therefore can have unforeseen consequences, or in our case, very foreseeable consequences, called IR/PCOS. Request: DO NOT take contraceptive pills. I know the question now arises: how do we protect ourselves then? I am aware of the problem, but you have to decide. Contraceptives, in any case, destroy the female body. It's not a possibility, it's a certainty. Finally, I would like to say that IR/PCOS is an insidious disease that cripples women's lives, taking away the most beautiful thing from them: the possibility of becoming a mother. Take this topic very seriously and do everything this disease demands of you. Not for my sake, but for your own. For your future family.
