LifeT!lt Effect -16.5 kg
Megosztás

A few days ago I received this letter from a guy who, by following the LifeT!lt program for 10 weeks, transformed his appearance and, as he writes, the quality of his entire life. Everything I have talked about and experienced, an avid reader has now accomplished and published. This LifeT!lt program requires nothing more than determination and willpower. Think of this guy as an extra motivating factor, no matter where you are in your program... (picture below)
Greetings!
I thought a lot about what to write, if I should write at all, and now I am writing.
The very first thing I owe you is a word, and that is THANK YOU (in capital letters, that's how it is). Of course, I'll also tell you why. With the help of your blog, I was able to change my life in every aspect.
I'd start by saying that for me, 64 days turned into 71, and there are still 9 days left of the program. I started at 96.7 kg, now I am 80.2 kg, that's -16.5 kg, right? I didn't measure anything else.
Besides losing weight, I also got a beach-ready upper body (of course, I'm not dissatisfied with my calves either, but usually that's not what people look at first :)), I quit smoking (6 days before the program, after many attempts, I finally succeeded, I have no idea how I could have been so stupid to ever start) and I also stopped drinking (I wasn't an alcoholic, but I don't need to introduce the nightlife to you, and besides, you're not supposed to do that during the program anyway...).
My self-confidence has returned, I feel great, and well, the girls also like the change. Here I'm not primarily thinking about the external appearance, but rather the aura. This was exactly one of the goals of your blog, and would have been for Summerproject too, which, albeit in a slightly different form, you still achieved. So you can be proud that you managed to steer one more person's life in the right direction :)
(I wouldn't criticize Summerproject for the world, it's good as it is, it's just that the goals are a bit different now).
What else happened? What happened is that, influenced by me, my mother also started dieting. She started at 90 kg, is 63 years old, the diet has been going on for a week and a half, and she has lost one and a half kg. We are progressing slowly (not an excuse) because her legs are quite bad, so unfortunately, sports are completely out of the question. We calculated that losing 0.5-2kg per week is achievable with a not-too-strict diet.
There is some movement, of course, but in the sense of light physical work (she is retired, but not as an alibi, she worked her guts out, anyone who thinks they work hard should multiply it by 10, and then they'll get what my Mother did).
Strength is flowing through me, of course, I still have 9 days left (with today), so it would be too early to celebrate. But I think I can prepare the champagne :) So thank you very much again.
And now, as a stylistic closing to the letter, I'm going to run 6km :)
Yours respectfully,
a LifeT!Lt reader,
Béla Szekeres
