Laura 50 days later

Day 0: 60.3 kg

Day 50: 55.6 kg

50 days have passed in Laura's program, which means we've almost reached the maximum number of days I can be with a girl within a relationship. Laura's weight loss program is over, so from now on, we will focus exclusively on body shaping. There will be a new cardio training program that will include stair climbing and uphill cycling, a new diet with increased protein and fiber content, taking into account Laura's request for more fruit, and she will start taking  EAA - CLA, which will help increase the lean muscle mass needed for shaping. Also, a new gym program will be implemented, where we will adjust the number of sets and change the exercises. There are 20 days left, which will not be enough to complete the shaping, so it is very likely that we will have to extend the program to 90 days. Shaping is a completely different process than what Laura is used to, and she will have to adapt to this change. Knowing Laura, this won't be a problem; the bigger issue will be how she will mentally arrange for her current 55 kg to increase to 58-59 kg, which will be the extra weight of the muscle mass that gives shape to her body. Women find it difficult to experience any form of weight gain, even if it appears on them in the form of lean muscle, creating a beautiful feminine figure. They associate weight gain with obesity and desperately watch that damn scale, as if it meant anything when they are visually shaping their bodies. We train for the mirror, not the scale, and it wouldn't hurt to engrave this in your right hemisphere, my princesses…

I read the post about supplements, which I think was quite insightful, even though I'm a layman. But that's not the main point; it's the comments that questioned Bence's expertise, or to use a trendy word, his legitimacy.

Since I can only share my own experience, I'll do so now. A few times I/we hinted that I didn't start training yesterday or with Bence. I'm a very thorough person, so I've delved into countless professional articles, forums, and books related to this sport. I can say that I found conflicting opinions on almost everything. I was unable to navigate this jungle, and my head was just spinning with all the information. At that point, I accepted the help of a personal trainer, who was the typical type, constantly hovering around new clients. He spoke a few sentences to me, then rummaged through his folder and gave me a training plan and a diet, and of course, held out his hand. It was a bit strange that it wasn't personalized, but I thought if I'd already admitted that I needed a professional, I shouldn't question his program. So we began our rather short relationship, because it quickly became clear that he wasn't the right person for me. It was bad enough that he was simultaneously working with about 3 other people besides me, but when I had to do leg presses with 50 kg with my bad knee and then ended up with biceps and thighs that would be a credit to an average guy, that's when I thanked him for his work.

I was left to myself, and the advice of my training partners and the internet. I trained 6-7 times a week, 30 minutes of cardio after every workout, careful attention to my diet, and of course vitamins and protein. Weeks and months passed, I got firmer, but at the same time, I became bigger, and the excess weight didn't disappear. I became terribly disheartened (crying in front of the mirror) because I looked worse than before I started. That's when I found this blog. I thoroughly read it, it cleared up a lot of my doubts, and I increasingly thought about contacting Bence, and I didn't care that he wasn't formally qualified, because I saw the results. I wrote to him and didn't ask for free advice, as many do here… I asked if he could take me on, and if so, when, and under what financial and other conditions. It quickly became clear that what I had been doing was completely pointless. I was eating well, but too much, almost bulking up without the clean-up phase ever happening. The protein I was taking was of very good quality despite being an unknown brand, as bodybuilders and trainers were tripping over each other when a shipment arrived at the store, but it wasn't good for me at all. I didn't have separate cardio days, and due to so much training, my body didn't have time to rest.

I started Bence's program and 12 days later, there were results. From then on, I didn't care that he didn't have a fancy certificate. The blog is special because it conveys the most important information in plain language, and in a style that makes you get up from the TV. Perhaps it's lacking from a professional point of view, perhaps it's full of subjective opinions, etc., etc., but hello: it's a private individual's BLOG. And of course, self-determination: if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. But I find it deeply foul that those who were offended because they didn't get free advice, and those who, with their bloated heads, are simply jealous and make snide remarks because they are unable to change themselves, started to criticize it. The other malicious people are simply rotten personalities. And I say again: I'm not talking about well-intentioned, constructive criticism. Oh, and I'm not getting paid for this post, it's just that since I'm one of those who live and train according to the LifeT!lt program, I feel a bit like it's my own.

These few weeks didn't turn me into a goddess, but these easy-to-understand posts and experiences showed me that achieving an aesthetic body and the accompanying mental development is not evil, nor is it an impossible mission. I had a cheat day on the weekend, which meant I could eat pizza. I was hyped for days, really looking forward to it. Then, when I wolfed down the first few bites, the rest barely wanted to go down. I had completely unlearned that kind of food, and even though I had permission, I still felt guilty. It's a strange thing… Someone remarked when I wrote that day 70 wasn't the final state. I have much bigger desires and goals than what these 70 days can achieve, since the original goal was to lose 5 kg and tone up a bit. Now this has changed, and if I wanted to be arrogant and daring, I'd say I want to look like a fitness model, but I know that takes a lot more time.

Even after the program, I will continue to train, maintain control over my meals, and I can't wait for the day when my biggest problem regarding my figure (even if it's 10 years from now) will be, for example, that my right shoulder is slightly off compared to my left. Oh, and no one should doubt that I will continue to work with Bence for more serious intentions, because his program is good and effective. If you don't believe it, get off the couch and check it out for yourself. And if you're a super pro, then your knowledge shouldn't just extend to criticizing; add something to the matter, and be the example to follow.
