LifeTilt Awards Nominees - The Girls

ági.jpg

Hi Tomi! I'd like to apply for the Lifetilt Awards with the attached pictures, if possible. My weight loss started at the end of January, since then I've lost 34.7 kg and I'd like to lose another 10-15 kg, so it's not over yet. Your blog is primarily a motivation for me, and I also learned the basics of eating from it. Thank you!

In my old picture, I was 75kg. Now I'm 60 kg, I feel better, but I need a little more strength to get even lighter, because today I hear too often that I've lost a lot of weight and I'm starting to believe it's enough. But that's not my goal. Oh yes... the 75 kg picture was from last April... I lost 8 kg by not eating after 6 pm. I lost the remaining 7 kg in the past 3 months (I started on June 18) with the help of lifetilt. I'm very grateful... for those posts, among other things, that other women are outraged about. It's hard to admit, but that's how we women are :) Thanks again :)

I'm Maya Bíró, from Abádszalók, near Lake Tisza.

I am a 44-year-old woman. I would like to enter the competition with a weight loss of 38 kg. My story began last year, on March 13, and by mid-November, I managed to reach the weight I currently maintain. Why did I still enter the competition? I think it's to set an example for those fellow women who have successfully fought to lose weight, but maintaining it requires much greater perseverance from them. I don't have a yo-yo effect... You helped me with this!

Even at this age, you can renew yourself! I message my fellow women, I love BEING A WOMAN!!!!! - and why? Because it literally makes life easier! I wish good luck to all competitors!

Without LifeTilt, I wouldn't be where I am now, you showed me the way, and for that, I will be eternally grateful! I found my passion, and that means everything to me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

The person I was before and after the program is like night and day. Oh, and the weight. I lost a total of 15 kg (in about 2 years), 10 of which was with the help of the blog. :) But I'm no longer interested in the weight, only in getting the most out of my body. :)

I'd like to enter the Lifetilt Awards with this picture. I want to thank you for the immense motivation I drew from your blog, from your sometimes cruel and honest words, over the past six months, which echoed in my head during difficult moments. Thanks for helping me persevere in my goal and for knowing that I'm on the right track.

A few months ago, I decided that I wouldn't celebrate my 23rd birthday alone as a "Miss Piggy" with a dobos cake, so I bought a hot dress, thinking I wouldn't stop until I fit into it. Last Friday was the big occasion, and I celebrated in that dress, not alone, not at home, not watching idiotic romantic movies and feeling sorry for myself, wondering where my prince was, but at a party, with company, friends, many handsome guys, and I didn't even eat dobos cake, but for that, I really had to grit my teeth! :)

I'm sending you a before-and-after picture (the first was taken during a family trip, and the second before the party), and I simply want to thank you for everything, but I can't fully convey it in an email like this. Anyway, I am very, very grateful to you for successfully opening my eyes with your raw style and for the fact that when I look in the mirror, I no longer see that chubby-faced blob who used to stare back at me. I couldn't have done it without you, and I hope my success will only further reinforce in you that it's worth continuing and that it's not just "frustrated, un-f***ed women lounging around here with Update stew on their mouths" but that there are still those who draw strength from you or the success of other girls.

Oh, and I hope I can thank you in person as soon as possible.

Like other women, I too managed to neglect myself by the end of my 2.5-year relationship. The kilograms crept up on me unnoticed, and when the number 84 stared back at me from the scale, I decided I had to put an end to it and change very urgently. I started dieting and went to the gym 5-6 times a week. That's when I found LifeTilt, which gave me great strength not to stop for a moment and to reach my goal. In the past few months, I've managed to lose 21 kg, but it's still not over. (In the second picture, I'm 63 kg). Thank you for the posts that motivated me all this time, that changed my way of thinking, and that made me realize what a big mistake I had made.

Hi, I'm writing for two reasons. 1. I thought I'd send you my "before and after" pictures too. 2. I'd like to thank you for "getting me into" running, even as a stranger. I've been running for 5 months, before that I hated it, it just wasn't for me. Under the influence of Lifetilt, I decided that I wasn't going to let myself not be able to do it. Today, I'm at 25 km a week and I've already transferred my registration fee for the spring Vienna half marathon. Although I didn't follow Lifetilt for nutrition (it might not have been bad to find it sooner), I think that's perhaps not as important as believing in your head that nothing is impossible, only excuses.

Oh, yes, I'm Krisztina Koncsek. A 32-year-old working woman, wife and mother of 2 children, who is incredibly proud of herself.

10-week self-program. I loved working with her. Now we've agreed on a 1-month break and we'll continue on November 1st.

"At 48, I have no particular illusions about life, and in terms of desires, I try to stay on or near the ground. For a long time, this was also true for dieting; several of my attempts ended in failure prematurely. I began to resign myself to the fact that my metabolism had slowed down, and I accepted that wearing S or M-sized clothes would have to wait for my next life, unless I was reborn as a horse or a stag beetle. All this happened before April 1, 2012…..

…because I met LifeTilt. After too many diets and with significant overweight, I was looking for another method when I found it. I read and read and still read. It began to take effect. I can't pinpoint exactly what it was, perhaps the suggestive and provocative tone, perhaps the abundance of information, but suddenly I wanted to try it, and I was certain that this time, after a long time, it would succeed. That's how it began…..

Brief summary: My result: -21 kg in 5 months. Starting weight: 86, current: 65 kg.

Thank you for your help, I wouldn't have been able to do it without you."
