The other day, I read a question from a girl (who else) on a forum, asking, "if I watch my calories and don't exceed 1,200 calories/day, can I eat anything?" The question itself is sad enough, but of course, then a large number of know-it-all idiots show up, who, of course, know a lot because they regularly read the lifestyle sections of Kiskegyed and Glamour magazines, and are capable of giving such answers to those already living in a dense fog as, "yes, you can eat anything, because if you stick to a limit, it doesn't matter what you eat. That's how I lost weight, and it worked really well for me." The problem isn't that such answers are given, but that in recent decades too many people have fallen through the social safety net, and inherited stupidity, after a while, mutates and appears in ever-greater numbers. There are many stupid people, and unfortunately, some of them are active, capable of burping out such stupid answers. The dumber someone is, the more easily they can be misled, and unfortunately, these people provide an abundant source of sustenance for even the biggest scammers. Thanks to this process, shows like the gathering of common criminals operating with money-attracting elephants, known in our country as EZO TV, have survived, and it's precisely because of the easily misled proletarian class that there is so much money in the realm of diet pills too. Reductil, Lindaxa, Fen-phen, and of course Adipex, just to highlight the biggest nervous system-manipulating banned substances. In the animal kingdom, the weak die out on their own, but unfortunately, with humans, they get paid for cleaning, stocking shelves, or in worse cases, receive state aid, which, of course, they would spend on nothing else but phone calls for cup rituals at 600 forints per minute, and similar trickery by idiots.
One thing needs to be clarified. I'm not interested in idiots, because they are beyond help anyway, but most of all, I'm not interested in those who, after turning 12, are unable to connect minimal correlations or distinguish between clear scams and genuinely useful information sources. Of course, I understand that in some cases, desperation is a powerful master, and after a certain point, a person would do anything after so many attempts and failures to achieve their goal, but if water doesn't put out the fire, you shouldn't try turpentine.
Of course, the question now rightly arises: why isn't the simple calorie-counting method good if weight loss ultimately requires a calorie deficit? Before I answer, let me show you a few pictures of some participants from the 2012 Miss Bikini competition.
These pictures show 17-19-21-year-old girls with perfect figures, and I don't think there's a man who wouldn't want to get them into bed as soon as possible, lying about a serious relationship. Click on the pictures and see in higher resolution what I want to show you. Women with good figures, with saggy skin, without minimal excess fat, who undoubtedly maintain themselves under 1,300 – 1,500 calories with crappy food.
You can't wear enough underwear with this girl for your reaction not to show in your pants, then she turns around, and this is the sight that greets you, but I'm telling you, all this at 20 years old, at a bikini beauty pageant. This is not genetics; cellulite is not a matter of predisposition, but the result of messed-up, crappy eating, completely independent of calories, because eating is an area where 100 calories is not equal to 100 calories. It's not about the calories, but the proportion of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in the food. 3 squares of chocolate are also 100 calories, and 10 dkg of chicken breast fillet is also 100 calories, but with what huge differences. If you only focus on calories and not the quality of the food, and you keep yourself at 1200 calories a day, this will be the result, and I'll add right away that these are young, good women. You order a pizza from Theo Papa for 1,100 calories, you eat it, and you're done. If you don't eat anything else today, believe me, you'll lose weight due to the calorie deficit, but then don't forget to get some long pants, because believe me, no man wants to see a saggy, flabby body during sex in the long run. Small breasts can be compensated for with a good butt and appropriate oral techniques, but there's no push-up or intimate exercise that can compensate for saggy skin over a large area. That's why, and because the essence of things always lies in the details, I've compiled the foods you need to get for your Lifetilt diet, because it really matters what kind of ham, what percentage fat content cottage cheese, which muesli, and what an extruded bread actually looks like. So I took it upon myself, and with the security guards of Lidl and Aldi behind me, I photographed the best quality food products in the country, accessible to wide masses, by manufacturer, in my opinion. All you have to do is take the products you see in the photos below off the shelf. Buy these, use these for your diet, because there's no point in starting a Tilt diet if you eat 70% Caravan cheese and for you, lean cottage cheese is equivalent to mascarpone light. Good quality foods, with high protein content, preferably as little trans and saturated fats as possible, completely eliminating sugar.
Everything in Hungary is crap, except for the girls. The traffic is crap, the tax system, the politics, but most importantly, the quality of the food available in stores. Many people read from England too, so I'd just tell them that they're screwed, they're stuck with Sainsbury's. Few people know, but Lidl and Aldi, which represent premium quality here, are the only places where you can get quality from several types of products. This wouldn't be a problem so far, but the fly in the ointment is that Lidl and Aldi are a third-class quality supermarket chain in Germany, but what is third-class for Germans is premium category here. So before we go further, everyone should think about this: if these two companies offer the best quality food in Hungary, then what are the conditions like in the other store chains? I suggest we get over this, as I already have, and let's see which foods you should buy for your new Tilt lifestyle change.
ALDI
Now go to the fridge, and if you have ham at home, check the packaging to see the meat content percentage. I'm telling you now that there's a good chance it's under 70%, but 40% or even 20% is not uncommon, and in the worst case, it contains pork. In contrast, look at the Aldi ratios; naturally, Lidl has the same. Now that's what we call quality.
